my mom had a severe abscess inside of her mouth, and during Thanksgiving holiday, she found herself spending some time in the ER. Every pharmacy was closed so there could've been no way of calling in a prescription. She was giving a paper prescription for antibiotics she took it to the pharmacy and counter to one of the most rudest ladies that you could ever hope for first she said one of the boxes Wilson check, so it may the prescription invalid. There was also some pain medication there on the prescription. She said she was unable to verify the prescription because she could not get through to the hospital. She continued to call the hospital although the prescription had a barcode. Signed 100% by the doctor she asked to see the discharge papers Ishe showed them to her. She about three minutes later she said that my antibiotics were ready to be picked up. However, she could not fill the other part of my prescription that had to straight it for my pain medication which mine it was not a narcotic. It was a regular pain medication. It waa lidocaine patches she refused to fill them. She said she wasn't able to fill none of the prescription initially reason being there was not a checked box then she said she was unable to reach anyone at the hospital then it went to. She couldn't field just the pain medication, but could feel the antibiotic, but she had to shred my other part of the prescription because she doubt that anyone would you give me a prescription for pain medication mind you she's not a physician. She should not be giving medical advice about how to treat a patient and it should not be her priority to shred someone's prescription. my mother has a severe abscessed of a tooth. I am mediately drove her to the ER. Her white cell blood count is elevated real high at this point because she doesn't have the antibiotics or pain medication that was prescribed to her by physician furthermore, I did speak to the same doctor and the doctor said he cleared the prescription for it to be filled, I honestly want to file a grievance, but don't know the appropriate steps which the lady needs to be fired and they need to borrow her from being a pharmacist because she is harming people by making radical decisions that are not her choice to make she refuses to fill prescriptions that were made by a doctor . Please stay away from this Walgreens.

When to try and pick up my meds and I was only 2 minutes there after closing yet the window to pharmacy. Met by a woman named Destiny saying it was closed. Wanted to take a picture of the window open and people still being helped yet she told me it was closed. Got in my car and drive thru still had 4 cars waiting in line to get their meds. Yet this freaking witch could do be a favor of letting me get my meds that I need.

Thank you to the manager for showing human kindness and grace for allowing me to use the restroom as I was experiencing a loss of a baby and my bladder was extremely weak , thank you so much for the grace and one time exception.

Every time I come to the pharmacy thereās this lady ( Spanish /Mexican/ Latin decent ) and she has got the worst attitude. She usually works the registration side ( which is the side she was on tonight at around 7pm , she took a break after helping me ) but it never fails every time I walk up I say hello sheās just rude, will roll her eyes, is the least bit friendly , and if you go in there with a good mood, rest assured she will have you leaving in a bad one . I just had enough of her sour attitude.

After waiting 30 minutes in line, I was told that I can ācome back in 20 minutes and pick it upā. A common refrain here.My doctor faxed the prescription order three days ago.I hate this place.Basically you wait 30 minutes to get to the window where they tell you theyāll have it ready in 20 minutes so you just drive back to the back of the line and wait for another 30 minutes.

The Pharmacy is always slow and the workers have no sense of urgency to help you. The Covid19 vaccine process is long and I had to wait over an hour from my appointment to get my vaccination. No apology for the wait as they didn't care. There's a reason why this location has a lot of available appointments, because no one wants to deal with poor service! I will never go to Walgreens for anything that has to do with the Phramcy.

Called on a Friday to ask if i could receive a physical copy of my vaccine card since i had my first dose vaccine here earlier in the year, and they said yes please come on in. I drove 1.5 hours the next day to visit. Skinny brown hair woman with dark blue scrubs at pharmacy counter was extremely rude and casually mentioned āwe donāt issue physical cardsā after i asked. when i explained my earlier call calmly she repeated the same line, not looking up from her computer and brushing me off. great customer serviceā¦

Five stars for the guy that works the front register!! Thank GOD for him. An elderly woman was buying a target gift card because āsomeone at Xfinity told her she needed to get oneā. He told her to please call Xfinity first because itās a SCAM. He was absolutely right and saved that lady her money. These scammers are horrible

I only come here for the pharmacy and it's absolute garbage. I've been here for for 1 1/2 hour. 30 minutes in line and 60 minutes waiting for the pharmacist that has to allow most medications to be handed out to customers. Why wouldn't you just shut the pharmacy if you basically can't do anything with him/her? It makes absolutely no sense. It's like having a restaurant and having someone order something and you tell them they have to wait an hour for their food because the chef isn't there. It's unbelievable. This at 630 at night by the way. After a 10 hour shift.

Been going here for years, my experience is usually pleasant so I won't complain about costumer service. I've picked up prescriptions for my mother, sister, husband and even acquaintances who needed help and the wait is sometimes (usually) very long and at times even after waiting hours I'm told I have to come back the next day. My advice is they hire more staff and expand the department to hold more so medications can be processed faster and take stress off the employees.

