The owner, Sarah is an absolute gem of a human being and will make you feel like you’re the only one in her store when it’s packed on a busy weekend — and the vintage offerings are plentiful at really great prices. The vibe is incredible and every corner of the store feels like a scene out of an old western tale. Go visit Sarah at Pioneertown General — you won’t regret it! 🧡🤠🐴

I had so much fun shopping at the Pioneertoewn General Store. They have many one-of-a-kind and locally made items. The staff are really helpful — I found some spectacular boots and a blanket I love. They let me take my time trying on different boots until I found the perfect ones. No sales pressure at all. It's nice to go into a store that feels local, where you know everything was picked by someone who really cared. If you go to Pioneertown, you have to stop in and look around! I highly recommend this place and cannot wait to go back :)

From a desert local: I always love a visit to this shop.Sarah has curated the space and merchandise so well to suit the Pioneertown scene and it's ever evolving.From major wardrobe items to pocket-sized treasures for yourself or friends (with many items made locally!) this shop is just so enjoyable to cruise through. Give yourself some time to take it all in.And for goodness sake wear a mask to help protect this small community - the healthcare services are minimal at best.

A must stop visit in Pioneertown! Very cool vintage items and unique new desert themed items. Stopped by with the family and purchased a scorpion necklace for my son. My family loved our Pioneertown visit. The town has very cool shops with friendly owners and the General Store is no exception. After your done shopping there stop by Pappy and Harriets for a beer and bbq... you won't be disappointed.

This cool shop is located in the heart of Pioneertown on Main Street. Love everything she carries here, from unique vintage pieces to desert gems. So many great denim & leather pieces! Great place to truly experience the old western charm of the desert. 💛🌵

What a great spot! My friends and I had so much fun looking through this shop’s great collection of clothes, accessories, and home goods. A great mix of vintage and new with a vintage inspired flair. Super friendly owner, very helpful and fun to chat with. We all left with purchases we were stoked on.

I adore this lovely little vintage store. Great place to get beautifully designed pocket knives, books on local flowers, the best vintage clothing, and if you’re lucky say hello to the owners lovely dog. Run by a local that supports locals. Definitely give it a shop while you’re in town!

This place is awesome! I think I’m going to be in and out and I always end up spending 15-20 minutes looking at and buying all the cool stuff. Some of it is desert vibes some of it is cool vibe second hand stuff. A must visit on your next trip to Joshua Tree or Pioneertown.

You will not find better service and attention to detail, and most importantly small business owners creating real value for the community they live in. A must visit if you are in the Joshua/Yucca/Palm Springs/Pioneertown area!
