we decided to stop in for some snacks and drinks while we were in the area and had a gift card to burn. the prices were great on some of the sugar pastries we wanted to purchase. we also inquired the guy at the front counter about some of the flavors that were available for the latte and decided to get one as well. there were no cars in the drive thru and when we were inside we saw them working fast to keep it clear as well.

2/7/2024I come here semi-regularly. Tonight about 5pm a group of 6 adults came and were gathered at one table. They were talking incredibly obnoxiously loud with zero respect for the many other people there. It was so extreme that they needed to be warned and then kicked out if they did not quiet down.It is not too easy for the employees to hear such groups due to the distance from the order counter as well as the dividing wall between the two sides. An employee needs to regularly cycle through the side where customers sit so they can give proper warning to those who are being so discourteous to other customers there who have an equal right to work in nondisruptive setting.This group's excessive volume had me leaving with a throbbing headache. I will be finding a different place to do my work and get something to eat or drink.

Good coffee and tea shop with snacks. Very similar to anlther popular coffee chain. This place offers a larger variety of teas which is what I drink. I had Jasmine Dragon tea and it was good. My husband had a black coffe and he he enjoyed it. We also had a berry pastry and breakfast burrito that was heated up for us. The dining area was large and open. Customer service was okay.

The worst coffee place ever, they have the coffee already made, it's not fresh at all, I asked for a warm ham, cheese brioche and they just put it in the microwave with the plastic envelope and gave it to me in the same way. Gross. Disgusting.

Very nice crew, clean facility with clean washrooms! The cold brew I ordered was great! My sister and I were just hanging out while our elderly mother was at the hospital being treated, an employee (male, glasses with ponytail) approached us and offered us a sandwich that was mistakenly heated for another order. That sandwich came in handy for mom! Thanks for the great service!

Some of the best customer service I've ever had from a "chain" cafe/restaurant. Recently ordered from Uber Eats and discovered an item missing, and instead I had a hand written apology note for the item out of stock, encouraging me to get a refund for the item on Uber Eats. Very professional and considerate customer service.

I would’ve given it 5 stars but whoever made my drink didn’t make it with oatmilk and I have a dairy allergy so I’ve been putting up with it. Usually, they do really good but today, my stomach has been really upset after the latte.

The coffee is fine. The snacks are great, although very expensive for what they are. Taking away stars because I don’t order a ready made drink but take a regular coffee with milk, like I can get at any other coffee shop, right? No, here they decide on the amount of milk you are going to get today, also the amount of cinnamon, you literally are not allowed to touch the cinnamon jar. They can ofc pour some on the side but yeah…not convenient. No other coffee place around has any issue with me poking my nose inside the milk jar and here I can’t add my own cinnamon. The youth working in this location are super friendly and nice, but there’s too many of them (up to 6, they have a drive thru) and this sometimes creates communication issues. Management, up your game!

Nice place! I was here around 12:30 on a Tues and it was extremely quiet. The place was clean and orderly including the restrooms. This is a very large restaurant with plenty of seating. They have a drive thru as well. I ordered the Peach Jasmine cold tea and it was terrific. I like things on the sweeter side and this was perfect. Don't come to the CB&T very often I tend to stop in Starbucks but was reminded today they're not the only game in town.

Website says open at 5am. Been sitting here for 15 minutes in the drive through waiting for my order to be taken. Thankfully my daughters were adamant about stopping at Golden arches for their food first.

This is a good location for coffee bean as it’s situated in a quiet, and safer part of Placentia. There are less coffee bean store right now due to the pandemic so I am going here quite often as one closer to where I live didn’t survive the pandemic. Drinks and snacks are up to the standard and same with the ambience. However, same can’t always be said about the Barista. I remember when I went to the store to use prepaid coffee bean app but couldn’t due to their scanner malfunction. Instead of giving an advice to resort the matter to corporate or give a small discount or so, he just quickly telling me it’s not everyday in a rude manner. I understand some people have becoming difficult customer since the pandemic but I didn’t give him any attitude whatsoever. Didn’t give him a weird look or anything as I was wearing a mask that day. The barista at Starbuck in North State College has much better attitude than here even though their store aren’t as nice as this one. It is too bad bc coffee bean has always been a good alternative to Starbuck. Hope staff at this location can change their attitude for the better

They took over 15 minutes to make a drink and then made it incorrectly. When we had to go back up to get it right the manager accused us of being rude in the place before which has not happened. Will not go to the one in Placentia again.

Friendly staff and the place has a nice atmosphere. I'm SO glad we have this coffee shop and not the Burger King that was here before. I do wish they stayed open until 11:00 pm however, instead of closing at 10:00 pm.

Today I went here for the 1st time & got an iced caramel latte thingy & a bagel. Of course I got a HUGE size lol with out knowing. The bagel is a good size & was tasty & crispy. Now I'm not a coffee drinker but today was different. It's VERY yummy, worth the $ & way better then starbucks! Think next time I'll get a smaller size lol.

Coffee was fine lol its coffee. But the service was terrible. I am in SHOCK!!! A younger lady was helping me in the drive-thru and after about 30 seconds of chatting she asked me "Do you have a mask?". At the time I didn't so she offered me one nicely. I took it and gave her my card. She charged me for my coffee and then WITHHELD my card and my coffee until I put my mask on. Needless to say this is ridiculous especially considering I am in my own private car and there is plenty of plexi glass inbetween the 6ft we were apart lol. It is also advised not required. I will not be going back here and neither should any of you unless you want to get caught in a political battle of wearing a mask in your own car or getting your coffee and credit card back...

They ignore your order. If you're vegan don't go here. Their powdered flavors, their default, are milk-based. When I asked for soy milk and syrup, not powder, they still put powder in my drink. I had to turn around and try again and the same thing happened.
