I was a customer at Dirty Dog for approximately 5 years when I previously lived in California! I can - hands down - say that this pet salon was the best service I've ever received, along with my friends and family who are also clients. I have brought 2 of my family's dogs ( Dachshund beagle mixes, Axle & Jax ) and my own dog ( American Cocker Spaniel, Henry) in for Kim's wonderful services for many years.No matter what breed, the haircut/grooming/cleaning is always impeccable & stunning! The dogs are treated with care and love! Highly highly highly recommend this pet salon!My dogs have never been happier when they leave and they look cute as hell for months afterwards! They smell good too! I was definitely sad to be leaving California, as now I have to find a new pet salon. It will be hard to find one that compares!

Kim is the best. Takes great care of our little Porky ( poodle & yorkie) Tilly. Highly recommended. But don't take your dog there I don't want it to get to over crowded or high priced. JK.

Great experience for my dog AND me! I took my 8 year old chihuahua in for her first grooming. I told them I was a bit nervous and to be careful as Lilly can bite when scared. They just picked her up and assured me that it would be fine and that "she's a chihuahua". When I came back to pick her up she was happy and not at all scared. They said she was really good; she growled a little when they tried to clip her nails so the groomer had her mom hold Lilly and it was fine. Such a relief! Lilly will be going back for regular grooming. And the price was extremely reasonable to boot!

So I was there earlier today with my very long-haired shih tzu/ Lhasa Apso mix who was not used to being groomed. It was very easy to make an appointment and drop him off, and the service was very friendly! Although I hardly recognized my lil guy when I picked him up, it was obvious how good he felt about his new haircut!! I will definitely be returning and would recommend this place of business to anyone who loves their pups! Thanks Dirty Dog Pet Salon! :)

I have a 17 year old toy poodle who has a lot of grooming due to breed and age. These guys are always nice and always take good care of her. They don't judge and will help you out if you are struggling with grooming your dog.

The owner is very nice, great with dogs, was able to take my dog without having to wait a long time for an appointment. He came back clean with his nails trimmed, paws trimmed, and smelling good!

Went in person because they were not answering the phone. I asked the groomer with the red short hair if they could give my dog a bath. She stated we are all booked up and walked away from me. Not even did she asked if I wanted to make an appointment. Terrible customer service I will never be back for the services.

They take terrible care of the dogs, they don't tend to them properly, and my dog got the world's worst haircut ever. It's also overpriced.
