My visit at the CVS store in the Prospector Plaza today. I found everything I was looking for the store was clean and easy to maneuver. When it was time for check out, the clerk was readily available to assist me and make sure I was able to use all coupons available to me Excellent experienceJohnk

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. For some reason there is aleays a problem…. They call and say the prescriptions are ready - I show up and they need an hour to fill them. They canceled my prescription in error and they refused to help get it corrected. Avoid this place if you can.

My rx was called in 3 days ago (same ol’ Rx, but new local Doctor). They have refused to fill until they speak with BOTH doctors. Seems a little overkill, and almost like they inherently dont trust their customers. Lots of people live remotely out here, not OK that it takes over 40 minutes on hold to get help!!!

My doctor sent my heart prescription refill that i can not go without to this CVS on accident, instead of my normal place on Broadway, and since I'm working night shift I had 5 minutes before they closed to go from one to the other. It's normally a 8 minute drive, I was getting to the pharmacy counter just as they were closing. However. The great human, Brian, saved the day for me and very politely helped me get my critical medicine.I was also kindly helped by the regular sales person with locating a few other items. She even was nice enough to laugh at my cheesy comedy.I left relieved and with a smile.I don't understand why all the bad reviews. However I have found its often that bad experiences follow certain people and their bad attitudes around like the smell of soiled diapers.I, obviously, do not go potty in my pants. So lol.

It’s not a terrible place. It’s clean inside, everyone’s nice and the pharmacists will do the best they can to help when they’re short staffed. This review isn’t about the people so much as a particular business practice that I want to make sure people can be aware of to save themselves time and gas.I do not understand why they don’t acknowledge any prescriptions that aren’t covered by insurance. As in, Doctor sends them in and when you go to pick them up, they don’t even bother filling it or telling you. So then you get home, contact the doctor and it turns out they DID send it. This has happened to myself and my cousin.I’m just posting this to raise awareness. If you go to pick up your scrips and find something is missing, PLEASE DON’T be afraid to ask about it! Check your meds before you leave. We should at least have the option to buy the meds we need outright before everyone just throwing their hands up and saying “Oh well”. With gas prices the way they are, save yourself the time and gas of making a second trip.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy from someone named Liz who was very unhelpful and wasted a lot of my time. She was also unhelpful to another customer and I witnessed her raise her voice at him and talk over him and all he was doing was asking for a second prescription to be filled. The manager was nice but they seem short staffed. Also call again to make sure your prescription is ready even if they text you it’s ready bc it probably won’t be as I had to wait another 20 mins and the man said he had to wait an hour after he received a text stating that his prescription was ready.

We have moved all prescriptions away from this pharmacy except for one. We have been doing business with them for years. We will move the last prescription in 2. They don't own, they yell at you and ask you what the hell you want, and sometimes they're out of the medication. We found a very nice local family pharmacy that answers their phone immediately and they're going to make it so that we don't have to go to the pharmacy every 3 days for pickup they're going to zinc our prescription so they all refill at the same time. And there's such friendly staff at this new pharmacy. I will be grateful when we're finally free of CVS pharmacy on Missouri flat Roadmonths. We are doing so due to the rudeness of staff. One in particular in particular

They said they'd fill my wife's prescription for her life threatening condition, only to let the phone ring when the hospital called and finally say they couldn't fill it because they were closing.Dont fill prescriptions here if you value your health. Thankfully the hospital is pulling some strings to get her enough until pharmacies open tomorrow.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. Pharmacy as well has no customer service at all. I will pull all my prescriptions from them. Stay away from this place. Nobody needs to be treated poorly like they treat there customers

When I went to pick up my prescription the pharmacist wasn't wearing her mask and kept touching her face and nose while handling the transaction and my medicine. It made me extremely uncomfortable as we are in the middle of an ongoing pandemic and numbers continue to rise.
