CVS Pharmacy are amazing specially with other stuff like wines in a box and liquor. I am astounded at how difficult it is to get the right amount of pills in a timely manner. But everything else are very good.

And endlessly frustrating experience trying to deal with this pharmacy. I have had three prescriptions sent here, confirmed with my doctor multiple times that he indeed sent them over. The pharmacy doesn’t know what happened with them. Call the doctor to have them resent. Try to call for more information only to have the phone ring for twenty minutes with no answer. Go to the pharmacy and wait in line to be told to come back in an hour. Come back two hours later and wait in line again and they still don’t have the prescription filled or any answers. Staff always seem so inconvenienced to be at work. Heard someone in the back answer the phone (a miracle!) and then hang up and immediately start talking badly about the patient on the other end of the call loudly enough for everyone in line to hear. Will be transferring all future prescriptions elsewhere.

I'm a little torn with this store. They are nice, but they are always busy at the pharmacy and a lot of the time theirs only one register open, so the line is always quite the wait.

Worst place to receive western Union. System was down for an hour. Customer service regarding the issue was also the worst I've ever encountered. The store employee who started the transaction snuck out when his shift was up on top of it. I was advised to seek another store that did it. I visited 2 stores in the area that did WU only to be told I had to finish the transaction at the original store. When I returned, the system still had not reset. I will never shop here ever again.

I called and waited the usual 40 minutes. The woman said we got nothing for you. My husband and I have a nickname for Karen~ we call her Hahaha 🤣🤪. I asked if the medication had arrived? She screamed "what medicine are you looking for?" Well today we are in the process of switching to a family pharmacy. My husband was over joyed and in shock because the new pharmacy answered the phone and they were Pleasant. So long CVS, so long Hahaha!

CVS has changed alot over the last few years. They are kind and know me by name. I feel welcome there and they are always working hard to help me. I am very grateful for the CVS crew in Placerville

I am being forced by aetna health insurance to use this pharmacy, ?They are incompetent, clueless & rude. I have to drive 60 miles round trip, they do not care I was told my RX would be ready to pick up in one hour. When I got there it was not ready They had to order the drug and the insurance paper work would not allow me to pick it up. A call to the Wal Mart pharmacy I pick up the drug that day without a hassle. I Hate this CVS.

Problems across the board with this pharmacy. I have been shorted pills (for a seizure disorder) multiple times, so I asked to have a double count each time, then they started giving me too many pills. A couple of the staff are polite, but most are EXTREMELY RUDE. I have been trying to get the same prescription filled for over a week now, and each time there is some new story as to why it still isn't ready, this is an ongoing medication for me and I am astounded at how difficult it is to get the right amount of pills in a timely manner. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Pharmacy is the worst one I've encountered in a CVS. Staff was rude, and ignored you. Will never use again. Karen in pharmacy is the one that "helped" me. Kept ignoring me and telling me my order was not ready, even though someone yelled out it was. Another lady came up and helped me despite the other telling her it wasn't ready. She found it. What a shocker. 2 stars for the 2nd lady. Karen would get none.

It's the worst pharmacy I've ever been to they wouldn't fill my persscipion that was sent by my doc because I was new. And also wouldn't take my goodrx card that sent me there for the lower price .I have never been treated so bad ever before I have rheumatoid arthritis and they treated me like I was drug seeking. My prescription hasn't changed in 15 years.what good is goodrx if store dont honor it. I will stick with riteaid on Broadway they have filled the same prescription for a year now and they never said that they couldn't fill from the beginning. Stay away from CBS there by far the worst.

Awesome deals!! Not all items in the flyer were available at my store. I went in for buy 2 beauty baskets get one free and the manager said their store did not receive those in their stock. I drove 30 min for that dealGot some other great deals with a 10$ cash card and credit points.

While caring for my father through his cancer treatments I’ve had good days and bad at this CVS location. The cake topper was when we were told his blood pressure medication was in a shortage in the US and we needed to change. This was also reported to his doctor by CVS. The non refill when needed causing a medication change threw him into a rebound and we ended up spending four days in the hospital leaving with two medications to do what one was. Everyone going off the CVS report. New meds never worked as well. Through research I found other pharmacies have zero problem getting this and it was only CVS. Now we have switched him back using a different pharmacy and his BP is in line again. When your watching someone suffer through cancer it’s a difficult situation to know a pharmacy will misled you causing even more suffering when it was CVS as a company not carrying this medication anymore. If this happens to you double check other pharmacies before you switch.

This pharmacy is exceptionally incompetent and the staff is very rude, however Beverly is amazing and Karen is very helpful to the elderly customer's. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I have tried to file a complaint with the store manager but she has not returned my call after numerous messages. Save yourself from future headaches and go somewhere else!

I have been dealing with these guys for about a year and I am never surprised at how bad it is - prescriptions not ready - super long wait times. But - here's the scoop, if you have a prescription id card that says CVS on it you don't have to go to CVS - I moved all of my prescriptions to Walgreen's without an issue.

What is the point of having a phone here if they never answer it....every single time I try to call it just rings for 30+ mins before I give up..... makes it very difficult when u like 40 mins away.... also... getting them to transfer prescriptions is more difficult than trying to peel concrete off the ground

The pharmacy here has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!They act like you are bothering them trying to get your prescriptions filled or picked-up.I'm moving all my prescriptions to Walgreen's and never shopping there again!
