Amazing experience at this self serve dog wash! The woman that walked us through the process was very kind and clear with which shampoos to use where and the dogs there were very calm. For my two dogs I paid (I believe) about $35 total which was super amazing since I used to pay triple that at Petsmart grooming! We will definitely be bringing our dogs back here!

This place was great! We have been to many self dog washes around the country and they were great! I don’t know what products they use but they were amazing and the whole staff was helpful and even helped me even though it was “do it yourself.” The owner was so nice. While we are just passing through, I highly recommend them!

I have been bringing Thor here since he was about 7 months…. He’s now 1.5 years and we have his BIG little brother Zero!This is the BEST doggie wash/groom ANYWHERE! We love coming here and will honestly never go anywhere else ( unless ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY) every member is just AWESOME and so real! I love that once your fur baby is done you are already there because they call you just before so your baby isn’t waiting around anxious and I love that the concept of self wash allows me to be there with my EXTREME VELCRO boys haha.Thank you for all you do!PS. I stumbled across sham paws by accident when I was upset with the high groom prices of petsmart/ petco. My dog has husky in her so she SHEDS like it's her job, and she starts screeching/ talking at the sight of a bath tub. My 40 pound fur baby was costing me $130/ month to get groomed. I found sham paws and fell in love. My dogs sensitive skin did not act up after using their soaps and the high velocity dryer easily blew out her coat. And my wallet doesn't hurt after self wash or getting grooming services. Sham paws provides high quality soaps as well as any grooming tool you possibly could need. I've been a regular now for awhile and both self wash and get my dog groomed by their team and I have never had a bad experience. The cost is very reasonable and they have a stamp card to get $ off after a few visits. I know my dog is in good capable and experienced hands when I drop her off for grooming. I have also gotten a few of friends and my coworkers to begin to take their dogs to sham paws and they have also loved it.Every sham paws employee is so nice and friendly. I refuse to take my dog anywhere but sham paws.For those with loud dogs like mine, they don't charge an extra fee (thank goodness), for older dogs or very large dogs they have ramps to the bathtubs, and for dogs who aren't fond of grooming they have duck bill shaped muzzles which is hilarious to see.I could give so many more reasons why sham paws is amazing. For you and your dogs sanity please give sham paws a try. You will not be disappointed!

I really enjoy my time here it was very therapeutic, I honestly felt like washing my dog built a connection between both of us. It was very peaceful and smooth. I have a giant schnauzer my dog is very calm and super friendly didn’t move at all during the session, I did see others struggle with their dogs, so if you know you have a dog and that is a barker or that will move a ton lol, maybe this wouldn’t be for you but ALWAYS give it a try the manager and the staff are so lovely SUPER amazing with dogs I honestly loved it so much that i’m going for my second time on the 15 to get my dog a haircut. ! 🏽

This place is a wonderful self-serving dog wash. They provide all the necessary items involved in getting your pup all clean and ready to go. They also provide grooming services if you don’t want to do it yourself. I had them trim my GSD’s thick nails and it was perfect. This will definitely be our new spot for baths :). Also, the owner is the sweetest lady - I really enjoyed talking to her. The business has that awesome mom-n-pop type vibe that makes you feel very comfortable and welcome.

These ladies were very nice and welcoming. I did the self wash and was helped along the way and offered a specialty soap even! They also have a doggy facewash that is safe for their eyes, mouth, and ears. Great experience!

I’m met with exemplary customer service every time ! Kim and staff do their best to accommodate all types of dogs. Our dog is over 100 pounds and they are very kind with my beast. I recommend using the ramp if your dog is okay with that..

This place is so fun and friendly! The staff is great, very helpful! The wash basins are easy to use and everything you need to wash your pup is right there, very handy.If you go the route of having the staff wash your pup, know that they are in great hands. They all love, love, love pups, all shapes and sizes. I was there on Monday 8/29/2022 and they were super!♥️

Our first time using the self wash and it was a great experience. Staff was really nice, explained everything well and always made sure we were doing okay. Also loved how my little pup can have everything done in one tub it was much safer then having to move him around. I will definitely be going back and taking my other dog.Sunny is nicely cleaned and relaxed it was a success.

Very friendly environment. I have been washing my lab at home for an year now... Mistake.. So much easier and cost effective to use dog wash. Plus HUGE plus is all the hair mess is left at the dog wash.

Brought my golden doodle here for the self-serve bath. It was great having access to their shampoo, conditioner, tub, warm water spray, dryer, brushes and most importantly towels! Loved having the apron to keep my clothes dry.Whatever spray they put on when we were done lasted over a week and it wasn’t too strong.With all the fur, I went through quite a few towels. When we finished up, they asked us to dump all the supplies in the tub and they took care of cleaning everything up.The cost was worth it, when I bathe my doodle at home, his hair is everywhere and I have to spend more time cleaning the shower and bathroom of all the hair.

The experience at Shaw Paws is second to none. The facility is clean, organized, easy to navigate, and fully stocked with everything needed to leave with a clean and happy pup! The staff is very helpful and ready to assist. Full service grooming is available and for self-wash there are add-ons available that will be handled by the professionals (nail trimming for example). Appointments are available and walk-ins are welcome

Thank you for the Help and guidance on what do to staff was super friendly and knowledgeable on what to do. A place where all dogs are welcome took a dog im fostering in to give him a bath since he probably hasn’t had one in awhile cause he was at the pound. I explained I didn’t know how he would react aggressive or not, The lady in front had 0 worries and didn’t even need to think about it. She helped me get my pit into the dog wash and the rest was history definitely coming back !

Sham-Paws is an incredible find! I have been here a couple of times and have been so impressed. It’s really well thought out from having combs and brushes to borrow to ear wraps to hooks for leashes/ bags. The quality of products is fabulous- the blueberry facial, white fur shampoo, and regular shampoo keep our dogs smelling lovely even two weeks after a visit. The owner and staff are so kind and helpful. Pricing is absolutely reasonable for the experience you get. Don’t bother with other self-wash shops…this is the best around!!

There are not enough stars to give to this wonderful establishment!!I had my hands full with a dog that was terrified of baths..My daughter and I had been through so much in the past month I just felt so defeated... and then to have a dog so afraid... I was so overwhelmed I was holding back tears.The owner of the establishment came.over with a staff member to help.. she helped calm the dog and helped with an extra pair of hands or 2 to get this sweet dog bathed..There are not enough words or stars to show our deepest appreciation.♡ Danielle, Ava, and Diva
