Assistant manager has issues. Yelling and cursing at customers is not ok.Floor staff needs to stay on top of their depression medication. Your bitter attitudes and discrimination towards children wanting icecream is noticed by the whole town. If you don't like customer service, find another job not requiring it.

This rite aid absolutely refuses to serve the ice cream. I thought maybe it was because they were short staffed or something the last few times I've tried... but I just went in and there was absolutely nobody in the store and the lady at the register was on her phone but told me they were not serving ice. This has happened every single time ive gone in for the last 6 months..... what's the point of having ice cream if your employees refuse to serve it.

Went to take my daughter's to get a scoop of ice cream from this location.Today i was met with rude and Disrespect customer service by the two ladies working at the counter Marilyn and Jackie do not belong in customer service. I will never shop here again.

Well stocked pharmacy that is located very conveniently off highway 50. This is right next to many other Restaurant and gas station and electric car charging station. Clean and well organized for shopping.

I had to have a prescription from Washington state transferred down here while I was staying with & visiting family. The pharmacy staff was so kind and helpful. Obviously, I don't live near there, but some of my family does. Besides the pharmacy, the store itself was great!

It doesnt matter if there are 2 people or 10 people in line... you will pull all your hair out in frustration while waiting.I'd hate to blame the clerk it just seems contagious to work at a snails pace at this location.Ive been here about 20 times & have experienced this anomaly every single time.The rite aid 10 minutes farther does not have this issue. Also their shelves are fully stocked.

Very weak and disappointing response to my review. The ice cream was for my 8 year old grandson. It is difficult to have some quiet time and conversation with a small child that is very active. The ice cream gives us this time and is very special for the both of us. So I hope rite Aid gives a little more consideration when a customer requests to purchase ice cream.Very sad. Slow, not busy and hardly any customers and they won't serve ice cream.Maybe it's time to quit selling ice cream if staff is too lazy to serve it?Contact Rite Aid because I stated your folks are too lazy to serve ice cream?How about fixing the problem?They had two people at the front register!What are you guys going to do to fix the problem?

Pathetic Management with Horrible Worth Ethic. Was in this store in the early evening for ice cream and the manager and an employee were together up front at the register with an empty store at the time. They refused to serve two cups of ice cream because "they didn't have enough staff". There was no one else in line or in the store and these two useless individuals couldn't take less than 5 minutes to walk 15 feet over and serve ice cream. I have been in the store many times in the past and got ice cream with the same number of employees AND a line at the register. I've been coming here for 9 years and will never come back for anything. The management changed since that time and every experience in here has been a lesson in MIS-management! Horrible attitudes, incredibly lazy sloths, shop-lifting right in front of their faces. Whoever is the regional manager of this store should fire the store management immediately. I used to always enjoy shopping here but it has become so bad I will not return.UPDATE: I get a canned auto-response to contact the "Customer (I don't) Care Department". I noticed a large number of past reviews of this location also reference the rude and useless management and staff here. Hey Rite-Aid! You don't need to hear any more from your maltreated lost customers. Fix your problem with your horrible store managers by REPLACING THEM! How clueless are you?

Well the super old pharmacist thinks she knows everything. Tried to tell me I better tell Medi-Call that I have Champ VA. Your staff needs to learn about insurance a little more before running your mouth. You have to be Medi-cal eligible to have champ va. But thanks for your 2cents.

The manager is super rude, the owner of the place was following me and my cousin around the entire parking lot in a suit and them threatened to call the cops on us. Not a very friendly environment

Waited for 8 hrs to have 3 prescriptions filled and numerous trips to the store to check if they were ready. Very understaffed and the staff that was working was very inexperienced. Wouldn’t recommend. Go with CVS any day over rite aid!!

Worst pharmacy. Always a ridiculously long line that moves painfully slow, and nobody ever answers the phone .. ever. If they do, they put you on hold and never come back to your call. I cannot wait to NEVER have to use this pharmacy ever again.
