Poor customer service. High prices. No one answers phones. I’ve been on hold forever and have had to leave messages. No one calls back in a timely manner. Hours are limited. They close at 6 and that is when I get home from work. Changing the filters is not easy and not one size fits all. The prices have gone up a tremendous amount. In the past 2 years I think they have increased by 40%. I just reordered an alkaline filter plus two others (not the membrane) and it was over $400! They want to charge me $100 to have someone come out to help change filters but I’m not willing to do that as I feel I’m paying so much already. There are videos on their website that are supposed to teach you how to change the filters but the filters in the video don’t match what I have at home. I’m just so incredibly disappointed. I have been trying to get this resolved for 3 days. The latest is the battery that indicates when the filters need to be changed needed to be replaced. I had to call and ask about it. I had some instructions texted to me. I replaced the battery but the instructions didn’t work. When the filters were sent in the mail there was no receipt and no instructions on how to change them! They assume I know what to do but I don’t do this every day! I do it once a year. I’m not going to remember what to do. Do not recommend.

I purchased an EcoWater softener and reverse osmosis system from Costco. The entire experience from the initial consultation to the installation was great. Our service technician Jose Magana was friendly and professional, he had our new system up and running in just a few hours. He answered all our questions about the water softener and we feel confident about maintaining it now.Our water feels and tastes so much better, we are very happy with the purchase.

We have used EcoWater systems before. Just moved from Utah. We found Julie very knowledgeable of product line. She was very courteous and professional. Actually she is the reason we were made comfortable to decide which model we should get. She was prompt in arranging the installation. The installers Henry and Karla were very efficient, fast and clean workmanship. So far very happy, Julie is making sure the water is soft.

My experience over the last few years has been frustrating as the filter I need has been shipped and damaged due to inappropriate packaging more than once. My recent customer contact Kyle Keehr has been very accommodating to ensure customer satisfaction due to a situation beyond his control. My opinion is that the shipping dept needs to provide training initially as well as the correct shipping materials for each product to prevent the damage I have witnessed.

Many thanks to my service tech today Dylan. I called this morning for service and Dylan at my home earlier than expected, which was perfect. He thoroughly double checked all the lines and equipment, and they were all operating perfectly. He went above and beyond to troubleshoot the potential problem and provided me with some info for a simple fix. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional. he was also very polite and friendly!

I had a problem with my system not producing water. Liz was able to walk me through the repair saving me a service fee. I don't understand why the filters are so expensive compared to other systems, but the customer service is supreme.

Our Rep Julie did a great job! She came out to retest and make sure everything was working properly. After just using our system for a few days, I noticed a huge difference in the water softness compared to my mothers house, who doesn't have an EcoWater system. We're also happy that we will be saving $75+ by not needing an Arrowhead water dispenser and bottles anymore. We also took advantage of the Pure and Gentle soap package and can't wait to get it so we won't be using harsh chemicals in the house anymore.

Salesman Michelle was really fantastic. Very nice and had some great scientific experiments that showed how bad our water was. Was very detailed but sold us on a couple things that were not possible. Dustin was our tech and installed our EcoWater System. He was great!!! Made some great suggestions on where we should put the outside device. Did a wonderful job around the house and was careful with everything he touched. Explained everything in great detail (maybe a little fast, for old people like me). Highly recommend this company!!

We love the EcoWater System and especially the alkaline drinking water. The water is so smooth and silky when I bathe. But the best part is not having hard water build up in my water pipes and my shower. I no longer have to squeegee my shower after bathing! They installed it efficiently. Everybody at EcoWater when I have had a question or a concern has been extremely helpful with great expertise. Thank you so much Julie for great customer service and follow-up. The whole team has been wonderful to work with Chris, Sean and Julie!

I’m a senior citizen and while I consider that I am savvy in a technical way, I did need lots of help setting up my EcoWater system. Sean went beyond setting up the system by helping me with my password and logging into the system properly. Sean was very helpful. He took his time making sure I completed each task before moving on. He was very respectful. I would recommend Ecowater Systems San Diego to anyone who is in the market for a water system to enhance the condition and safety of their home water quality. I’m giving Sean a rating of 10 out of 10 stars. He did an excellent job and I appreciate his professionalism.

My system has been working well. Soft water is hard to beat when you have sensitive skin. Washing clothes is also easier and cleaner with soft water. We also have the alkaline water which for me is a must if you drink a lot of water. Julie whom has helped from the beginning has come by to check on everything making sure everything is working properly. Pure and Gentle soap products that come with the first purchase are nice. The installer was over the top good with quality piping job and bonus soft water outlet for washing the car.

I did the Costco water treatment, set up a consultation and Julie Riness came over and tested our water. We recently moved in Riverside. I didn’t realize how bad Riverside water was. I didn’t even know I wanted water treatment until I noticed a lot of lime and calcium build up around my sink. I also noticed my hair was getting darker and my scalp had build up. My sister started getting acne and her eczema was acting up from the water and my daughter started getting skin problems. After Julie showed us what EcoWater does, there was no hesitation from our family that we needed this. Julie was great in testing everything out, the pH and the separation of our water and what’s in it. She answered all of our questions and gave us the best water system fit for our home. We wanted it installed right away and she was able to hold her word that if they get any cancellations, they will squeeze us in, which they did. My Costco cash card came in a week later and with my membership, I’ll be able to get the rewards when it comes time to renew again. Julie was so great and the customer service I received was awesome. I love my water treatment and having clean water to drink! It has truly worked. My scalp problems are gone, skin isn’t dry, my sister’s acne is going away and we get spotless car washes!

I highly recommend Ecowater Systems for soft water system needs. From the original consultation by the Water Treatment Specialist, to the customer service by the office staff, to the final installation of my unit, I received courteous and personalized attention. We have only had the unit for a short time, but the system appears to work as promised; clean, fresh, quality water. Our overall experience was very good. After a rather extraordinary mistake was discovered, (a new installer had installed a simple whole house water softener instead of the whole house filter and softener I had ordered) April, my sales rep and Brett the technician who discovered the error, turned this whole debacle around for me. The company generously compensated me for this unprecedented error... thanks to April! And then Brett came out to do the final check on everything. His competence and knowledge of the product and water filtration, especially here in the desert, not only impressed me, but put my uneasiness at rest. I now have beautiful filtered and softened water that I can confidently drink and cook with. Exactly what my goal was in purchasing this system. I highly recommend this company, and John, the owner personally gets involved if there are any issues. It’s nice to deal with this sort of old fashioned integrity! Thank you everyone at EcoWater!

It's a great experience talking with Julie from Eco water, she's experienced, kind, polite and professional.We quickly made our decision and she scheduled the earliest time per our request and the whole product was done within 5 hours!The soft water quality is sooo Amazing our skin feel different after 3 days!
