I have been bringing my white miniature poodle to Susan since she opened her shop. Susan is by far the best groomer in El Dorado County. She truly cares for her doggie clients and my dog, who has separation anxiety, can't wait to get inside the shop and is always happy to stay. Luna is the one who bathes the dogs and she is the sweetest.My poodle is very much a country dog who loves being outside and can get really dirty and matted so having a good groomer is important. Before finding Susan/Davis Pet Grooming, I had tried several other local groomers with no success. I highly recommend Susan and Luna to anyone looking for a great groomer. I have recommended Susan to people who see my dog and have always gotten a huge "thank you" after they take their dogs to Davis Pet Grooming!

A couple of years ago my groomer moved out of state and I’ve been floating around trying to find a groomer specifically for our 10 year old German Shepherd. (GSD). Like most GSDs ours has a thick double coat and every groomer I’ve taken her to didn’t brush her out completely and she came home still damp and not smelling clean. I finally found a groomer at Davis Pet Grooming on Missouri Flat Rd. who not only brushed our GSD out completely but also took the time to dry her completely. She came home smelling great and not shedding. Love, love, love this place. We will definitely be back.

I love Davis Pet Grooming! I take my little yorky here and they always take care of her exactly how I ask. I know that anytime I come here, my dog will be taken care of and I can expect a high quality cut.

I had an appt. For nail trimming...I mentioned that I was not going get close to her because I had lost my voice. I offered to put my mask on, but she went off on me and told me to leave right now! Super rude.

I am beyond happy Susan is wonderful, she did exactly what I asked for. My baby came home just perfect, clean and happy. It was my first time at this groomer, I can't imagine going anywhere else. Thank you Susan for taking such good care.

I am so happy I found this salon for our pups! It was very welcoming when I first arrived with my pup Kona. He was a bit nervous for his first visit. Linda did an excellent job with grooming and nail trimming of our large dog! He was very calm when I picked him up, compared to previous experiences elsewhere. I look forward to my next visit with our other dog!

Our first visit to Davis Pet Grooming. Susan was very understanding of my senior Pomeranian’s separation anxiety. Even though my dog was slightly sedated, Susan allowed me to stay and support my girl. No stressful before/after wait and my Pom looks beautiful in her new cut. Davis Pet Grooming is our new groomer.

I can't say enough about how wonderful these ladies are! My mom took her golden retriever in to get washed and clipped. They did a fabulous job. My mom is elderly and didn't show up as planned to pick up Abby and hours had passed. They called me as very concerned something had happened and wanted me to know. Talk about wonderful and caring people going above and beyond. Will never go anywhere else and would give them ten stars if I could and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this local business!!!

What a refreshing experience. Susan and her staff are amazing! My two dogs were well taken care of and well groomed. We all left this shop happy and beautiful today!
