We recently had our Great Pyredane neutered at this veterinary clinic, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff were amazing, friendly, and extremely transparent with pricing, which I truly appreciated. Despite waiting until our dog was 12 months old, they assured us that it was the correct decision, demonstrating their knowledge and expertise in pet care.The entire team was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely friendly, making us feel like a part of their family. It's comforting to know that our furry friend is in such good hands. Thank you for the exceptional care and service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-notch veterinary care for their beloved pets.

I have used this vet for years. I have never been required to sit in the lobby while my dog was taken in alone. I refuse to so, for liability reasons. So, I get a letter telling me to go somewhere else. Until now, this vet was a good place to go. I think the doctor didn’t want to figure out a problem that Digger has. Just like car mechanics, they only want the easy work. I know for a fact my Digger dog did not like the dark, haired assistant and actually I felt as if she was uncaring to customer needs. They no longer believe in customer service there. Now I have to find a new vet.I going to try Calaveras Veterinary Clinic in San Anderes.

Outstanding care, their reputation precedes them. Impressive automated apt confirmation system pre visit and post visit was just as impressive with a personal call each day thereafter until they felt our girl, Harley was in the clear! Feels good to finally have the level of care for both our dogs now that I would want for myself. Thanks guys!

I didn't take my dog here my parents brought their's and had a very positive experience. I had reached out on social media for recommendations, and this place was mentioned the most. I am yet to find a vet that I like with my dog up here, so I am going to try this place in hopes of having a similar experience. Then I'll write another review.

We've known Kyle Billuni, DVM for many years now, and I would trust him with any of our pets. He just did extensive surgery on our pet rat today and doesn't bat an eye to do everything possible to help our littlest pets. The rat is recovering well and already seems much happier (except for hating his stitches 😂)!Update: Still great! Dr. Billuni always explains everything thoroughly and shares his thought process for co-decision making. He and his staff have been here for and with us through some tough pet decisions. We're forever indebted to them. 💜

Dr. Patterson is the most wonderful and caring Veterinarian I've ever had! Her assistant (forgive me, her beautiful name escapes my failing memory at the moment) is absolutely amazing and wonderful as well! The front desk staff, especially Sarah, are very professional and caring, and have always gone the extra mile to take care of me and my pets needs, including medication refills, and emergency appointments when my late pup was going through CHF. Thank you everyone Autumn, Rally and I love all of you!

They've seen all four of my dogs and even helped one make a transition out of life. It was done with so much compassion and care as is every interaction I have with them. I've been here twice, once for my dog's ear troubles,and once for my cat. Both doctors,are very understanding and knowledgeable about each animal they treated. Both cases I saw results starting in a matter of a few days on my pets situation. These doctors and staff are very good with my pets. I recommend this vet clinic to anyone in need of good sound care for your loved fur babies.

Our cat recently became very sick and we took her to be checked out. Dr Billuni was so caring an thorough in his diagnosis and treatment. The kindness and compassion the entire clinic showed us was incredible. These are people who truly care about your pet, I can't say enough how wonderful they are. One of the worst vets I heard of. I was visiting a friend I have and his dog was very sick. They gave him no information on the dogs health, nor did they give any advice. He was only given the option to put the poor pup down or pay nearly a thousand for what he wasn't even told was wrong with his dog. If you want emergency help, this vet is not for you. If you don't want to be told to kill your loved one or pay, this is not the vet for you. If it were your own family, you'd want answers why this happened as well. Truth, love and care for your animals is what this vet lacks.

I had to put down my 11 yr old Airedale. One of the best dogs I've had..top 2. Dr. Kyle and staff were understanding of Beau's pain and mine. Gave us a nice place under a shady tree and helped our journey together. He had saved Beau's life about 6 years ago when he had a ruptured spleen. Very good and kind and knowledgeable vet. 6 stars!!

The experience we had was the best ever! The place was spotless, and smelled good. It's a family owned business with a down home feel. The doctor was thorough in his exam of our dog and very knowledgeable when giving recommendations. Our dog has a collapsible trachea which has been an issue in the past with other vets. When we talked to him about getting our dog's teeth cleaned, he made us feel very much at ease about the procedure despite the trachea. The prices are very reasonable and the service in the front office is concise and amiable. We think they are great and highly recommend them to all pet owners in our area!!!!

