You can find products exactly where they say they're going to be so it's a very clean and well-kept store

Perfect place to find pet supplies or find a pet as well. Dog adoptions on weekends but they always have cats, aquatics, reptiles, small pets, or birds.

The cat adoption area was very dark and omitted the most offensive odor I've ever encountered. I feel terrible for the cats in there. I tried to tell one of the associates but he seemed to be purposely avoiding me.

Love this pets mart. Been going here for about 2 years. The staff has always been very knowledgeable. I dont use the grooming service, i have a personal groomer. But the shelves always full and great people.

Made an appointment online for the same day for grooming. It was very easy. The staff was super friendly, thorough and made me feel comfortable with leaving my dog, it’s been a week and she still smells fresh. I definitely recommend. We got her teeth brushed, bathed, anti shed for a good price. Around $80 and took about 2 hours.

DO NOT BUY FISH HERE!!! They simply don't care about the fish. They do not take care of them. They leave dead fish in their tanks for days on end. This is now the second time I went in and seen dead fish in the tanks. I know these fish have not just died, because they are covered in fuzz they've been sitting there decaying for a while now. I was furious the first time I saw this and spoke to the manager and it really upsets me that I cannot remember her name but she was working on the night of July 11th 2019 she was the closing manager. I spoke to her about all the dead fish in the tanks and that they weren't taking care of their fish like they should. Her response was oh this was a freak accident we found them all dead this morning. My jaw dropped, if you found all those fish dead in the morning why were they not removed from the tanks? The longer those fish sit there dead the more pollution that's going into that water. Give this some thought PetSmart. You walk into a room that's smokey you can't breathe, what do you do? You leave the room so you don't have to inhale that smoke. Think of a fish tank that is polluted with toxins. Those fish in that tank have nowhere to escape they have to breathe in those toxins until someone balances out the tank. I used to buy all my fish, fish supplies, guinea pig supplies, all that from PetSmart. After today I will not give them my business for any of my pets needs. These photos are a mic from July 11th and today Aug. 7th. Sorry but you should have somebody checking those tanks daily, for any dead fish and checking the water to make sure it is balanced for the health of those fish.

PetSmart's Dock: As a CDL driver this freakin dock was a nightmare, I dunno what the hell that guy was smoking who designed it. You have to backup in opposite directions to get in and it's absolutely risky and unsafe. GOAL GOAL GOAL otherwise you can hit the fence or wall. Be safe drivers

They never answer their phones. It's pointless to order for curbside pickup. Every time, I need to walk into the store and stand in line in order to pickup my items because no one picks up the phone. It's definitely an inconvenience you may as well plan for with this particular location.

The highest prices I have ever seen I thought of buying one of the ball towers that the ball rolls around when the Kitty hits it. The price for the small piece of plastic with one plastic ball was $38.99. Now don't get me wrong. I really thought that was completely overpriced. I do have 8 cats, so only 1 or 2 are going to be able to play with it, but no. And I do love my cats very very much and my dog But I will not pay that price for 2 round pieces of plastic and plastic ball. It doesn't take batteries, it doesn't do anything.

Brought my nervous dog Oliver to get a nail trim and shape. Lou helped us out and handled Oliver with great care. Highly recommend this location for nail trims.Update: Oliver saw another great groomer today! I now have confidence that this whole grooming team is fantastic. Also they are hard to get a hold of by phone (obviously cause they are are taking care of our pets) my tip is to just walk-in if it is only a nail trim. We were able to get in and out.

It was difficult to find an employee to help, the cashier seemed irritated, lile she fount want to be there and ended up passing us off to another cashier with an attitude. The other cashier didn't know the price when we asked & I had to suggest he scan it to get the price, I mean, we are at a register. The employee from grooming that helped us in the aisle was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions and even took the time to show us how to use things.

It's a decent store, has pretty much everything you'll need at a not competitive price. Their prices are fairly high, but after all it is sort of a boutique thing. You're in there buying things for your fur babies. And they know that. They're grooming and bathing is quite good. My mother takes our two dogs there at least once a month, prices are a little on the high side. However I haven't exactly done massive market research on what it cost to wash your dog. it's a clean and well stocked store. Pet toys beds things of that nature are going to be a little on the high side. But you can get what you want when you want it

The cashier here was great he offered wonderful customer service that the representatives they had on the floor didn't seem like they wanted to come to work I went in there my daughter wanted to guppy fish and she asked a question the question was do you guys sell male and female the young lady told her I don't know those are guppies but are they male or female I couldn't tell you I looked at my daughter I said wow it's time to go so we laugh and I found a wonderful shop in Antioch call Tropical Fish they helped me and my daughter out tremendously and I really appreciate it PetSmart need to retrain

Customer service here is usually pretty great. We come here to get live crickets, parakeet food and dog food. They’re always well stocked and I am usually in and out. Purchased my tarantula from here over a month ago and he has been growing and thriving, so overall we got a pretty healthy arachnid from them.

Was very polite well i went in to purchase items for my sons dog and ended up sharing my sadness about my chiquito taco bell dog name Honey who was run over purposely by a really huge truck as spoke of honey i began to cry and the night staff felt my sorrow as well it warmed my heart..Yes if you need things for your pet as well as a vet .petsmart i woukd recommend.

Love this place! I always donate to their cause when asked.Still love the store. Whoever trains their associates does an excellent job.The last time I was there I got help with goldfish and how to feed them. She was very helpful. I'll be back for sure.
