Dr. Sara and Craig were so helpful with easing our dog Wicket across the rainbow bridge. We were distraught and they were so calm, caring and gentle with Wicket and us. They explained each step. Having this done in our home where Wicket was more comfortable was very important to us. This was such a hard day and they did everything they could to make it easier for us. Highly recommend them and their services!

I cannot recommend Passing with Dignity and specifically, Dr. Sara enough. Our sweet boy was diagnosed with a terminal tumor and we were told he only had days to live. We were beside ourselves and couldn’t process the idea of putting him down; even though we knew it was the best thing for him.We were referred to Dr. Sara by a family member and when we called to gather information about the process, Craig answered the phone and was nothing short of kind and compassionate. He did an amazing job of explaining all the details and options that Passing with Dignity provided. After we got off the phone with Craig, we knew this was the direction we needed to go in.Dr. Sara was even kind enough to call us the morning of the procedure and reassure us that we were doing the right thing for our boy. She was incredibly empathetic and made us feel more at ease with our difficult decision.When it came time to say goodbye to our boy, Craig and Dr. Sara were calm and incredibly kind and talked us through everything. They were gentle with our boy and with us.It was the best decision we could have made to say goodbye and let go of our boy. He was able to go to sleep peacefully in his bed, in his home.Dr. Sara even wrote us the most touching card and included some flower seeds, which we will plant in our backyard in honor of our boy. It was just the neatest gift idea to provide to grieving pet parents.When our nine-year old niece found out our boy was sick, she gave me a bracelet to remember him by. Before Dr. Sara and Craig left our home, they also gave us a small charm. I added the charm to my bracelet and now I have loving reminders of, not just my sweet boy, but of the kindness and deeply caring hearts of Craig and Dr. Sara.

I don't have enough good things to say about Dr. Sara and Craig and this entire process. One of the worst days of my life was made easier by all the kindness and compassion that was given to me, my wife, and our beloved dog, Beau. Dr. Sara and Craig treated Beau with such love and thoughtfulness as he crossed the rainbow bridge. I am so relieved he was able to be at home on his doggie bed surrounded by toys, where he felt the safest and most comfortable. This peace of mind was worth every penny. I am so grateful this service is offered; I am sure this work is difficult, but it is very much appreciated!His cremains and paw print arrived earlier than promised, and they turned out just perfectly. 💙

Our 12 years old pooch has cancer and we have to made a tough decision to let him go. Passing With Dignity was the first in-home service I called 10 mins before they open. Craig answered the phone. He was very professional. It was not an easy decision but with someone who has the patient and understanding what an owner/family goes through.He asked questions, he listened, and explained the process. Both, Dr. Sara and Craig were passionate and respectful from the phone call to the service at our house. They explained/walked us through step by step explain. As we are sure most experience with these difficult decisions and overwhelming emotions when it comes time to provide the best for their dearly beloved and treasured furry family member, we struggled deeply to know the right time and to be comforted in the manner in which we could say goodbye to our Liam. Dr. Sara and Craig made this experience as wonderful as it could be, all things considered of the inevitable doubt and heartache. We could not have asked for a more comforting and peaceful way for this process to go. From the beginning of the journey, as we realized it was time to begin considering the best for Liam, Dr. Sara and Craig offered objective and compassionate guidance and information, meeting us where we were in the process, to allow us to be better comforted on the when, the why and the how. When the time came, the actual process was easy and allowed us precious time to spend alone with Liam as he relaxed and we had beautiful time to love on him so sweetly. Dr. Sara and Craig were gentle and handled everything with softness and dignity for Liam and the end was very peaceful. They provided bulbs, little keepsakes and a card to further extend their sympathies, which added to the comfort. We miss our dear Liam beyond expression of any words but we know he is at peace and his passing across the rainbow bridge was beautiful.

They arrived when they said they would (in spite of short notice) and greeted our yellow lab by name as they were both kneeling down and petting her. Dr. Sara and Craig provide the best experience possible during such a difficult time in a pet owner's life. Craig was very kind and compassionate over the phone with setting up the appointment for our declining 14 1/2 year old dog, and Dr. Sara did the whole process so efficiently and and calmly, even allowing us to pet and cuddle our dog towards the end. She was able to pass as painlessly and comfortably as possible, and me and my whole family are very grateful for Passing with Dignity.

ANGELS in our TIME OF NEED!!! ------- Our 11 year old pitbull Sierra stopped eating and was acting really sluggish on Thursday, and by Friday evening she was getting worse. So first thing Saturday morning we took her to the vet, we were there right when it opened. Unfortunately we found out she had a bladder tumor the size of an avocado that was making her extremely uncomfortable. My wife and I had her since she was a puppy, and in fact she was largely responsible for bringing us together. We were obviously distraught and very upset, and there was not much we could do for her at her age. We needed some time to process all of this and make a decision. By Sunday morning she had gotten even worse and we did not want her to be uncomfortable or in pain. I started researching options, and came across Passing With Dignity online and decided to give them a call, and left a message. Craig called me back within minutes. They were booked until Thursday BUT he said let me see what we can do, and said he call me back. In less than 10 minutes Craig called me back and said they were able to move some things around and would be here at 1pm. Now putting your dog, let me correct myself, your baby to sleep is obviously very emotional. Dr Sara and Craig were amazing!!! We decided to put her to sleep while she was laying by the pool, her absolute favorite place to hang out. They gave her some pain medicine to relax her, and at that point she looked so relieved. We were able to spend her last moments here with us, just loving on her, and saying goodbye. It was very peaceful, and as perfect as a situation like this could of been. Dr Sara and Craig were the ANGELS we needed, and dropped everything that had planned for that day to fit us in, and that meant to world to us. You will not find anyone more compassionate and understanding for you and your pet! What they did for us was truly PRICELESS!

Dr. Sara and Craig were amazing! They made an absolute horrible experience tolerable. They showed extreme compassion and kindness not only to our French Bulldog, Ava, but me as well. The decision is never an easy one to make. They assured me throughout I was doing the right thing and making the best decision for both Ava and me. We had Sara come out and euthanize our sweet 11 1/2 year old yellow lab. One of the saddest days of our lives. She was wonderful and Remmis passing was peaceful. I love it that she transported her for a private cremation. It made it so much easier. We Would highly recommend her.