The pharmacy here is the absolute worst. Every time I come here itās a different problem.I usually give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but the pharmacy here is always the same. Long lines, incorrect information, lack of communication etc.Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

The drive through pharmacy is a joke stay far away from it!!!! Super slow service wasted 2 hours to get a simple prescription. It's completely ridiculous seeing 10+ cars in one lane with no interest from staff to make sure that the drive through running smoothly! Walgreens you better step up your game! I'd advise sending you prescriptions elsewhere..

I had an insurance issue and thought I wouldn't be able to get my prescriptions. But staff said they would try their best to work it out. They called me ( with a recording) to tell my prescriptions might take longer than usual. But not an hour later they called to tell me they were ready. I appreciated this because it saved me time from unnecessary phone calls. Now their prices are a little high but they do offer convenience and selection. Overall, I like Walgreens. The staff are helpful and efficient as well as nice. The store is ok in a pinch but the pharmacy is great.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever been too. They lose Prescriptions ALL THE TIME! They will tell me my meds will be ready at 11am the next day, when they open at 9am...2 hours is plenty of time to fill 1 script...but they'll need another 90 minutes! I mean, of course the dr only called it in 3 days before...I guess I'm asking too much! Dont walk out this pharm...run! Any other Walgreens is better then this one. I gave 1 star (because I had too) but I'll say the people who work here are kind & I'm sure they try their best. Maybe they are very busy but so are the other Walgreens & they manage to fill a script as soon as they get it without you having to call & remind them DAILY...I recommmend calling them hourly if you really need your meds that day or even the next day.

Called pharmacy and was told I can pick up my medication in 2 hrs. After I arrived, waited 30 min in line they proceed to tell me they donāt have any orders for me. They pointed me to another window but all of them were rude, unprofessional and not helpful. Worse customer service ever!!

Do not trust this Walgreens with your prescription. Called yesterday to get my medicine and was told i had to wait until the next day only for them to tell me they ran out of my medicine the next day on a Sunday when my doctor's office is closed yet im told they will have my medicine in 4-5 days i will never use this Walgreens again.

We scheduled an appointment for a covid vaccine. When we got here they told us to wait 10 minutes, because they were going to break .1 hour later we still waiting. But, oh! Wait they send us a notification that they already gave us the shot. They should not ask people to make appointments if they are going to help you when they want.

This is the kind of pharmacy that if you call and ask them to send a refill request to your doctor, someone will tell you they canāt do that, but if you call back 10 minutes later and speak to a different person, they say āsure, no problem.āThis is the kind of pharmacy that you can call in the morning and theyāll say, āweāll have your prescription ready for pickup in 90 minutes,ā then when you arrive and wait in line for 45 minutes theyāll tell you that they are actually out of stock and instead of telling you where it is in stock, expect you to call all the Walgreens in the area to find out yourself.

Stood at the "consultation"window for a good 5 minutes. I understand that the employee is with another customer but he walked past me 3 times, and acted as if his peripheral vision was impaired. He didn't bother to acknowledge that I was standing there and that he'd be with me as soon as he could.

If I could give NO stars I would. Very SLOW! Everyone in the Pharmacy acts if itās the 1st day of enrollment. Donāt seem like they have completed school at all. You ask one question to 5 different people you will get 5 different answers. Training needs to be done weekly or everyday with the way this place is being ran.

Iāve shopped at this particular store for the last 6 years and Iāve always been pleased...until today. When I noticed the āexpiration dateā on the back of a Mega size bottle of Walgreens brand multivitamins. I love the vitamins because they relieve my joint pains and make me feel energetic. But Iām disappointed in the fact that that store had these āexpiredā vitamins on the shelf for trusting people like me to buy.

I called in to fill my prescriptions, the pharmacist and the assistants were very rude on the phone. They asked for my date of birth, after giving that information, they asked for the medication I'd like to fill.After giving my medication information, the pharmacist was asking for my date of birth in number, which I thought was my medication number. When I asked what this was, the pharmacist practically screamed at me saying YOUR DATE OF BIRTH, then I said "I gave that to you already," and I said my date of birth again. After that the pharmacist just hung up the phone.

My prescription bottles were unsealed! Came back to tell them & they offered to count the pcs to say itās all good instead of replacing it. Such a joke when it clearly said in every bottle not to take it once unsealed! Very harmful! I left and threw the bottles away! V

This is just he worst pharmacy and costumer service. This is the 4th time Iāve had to go 3 days in a row to try to pick up my prescription. I wait in line for an hour then then itās my turn they say they going on lunch. Other 2 times they close early orClosed altogether.

Worst Walgreens in the area. They routinely take 10 mins or per person. They are slower than the DMV. So unless you have 40-50 mins to waste I do not recommend shopping here.
