I love this place very friendly Help. You won’t stand more than two minutes waiting for Help. If you look lost. They carry the very best pet food possible for our love ones. They’ll take back food if your pet doesn’t eat it. (I never tried an empty bag, so). They let you know of deals without asking. This store is very clean even with the DIY pet grooming stations that are clean as well that are also very busy. Awesome store

Staff is amazingly attentive, helpful, and veryknowledgeable in all aspects of Pet care and nutrition. Location is central to a good deal of shopping and eateries as well. All around great experience.

So far so good, we just got a puppy. They had everything we needed at lower prices than PetSmart in my opinion. Great quality snacks. Very helpful staff. They provided me with a sample of the jerky I purchased for pup, that way in the off chance he doesn't like it, we can return it before we open the bag. Very considerate! He loved it!

Love this store. The staff is so friendly, and a treasure-trove of knowledge, able to suggest different products based upon one's need.On Saturdays, they have a vet on site for walk-in appointments and you're seen rather quickly.Another great feature is the coin operated pet-wash. All you do is bring your pet, use the space and they clean up the mess, no more wrestling with the dog in the bathtub.

Love coming here for the dog wash. One coin gives u 30 mins of wash.If you have a really furry dog would recommend to spend most of the time in the drying phase

It's an okay store. Getting 3 stars because of the amenities for pets. People visit frequently so I suppose they get good business. Sometimes the workers give off the vibe that they are barely tolerating your presence. Could just be the staff today.Not sure if this store is primed for the current economy as it tends to never carry major brands in terms of pet food, which makes the prices for most things in the store we'll above average. Also I'm not sure if they realize that none of their freeze dried cat treats are selling. My cat hates them, your cat may be the same. Currently they carry nothing within the store which would make me want to come back. Today will most likely be my last visit.

I never post reviews so that fact that im making one is a sign to shop here. They have the best quality with the lowest prices in my opinion plus they're very friendly. They helped me figured out all the stuff I needed for my lil guinea piggies and i will continue to support them.

The staff are all extemely friendly! The place is kept clean, many towels available for accidents. Great selection of raw frozen or raw dehydrated. Great selection of high quality kibble. Plenty of parking. I bring my pup here for socialization since there are no puppy classes now due to Covid.

Very friendly and helpful.Had an issue with my dog and they were going to close in 15 minute but they let us in to wash our dog who had just gotten sprayed by a skunk. I had called her usual place that I take her but they still had an hour before they closed and would not take her. So 5 thumbs up to Pet food express.Thank you for caring.

Been going here for about a year and have experienced 2 separate occasions of terrible customer service.The first time the lady literally called me a problem child for asking too many questions about what ever it was...The last time I went there was in line and I was up next the lady opening the other side literally goes to the person behind me I approached her and she tried to act busy and then physically approaches the first person to walk in the door while I waited for almost 15 minutes before I walked out the store.I don’t know who I annoyed to the fact where the employees feel like treating a customer like this is okay but I got the memo and will not be returning...Terrible way to treat clients that spend good money I the store on a regular basis. Yes I’m a new dog own and may ask a few questions during dog food changes, but that’s your job right? I even called cooperate to complain but that’s all I can do, it’s obvious this store doesn’t care about keeping business and that’s fine PetSmart is just steps away.

I go here to give my 80lbs Labrador a bath. They have a very clean facility, good sized washing area to accommodate multiple pets at the same time. They offer several shampoos to choose from and a blow dryer. They provide clean towels and a water proof apron so your clothes stay dry. Before we leave they offer a doggie treat. The sell all kinds of pet food and supplies. Great place, friendly helpful staff.

This place is amazing because the store manager Susan is so helpful. The rest of the employees are always willing to help. Customer service means alot to me. They have helped me so many times buying products for my sick dogs and helping out rescue dogs. I will not go anywhere else.

Nice people definitely. The big problem for me is their single brand, the Pet Food Express brands of cat and dog food. I don't like the idea of having to go to PFE only for their off brand cat food only found at their stores. Oh well, good luck Pet Food Express.

They only carry food & treats that aren't unhealthy junk. Lots of organic, holistic, grain-free & sustainably sourced products. The employees are helpful & well-trained . Easy parking always available. What's not to love?

I took my puppy to use the washing station since he was scared when he went to the groomer. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and offered help, which I needed. The washing station has everything you need, they even let you borrow a water proof collar so yours can stay dry. After all of that, they even helped me with his diet so he wouldn't be as stinky, it worked. They are nice, knowledgeable and helpful. This is a hidden little gem.

OMG Great products, not crazy like big chain stores, it's local, and staff really cares about YOUR pet. If one staff member spent know an answer, they'll ask a coworker. They listen and really try to help you and yours.... oh and they are really great for handing out doggie treats.

Used the Self Wash to bathe the dog. Glad to find they still sell 4 baths for the price of 3. They provide plenty of towels and the equipment is clean and well maintained.

I get it is a store that wants to sell you stuff, but I didn't appreciate how pushy the staff was to sell me seemingly unnecessary items. That said they usually have what I need and people are nice, I just don't like being overselled

This is a unique pet food store (CA state only, btw). They don't have any food that can be even remotely harmful to pets, like supermarket cheap and nasty brands that have recalls daily. Only high quality, safe food. And great selection of toys, supplements and accessories. Buy 3 of anything from the same category and get 4 th item free. That's a 25% off discount right there. Love PFE!
