I really appreciate that the Placerville office is so well kept and well staffed with friendly, helpful people. I noticed and my Wife commented on the nice holiday decor the staff added for the season. AAA offering DMV services to members is one of the biggest reasons I renew my membership each year. I went in because I needed a witness for my signature of my stolen vehicle form. Rhonda helped but she was so incredibly rude and acted like it was a complete bother to sign a paper for a triple a member of over a decade. She gave me attitude the whole time, rolled her eyes at me, and when I asked about the form she just said I don’t know and gave me a mean look for no reason. I only went to this branch because I was in the area but now I will go out of my way to not go here again. I would give zero stars if I could, absolutely terrible customer service. I needed a signature but she kept arguing against it and didn’t ask for help, basically just tried to get me to leave.

The tow truck driver was great however the Supervisor i dealt with was unwilling to help me out with a unique situation I lost my driver's license and he refused me service verbally. But then I was switched back over to somebody else and they were very polite and helpful

Mark is an amazing agent! There was no wait when we got there and he helped with our confusing situation. The price of insurance and membership was cheaper than others. The woman who registered the car was also helpful and friendly! I give them not just one A but 3 AAA

Great experience for local AAA needs. I needed some passport photos taken & we were taken right in. Photos were quick & came out great, they did great with the kids too. Bonus AAA members get free passport photos until mid June so that's a help. Love that I'm also able to handle most of my DMV needs there as well as my travel.

Very frustrating, employees aren’t transparent at all. They promise a tow truck in 90 minutes, after waiting more then that in the hot sun all day they say another 90 minutes. Very unprofessional and not transparent at all, employees then blame you for getting upset. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I expected to wait a while, but was pleasantly surprised! There were 3 people in front of me, but I was in and out in 15 minutes. I renewed the registration to my truck and was on my way. Very friendly staff. Be ready to wear a mask

The employees here are having a power trip due to covid, won't even let you open the door by yourself then I get there and they don't even have dmv services avaliable right now, cool so what am I paying you guys each year for? Terrible service and employees that think they have this almighty power above you? cool. You know your dmv services are supposed to be there and be efficient for people like me that work 8-14 hr days and don't have time to go to dmv, open up on the weekends at least and treat your customers like humans for once

I've been a AAA member for over 18 years from Southern California's AAA club. Ever since I moved to Northern California the service has been absolutely terrible. In SoCal I was stuck on a back road in the middle of nowhere with just a flip phone and no gps. a truck was there within 20 minutes. Here just outside of Placerville, CA on a major road. 2 hours and nothing. when I called an hour in to the wait the rep was indifferent and after voicing irritation for not hearing anything for over an hour she cancels the service all after we hang up.Visits to the office for a Passport photo and they don't even know how to take one that will be accepted so no my passport is expired and I'm jumping through hopes trying to get that resolved. Worst service I've see in from a brand the was built on customer service. save your self some time and don't get a membership unless you move to Southern California.

Was there with a friend to you there DMV services in and out within 20 for a Car registration renewal. Great service FREE for AAA members friendly and fast DMV will mail me registration but 20 or 4 hours at DMV no brainier

We go here because we have AAA towing and when you have towing you can register your cars and trucks there- then you do not have 2 make an appt. At DMV cause even then it takes hours and hours

Thank you AAA for cancelling our home owners insurance after being a loyal paying customer of 35 years. Never had a claim for home alway faithfully gave you the money and we got our cancellation notice today happy new year. No warning or phone call again thank you so much..I really wish AAA would have reached out to us before this occured and it seems a little late. I sent a copy of the AAA cancellation letter to the member relations center. State Farm has no problem with our home and property. Our family has five (5) cars and we gave them all of our auto and home owners business. Our new policy with State Farm is cheaper and has higher cover than AAA. I am very disapointed with AAA with how they abruptly canceled us after 35 years with no attempt to mitigate any problems with brush on our property.
