This was the first time we took our senior dog here as we were referred. Setting up the appointment was not easy as whoever I spoke with was highly distracted. When we arrived to drop her off, the appointment for her grooming was not set, only for a nail trim. The shop is extremely hot & humid and smelt like mold & mildew. We showed a photo of what we wanted & were yelled at for the length stating they were NOT going to "skin her" even though the cut is just short and something we always get her since she becomes over heated. When we finally get there to pick her up, she is in the kennel panting heavily. Her face/tear stains were not done and her cut was severely bad. She is very patchy, has some super long spots, then some really short spots. Her pads of her feet were not trimmed so she is still sliding. They were really rude when i picked up asking who butchered her last time. We will not be returning to this location for future service.

First time there. The owner and the 2 women she has helping are all very nice. Our Border Collie mix really needed some pampering. They did it all, including nail trimming. Was a little apprehensive at first cause we've never left " Chili " anywhere without us being there. Well, he did fine and showed no stress at all when picking him up a couple hours later. We will definitely be taking our dogs there from here on. They did an awesome job. Thank you ladies!

Donna and her staff truly care about the animals and are experienced groomers. My border collie actually loves her "beauty spa" time. This isn't a large or fancy facility, but that means I can afford to take my dogs to see Donna more often!

Our labradoodle has come out great each of the 3 times going here for grooming and the price is reasonable. Lots of people repeatedly getting their dogs groomed here... that says something.
