Not going back. Took my baby in and he came back hurt like they cut too deep into his nail he can’t even walk without crying and seems like he was cut after his shower so he came back with so many little hairs that it got all over my car. Just sloppy I had a feeling not to bring him here

Bad service and bad customer service!I came here for the first time today for a grooming appt for my Labrador. I spoke the day before with the groomer and I told her my dog weighed 70lbs and she told me it would cost $65. When my husband picked him up, she told him she actually said it was $85….Then we saw that his nails were not all clipped and he was still damp. We don’t mind paying for the service but when it is not properly done and the cost of service honored then how do you expect people to come back to you..

Took my new puppy here and they were so great and gentle with her! Very professional, great service, and did a beautiful job on my puppy, everybody complimented him on his new haircut and he looked very proud! Well Done!

I took my Yorkie for a grooming. She is afraid of the noise the clippers make, I had my Vet give me a sedative to give her 2 hours before taking her in. I gave her bath so she didn't need one and the sedative. The receptionist told me they had clippers that were not noisy, cool.When she was done she looked so cute with the flower in her hair, I really didn't pay a close attention to the haircut.When we got home I realized her hair was still pretty long. What I remember is that I was told my puppy kept urinating during the grooming. I guessed it was either due to the sedative or fear. I would have liked a better communication regarding what happened that caused her not to have a clipper cut. I think they cut hair around her face with scissors. The rest of her was still too long.

Always good to our dog and willing to quickly correct mistakes. My wife's picky, yet they still serve us. Lolz. Good About early drop off and late pickup. What more can you ask for?!?! ❤️<3

The atmosphere is nice and the lighting is aswell , Although some customers say that the lady looks worn and tired, the reason I believe is because she is working hard at the job she does very well. It's sad that people focus on her appearance and not the quality of her job, I believe she is very devoted to her job and she will not rest until she satisfies your needs. I can tell from experience when she groomed my adorable Yorkie. My dog is very stubborn with getting haircuts and such but reacts very calmly towards the lady and let's her cut his hair with little to no problems.

I’ve been bringing my chihuahua for grooming for 15 plus years. I paid 25 dollars for a bath, nails and haircut. Today they told me it was 50 which is dbl the rate. I asked why and they tried to tell me it’s always been the same price and talked to me like I was crazy. I even asked them to check their records but would not budge. Never will I do business with a place that try to rip people off and get over on customers. Stay away from this place. They will steal your money..

Nice atmosphere, very kind and friendly owners, great with pets..I take my pet chihuahua to have his nails ground, and I find the price very reasonable, also they have their pet Rayme there. Rayme is a Peruvian hairless dog and so friendly and loveable. I been taking my business to Lovely Pet for nearly 3 years now and have witnessed only one small price increase compared to other competitors..... 😁😁👍😉😎

There's no way to give negative stars otherwise I would. I took my dogs here and when I heard one yelping in the back like he was being hurt, I asked what's going on with my dog. The person up front replied that isn't your dog, don't you know what your dog sounds like? with a grin.I kept listening trying to make sure and it was, when I asked to see my dog immediately she refused. Because of the way my dog was yelping I started to hop thru the service window before she agreed to let me in. It was in fact my dog, they were using a very loud dryer that scares the dogs tremendously with them on a tether so they can't get away. I asked him to stop immediately and he continued like business as usual. I had to walk in and personally release release my dog and take my other dog with me.They were very rude and callus about my concern for my dogs and seemed to enjoy how this incredibly loud dryer frightened them. I reluctantly paid them so they wouldn't call the cops, you don't want the Pittsburg P.D. after you for sure. I'll never bring my dogs here again. They're are lots of places that are equipped with quiet hair dryers to not traumatize your dog.

The price has increased and this business is out of compliance. My dog did not get the grooming ordered. I was dissatisfied with the cut & was charged $62! This business charged $2 on top of $ for the cut, without prior notification, just a handwritten note at the front desk communicating anyone paying with visa credit card would be charged a $2 surplus fee, which is a merchant violation since 2013. I was previously a customer when grooming fees were lower & I wasn't charged a credit card surplus charge.

My dog had an appt at 9am and It's 9:30 and I'm waiting in front of the business and still no one has shown up. This is unacceptable, I expect someone to be here at our scheduled appt. no one has called me even to update me with the delay. Not a very good first impression meeting

My dog had appt.for 1:30 and wasn't half groomed until 4:30, no water, in ears still wet. No sanitary cut, face not groomed. I didn't like the grooming.

As always they did a wonderful job on Zoe. They are always very kind to her. She leaves there looking pretty and with a pep in her step. Great place,so glad we found it 🐕

Just got my Otterhund Groomed today and the service is very reasonable compared to the other grooming places in town, Not to mention the staff are very friendly. Most definitely will be back.

I normally don’t like to do reviews but this was my first time going there and a friend Recommended this place so I brought my dog in and the lady was very nice and I told her how I want it the haircut I told her don’t cut the top because I do her hair ,when my sister picked up my dog literally my dog has no hair I’m very disappointed honestly I just feel like I need to let it out because I’m not going back there again so disappointed and mad my dog looks like a Squirrel she has no hair for me to do her hair 😡😡😡😡😡but this was a learning experience & a life lesson not to trust recommendations

My dog was matted all they did was was her her nails wasn't cut she wasn't brushed and on top of that she was is wet when i picked her up. Not good of a job. Very poor work and very disappointed.

All these 5 star ratings are bogus. I literally walked out. It smelled horrible the poor receptionist looked worn out like she hadn’t slept in days. it was dark and gloomy not very inviting. Please go at your own risk do not go off of these reviews

My dog is very hard to work i have always taken him to different places and each place refuses to groom him because he is difficult to work with but i found this grooming and i stayed waiting to get a deny to get him groomed but 45 minutes later he came out very nicely groomed and happy they have a lot of patience and they took my request for his grooming the owner is always very nice !!!
