*The very helpful place! I've visited here a few times, and the staff has always been extremely helpful and very friendly. The place has a "vibe" to it that just makes me feel comfortable, haha! I placed an online order today for car fob batteries. The website was super easy to use. I have nearly 20 years of work experience in tech support, I've worked on and had to use many different online order sites, and otherwise, their site is one of the best I've used, it's extremely simple to use. Sure, it had the Cookies pop up (like all companies do), but this pop-up, you can simply "X" close out. The site was super easy to add my payment method, my personal info, checked out ad guest, didn't need to make an account. Order said it would take up to 15 minutes, I walked in maybe 5 minutes after placing order and the friendly clerk that greeted me said the order was ready. I mentioned that it was for my car fob and she advised that their key department could install the battery for me. I went to key department and another friendly clerk quickly completed the swap and fob works perfectly! Highly recommend this location!!!

Convenient hardware store to locate my needs without having to shop at the big box. Robert was very helpful in delivering a wheelbarrow to my home. ALWAYS salesperson to answer questions and direct me to where I can find items.

My wife and I have shopped at this local hardware store for years. It's always easy to get a person to help you with what you're looking for, unlike the large home improvement stores, Ace Hardware Pittsburg is the place to go to.

On 9/10 I picked up a present some one purchased from another state and never felt more or been treated more like a minority. When the item was purchased from Bob, he made it seem like it would be an easy transaction. Sandra the manager on duty should probably get some training, cause I'm sure if I was white things would of been different. Never had the problems I had there today, but it was enough not to go back.

I like this place. Wide range of products. And services. Helpful friendly staff. And they sell fluorescent replacement tubes (LED type) but don't recycle old ones. Bummer. It's difficult to find any retailer that recycles old fluorescent tubes. They contain mercury. Toxic. They end up in the landfill.

These folk are all friendly. Feels like a small time country hardware store with the variety of the larger stores. Few less brands and less inventory. Nice think a little more expensive. Standard practice for a better overall shopping experience. I come here oftenBest part? They make flawless keysKeys with chips, done. DND keys, done. And I don't know what magic they have but the keys work like new ones from the factory...

I always go here when I need something. I would have given them 5 stars if they kept their hardware drawers organized. A lot of stuff are misplaced, making it actually harder to find what you need. There's also a time when I had to come back twice because a key duplicate they made for me did not work. But overall, this is a good hardware store with lots of stuff and nice workers.

Great place has everything you need . i purchased a new kitchen faucet and i wasn't sure it it would fit . and if i needed to return it i would have to have a receipt so the nice lady taped it to the box for me so i wouldn't lose it. Awesome because i usually end up losing receipts. But i didn't need to return because it fits and looks amazing. Great customer service here. And i love that

The only place to get what you really need, when you don't want to go to the hardware Mega mart. Or get covered in dirt and dust at Home Depot. Most of the employees are knowledgeable if not they will find you the answer. Very nice selection of Fasteners oh, nuts bolts and screws nails and other things. Prices are higher than Home Depot and Lowe's. But you have to pay employees if you want them to actually know what they're doing.

This is our go to for keys that need to be copied. I rarely have to go elsewhere because they have most types. I inadvertently posted an earlier review saying something about great selection of craft beer. That was a review for a different place, obviously. I apologize for any harm this may have caused.

This Ace hardware store is so convenient and has a wide selection of great products. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If your tired of the Home depot, Lowe's not having anyone to help you then head to Ace hardware in Pittsburgh.

I had been looking for large mason jars for months, and finally found them here. I called ahead, and they kindly put aside two boxes for me at the front counter, so all I had to do was go in and pay for them.And they charged me $1 per box less than the advertised internet price. It was about a third the price of what they had on Amazon.
