A great local store definitely owned by locals, the people that work there are so nice very welcoming. The place was clean, even the one stall bathroom. I was grateful that it was working. They pretty much had a little bit of everything, It’s a soup to nuts type of place.I WOULD RECOMMEND.

The BLT here is not worth price 13.99I ask for a full and that's what with half the bacon 🥓 it should of had only put bacon on one side of it. Had nothing but lettuce on the other when u pay for full sandwich u expect for there to be bacon and two tomatoes not one. Will not go here for lunch again 😑

People here is really nice, is a great place, restrooms are super clean we were surprised! They have almost everything to buy, even some Gems and littles souvenirs the have a little kitchen with pizza and sandwiches and something also, everything really good. Prices are accesibles, we loved it !

What the…. !!!! As an itialian and self proclaimed pizza connoisseur, their pizza was an 8.5-9/10!! Who would have thought!!?? It was so good I selfishly ate all of without taking a picture for y’all!

Great local gas station and store! Always has what we need. Excellent selection of medicine and open til 10pm daily! The best part of this place is the ice cream selection. There must be 40 flavors!

One of two stores in town but only one with deli and gas pumps. Use to have great pizza but lost it's flavor over the past few years. Even the staff says they were told to back off on ingredients. Very friendly owners and staff, good morning gathering spot for locals.

This review is purely for the customer service. I've had two experiences one a 5 star with an older gentleman who was kind, helpful, and courteous. The other a 1 star experience with a younger guy who seemed intent on going for the douche of the day award after I tried to purchase a 2nd car adventure pass. You know who you are buddy way to do your family business proud

Definitely the best pizza on the mountain!The staff are friendly and the store has a pretty wide variety of products from candy and chips to motor oil and brake fluid. They saved me a trip down into town on more than one occasion. While you're there, grab one of thier home made brownies. You won't regret it, I promise.

First off the people that work there and the people that we ran into the that frequentplace were so incredibly friendly. It is a small convenience store, only critique as I was carrying a car seat trying to grab some things and knocking everything over as the aisles were so smushed together. We were traveling through and my daughter had to use a restroom which the person working pointed us to and I liked that it was just one fairly large room so I was able to bring in my infant in the car seat while also helping my daughter use the restroom. They had the same selection of items as a larger convenience store and if we travel that way again decided we would definitely stop there if need be in the future.

Bob's Killer Brownies are amazing and the Pizza is great too. Excellent place to stop along the 8 freeway. They are always really nice to us and there is a park right behind the store to stretch your legs or walk your pooch.

Pine Valley Store, Pine Valley, CA gets my highest recommendation and praise. The hours are great for all including travelers - Open Daily 6AM – 10PM, 365 days a year. On our way to the mountains and back, we purposely make time to visit Pine Valley Store to fill up on fuel and food. We are always greeted by very attentive and friendly clerks at the counter. You’ll notice how clean the Pizza/Deli Food Prep area is. It smells so appetizing in there that we look forward to ordering the fresh made-to-order Pizza and delicious Deli sandwiches and the famous home-made gigantic brownies. All the food is prepared fresh right in front of you. There is a TV turned on to the Disney/Travel/Food Channel to entertain kids and their parents as they wait for their pizza and sandwiches. As customers come in and out, it feels very comfy-cozy since the vast majority of customers greet each other as family or long-time friends. It’s so fun listening to the jovial, friendly and open conversations that welcome you to join in if you wish. For those in need of directions, there are maps for sale or someone there that can give you clear directions to your destination. Also available for purchase are Passes to the Cleveland National Forest as well as winter gear and other essentials. The store is a full service grocery store including liquor, beer, wine, lottery, canned goods, candy, maps, cleaning supplies, paper products and nick-nacks. The small town family friendly, welcoming atmosphere and efficient service is a great customer experience. You’ll be pleasantly impressed whenever you stop in at Pine Valley Store.

Nothing like being stranded with your little ones and having to deal with rude uncompassionate people. My car was over heating. I stop there so it'd cool down and to buy supplies. The owner was inside complaining loudly of people who owe him money.My vehicle ended up dying. I told the owner i was waiting for a ride & tow truck. He told me to move it. Yeah, 5'1" me & disable dad push an SUV along my 3 little girls in the cold. He was a total jerk. Oh, but he dares have a banner outside the store talking about God taking you care of you through your journey... I gave it a star because i had to, but i can tell you i will NEVER stop by this store ever again & do not recommended to anyone.

Cute store in a quaint town. They sell just about anything a convenience store would, liquor and pizzas, sandwiches too. Bathrooms are clean. Gas is pricey but I expected it would be in the middle of no where. The lady was very friendly.

Normally, we get decent pizza here but we just ordered a pizza which we waited an hour and a half for just for it to be under cooked. It had almost no sauce, no cheese, and the few toppings looked thrown on top after. It looked awful and tasted worse. Felt like a waste of money.

The best store I've ever been to and the burgers are great or homemade okay the Pine Valley store has some killer Pizza you would never die for and it's cheap to 50 slice I got homemade homemade everything and the owner is really nice especially go to Pine Valley days is coming up hey so enjoy people of Pine Valley now it's like La Jolla this was a little more class people talk to you and you don't use cell phone out there the bathroom is not locked

The lady at the counter is a bit rude. Prices are crazy high because they know they are the only thing in town. On the plus side they have all kinds of stuff when you're up camping and forget something and don't want to drive all the way back to Alpine to get it. Example = $5 for a box of yellow cake mix, ouch!

This is one of my favorite stops. Very quaint and humble, it has everything you need for a quick stop. They make home made pizza that is absolutely delicious!! Wonderful and kind staff!

Nice cashier, does have a clean public restroom despite being mainly a pit stop between Yuma & San Diego. 87 octane gas was an outrageous $3.97 a gallon though despite it only being about $3.07 in San Diego during the same timeframe.

This is the store you want in the middle of nothing . Appears to have been completely renovated recently, pay at the pump, hot food, plenty of drink options. I was very satisfied and would go again if the need arose.

This place has the best customer service ever. The food is great they have nice ladies that work at the Deli. The owners Al and Nancy are the nicest people I've ever met in my life great work environment