Hi, I took my 14 year old dog in for an emergency. I woke up and he was non responsive. All these people cared about was getting me to sign a piece of paper about how much they could charge me. There were accusations made by Dr Billuni DVM that were incredibly false. We were given zero information, zero advice of the health of our pup and only saw him suffering. I was not talked to about my dogs past, the dogs history, the dogs current situation. There was not ONE conversation about any current or past medical conditions this dog has. It was euthanize or spend 800$ On a dying dog. Not one conversation about end of life care, his past health, anything. All they cared about was getting paid. What an absolutely awe full experience and I don’t recommend anyone who sees their dogs as family, taking their dog there. Please stay far away.

We had our first appointment today at Upper Ridge. When we made the appointment, we told the scheduler that we are cautious with vaccines due to our previous experiences with our pets, and asked her if that was a problem. She said she understood our concerns, especially with a small dog, and that it was not a problem. Turns out it was. After waiting an hour and a half to see the doctor, he became extremely rude and confrontational when we began asking questions about vaccine safety and requested to space our puppy’s vaccines out (doing just one shot per appointment). He told us we did not belong in his practice if we have “anti-vaccine sentiments.” We were shocked and saddened by the level of disrespect shown to us by this doctor, simply because we have legitimate concerns about a medical procedure that has caused harm to our pets in the past.

Beyond disappointed with the staff and how today was handled. My fiancé and I woke this morning scared, our 14 year old dog was non responsive but breathing and a heartbeat. We immediately took him in as soon as they opened. The staff then proceeded to make accusations to why the dog was sick, leaving my fiancé and I both feeling angry, frustrated and insulted.We both felt pressured to euthanize him, we are crying and hysterical, but it was almost as if they had “more important “ things to do while we were left feeling uncomfortable and immediate to make a decision. We are new to the area and were told this was the vet to see, i beg to differ. With today’s pressure and lack of sympathy we will not be back nor recommend any of our loved ones with pets to visit here for treatment.

If you are looking for a Veterinarian clinic for your pets, this is the clinic you have to go to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Billuni, I can't explain how much I appreciate him for his love and attention towards my cat. He gives my cat the same love, and care as if my cat were his own. You can definitely tell he is a fur baby lover as myself. I felt it the moment I meant him with a heart for the the little ones that can't speak our language.

We just moved into the area and they were easy to get a hold of. They seen our Shepherd right away she was having severe allergy problems and took care of it in a very timely manner and we're very professional! Highly recommended and their love for animals is well noted ❤️👍😻🐶

Dr Billuni and his staff are the best! They are very knowledgeable, caring and friendly staff. I had my dachshund, chihuahua and dachshund mix all cared for everything from severe wounds to vaccinations. The office never smells like a vets office. I highly recommend him.

I called the clinic and talked to the receptionist and told her that my rooster was very sick and that he needed to see the doc she said they had 4 emergencies already and couldn’t see him maybe in the morning. I told her that I don’t think he’s gonna make it till morning. She said there was nothing they could do and to call in the am.later that day I called back and told her his symptoms and asked her to pass it on to a technician maybe they could help me she agreed and said they would call back. Well they never called back and Earl died that night. The next day I called to express my feelings of discuss on the lack of compassion and got a different receptionist words can’t even describe how rude she was I wanted to jump through the phone. I can’t speak to the doctors who work there cause I never got to see one. I wonder if they know how there receptionist treat people

The vet there seems nice and knowledgeable. He always treated my cat wonderfully. However, my cat had to stay over night. I couldnt get a ride before they closed at like 4pm or 5pm & he got stuck there a second night! I waa frantic to pick him up. When I went to get him they were helping everyone but me and all they needed to do was put him in a carrier and give him to me and I would have been fine waiting however long to pay. I told them this and they still did nothing. And there was an employee (big scary ugly woman) prob a vet tech who stood there givinh me dirty looks when she could have been getting my cat. I was panicked and frantic and worried. My cat can be nervous without me. So I angrily asked why she was not helping me and the vet came out and yelled at me while the woman still did nothing! I will never go back there. They dont seem to understand people's connections with their pets and thats one of the top most important aspects of a vet IMO. Dont take your pets there if you love them. Overall the treatment of the animals is fine but not their treatment of loving pet parents!
