What a disappointment! I got a $6.40 chicken sandwich, taco, curly fries and a drink box. The chicken sandwich was very dry and patty was overcooked. A single pickle chip and one piece of lettuce was all that was included. The taco was disgusting. Super greasy, hard, cracked corn tortilla with about a tablespoon of refried beans and lettuce. The sauce tasted like ketchup. Utterly gross. The curly fries were decent but came in such a small amount, about 3/4ths of a cup. The drink was fine but was also quite small, about a 6" tall cup. For the price, not even close to worth it.

Sometimes the hamburger meat can be dry/coarse. But that's not the fault of the store, but of the corporate buyer.I like the sourdough jack and egg rolls the most.Staff has always been great..everytime. They are hard working and polite.

After waiting in line far too long like usual at this horribly mismanaged restaurant I was told they are "not serving breakfast right now" despite the menu saying, "Breakfast served all day." Breakfast is all I went there for and after I was refused service I was trapped in the line and still had to wait. This location has been dysfunctional for years and needs new ownership.

Lazy! Attempted to order food at 9:30 PM via the drive-thru. I was told that they were out of hamburgers. Then, I attempted to order breakfast and received the response, 'I just cleaned the grill, and I really don't want to clean it again, but I will if I have to.Well, we don't feel like spit in our food. So we did not order food, and sat in the drive way, blocked in.

Yummy burgers, tasty fries, fizzy soda. All the qualities of a great fast food restaurant. I didn't mind the slow servers, or the wait. Our cashier lady was very nice, and good at what she did. Took our orders no problem. My burger was so juicy and delicious, I got the ultimate Jack cheeseburger. Thinking about it makes my mouth water haha but my boyfriend got the buttery swiss Jack burger, he said that it could've been more melty but it was still good. The fries were crispy and hot, and the jalapeño poppers were on point. Keep it up Jack!

Why is this location always closed ?? Did management run off the employees ? Been trying to get Jack in the box every other day for weeks and every time I come here they’re closed.

The lady taking our order had an attitude. When we got our food the order was wrong, items were missing and the food we did receive was messed up. As you can see in the picture, my brother’s breakfast sandwich had a very big and noticeable egg shell.

This is a very poor place to eat. I asked the manager what was included in the combination platter, she said she didn't have time to answer and went to the drive through window. Eventually a young man came to take orders. I asked him the same thing. He pointed to the picture. Then I asked if there was an outlet in the dining room to charge my phone. He said he had no idea.Let's face it, the breakfast sandwiches here are very small. The ham on my sandwich was thinner than paper. I paid over $7 for next to nothing. I'll go elsewhere next time.This was the worst Jack in the Box I have ever visited.

Very slow service. I wasted my entire lunch break trapped in their drive-thru. By the time I got to the window it was time for me to clock back in. Needless to say, I was late coming back from lunch and I never got a chance to eat anything. 20+ minutes in a Drive-Thru is unreasonable if there are only five cars. I only recommend eating here if you have unlimited time to wait.

Placed an order online for carry out to be ready at 942. Got to the store at 952, and the doors are locked. Drove to the drive thru, and they said rudely they were working on my order. Got to the window, and the lady was very unprofessional, rolling her eyes at me... it was 10:00. Last time, my family and I came in on a Wednesday night at 8, and they were closed. Doors were locked. I don't think we will be back to this location.

TERRIBLE. I made the mistake of resorting to this place because I missed McDonald's breakfast by 15 minutes. I ordered in advance through the app and waited literally half an hour in the drivethrough for my food! Wasted the entire duration of my lunch just sitting 10 feet from the window. When I got it, the breakfast sandwich was extremely dry, with one single pathetically tiny folded piece of bacon and the so called ham was so thin it was literally translucent. After all that they also fogot to include any syrup for my french toast sticks. The coffee was so undrinkably sweet it was basically just syrup and ice, and all this was more expensive than mcdonalds! I paid almost 20 bucks to waste my time and have food that was so dry it couldve been believably cooked on the sidewalk outside. Maybe that's what took so long. If you're desperate or ignorant enough to choose to eat here, do yourself a favor and stick to the eggrolls and nothing else, or you'll regret it!

Not sure what was going on when I was there but someone in my group wanted the value menu tacos 🌮The person working the drive through said that all of their tacos were frozen.Which didn't make a lot of sense.Like, was there some weird emergency that would cause no one to pull some out of the freezer?Do the people who close the store at night time have to do something with the tacos or else the next day people won't be able to order them?Who knows. We had to get some curly fries or something instead. Which is fine but it's a very basic menu item for Jack in the Box. They should be more careful or at least explain the situation better to the customer. Maybe just lie and say you are out of them due to a missed delivery or something 🚚Vegetarian options: Tacos don't have real meat. That's something.Parking: Large parking lot

Very unorganized, very poorly managed, and poor quality.Went here twice.The first time, I was informed that they were "refreshing" their system and couldn't take my order. I had two cars ahead of me and two behind me. I was stuck in the line for 45 minutes. Instead of asking the two cars ahead of me to perhaps pull around while it took them 45 minutes to fill their orders, they had those they couldn't serve wait.The second visit, they didn't give me three of the items I was charged for. The number listed went directly to a VM that was full, and I had already waited in line for 30 minutes (I did not find it worth returning to)The food I did get was luke warm and hard as though put in a microwave.
