Took my dog there for the first time and it will be the last. I paid for a bath and furminator. Then I added the luxury. Didn't get half the stuff I paid for.All that was done is bath,furminator, and nail grinding.DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!!

I take my dog Peter here for a paw pedicure every two weeks. Jamie is the best and always does such a great job with my dog. Sometimes they are understaffed and can’t see me right away but they always make time.The holidays are around the corner and I’m sure they’ll get busy but just be kind to them and they’ll be kind back.

The illegal pets in California are Hedgehogs, Monkeys and Squirrels.

So dropped of my baby today about 5 minutes early was rudely told my do could be seen until his appointment … I asked well could I just wait it was only 5 mins was rudely told that the groomer was at lunch…I was also no more kennels so my dog had to wait elsewhere…15 to 20 minutes after said time groomer casually walks in … I was told they would expedite my session and get him In and 0ut we are almost 3hrs past that time and counting… been coming here a while this will be my last time the service here has never been great but it was convenient…. But it has taken a gradual nose dive … would highly recommend going elsewhere

Now I see why I don’t like this grooming location. Booked an appointment for 12:15, we arrive at 12:10 just to be told my dog can’t be seen at his scheduled time. We have to wait till the groomer finishes grooming the previous dog; okay not a problem. But then im told we have to wait till she gets back from her lunch. What’s the point of making an appointment.

Every since the pandemic, this store can not find or seem to keep professional groomers. Today, my husband took our Samoyed in for a bath. One groomer was complaining to him about how our dog hates the blow dryer while it will take more time. He explained he is willing to pay for the extra time to satisfy the upset groomer. Meanwhile, another groomer was cutting another dog's nails, this dog was whimpering while the groomer was yelling at the dog. We have been going there for over 3 years. This is the last time.

Justin at PetSmart in Pinole CA is amazing! He made kitty adoption go smoothly without a hitch and he cares about pets and their new owners. He was extremely helpful and I came home with a delightful kitten plus all the supplies I needed. The coupons were a big help as well!

I like that it's in a shopping center. Its within close proximity to 2 other shopping centers as well. The convenience of the Location and the items and services they offer to pets helps me a lot with my pets. I have a dog, a turtle, 2 hampers, and fish. Petsmart, Petco, and Amazon. Petco only because it's closer to my home. Petsmart is a smarter choice for all of your pets needs. Pricing, availability, etc. My dog loves Petsmart and not Petco as much, that says a lot!4 stars because their grooming salon sucks! BEWARE! Go to an actual dog groomer!

My family went to buy some fishes and and an aquarium. We were excited. We get to the store and see that many of their fish were dead! They were were dead in plastic containers without filtration. That was so heartbreaking and cruel. We ended up leaving the store.

Such slow service checking out. Twice customers cut in front of the line for attention from the checker, once to get a refund and one to pick up an online order but there were 7 people in line ahead of them. If I didn't need the items I was purchasing I would have left.
