So convenient-no need to drive all the way into town and back. 5 minutes away and the store has groceries and dry goods for the home-gifts for any occasion. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Always a pleasure to shop there!

What can I say? It is a dollar general store. The only thing is that a lot of the time, their shelves will be empty. So I advise if you really really need something specific to call beforehand and ask them if that item is really there before you waste a trip. Other than that, it's neat and the employees are friendly.

Everytime I go to this store the line is long 5-10 customers in line and 1 cashier and nobody comes to help. As a retail worker myself this is ridiculous. I hate going here but do cause it's on my way home from work. I use self checkout when it's working. But it is not fair to me or anyone to have to wait 20 mins to be checked out. Please fix this.

Great little store with pretty friendly staff. There have been vast improvements over this past year. Getting rid of two horrible and petty managers, replacing unprofessional staff, and a complete remodel. While it left the store shelves low for a while, the staff worked hard to keep the store up with old inventory going out, new inventory coming in and the construction crews leaving their mess every where.It's a shame that a previous manager, who should know store procedures, would come complain about the current staff over things beyond their control. But I guess that's why he's no longer the manager.

Convenient to have a catch all store up-country. Clean store, good prices, great location. Employees super friendly at this store. This store moves a lot of merchandise, so better to shop after stocking days because they consistently sell out of popular items. Open til 9pm which is great for residents up here.

It's a pretty good Dollar General. It has less inventory than the one Up Country but I like it better. It has a better, more friendly, helpful staff & personally, I like that the aisles are wider & the store doesn't feel as claustrophobic. It's nice & has good deals on some good brands.

It's okay. It's a DG. They have a mediocre selection of a variety of things. The staff at the Pine Grove store, however, is very good. Always friendly, and I was impressed at the focus they have on making sure you're not standing in line too long. Well done on that part. Now if you could just carry some actual lunch meat...🤷‍♂️

This store has very helpful and courteous staff unlike the Pioneer store, who's manager I asked to be able to use restroom and she said "yes one minute" then proceeded to go into the restroom herself and made me wait about ten minutes before exiting and THEN allowing me to use. Not very professional or courteous at all. Left upset without using restroom or buying anything like I intended. Also refuse to return to that particular store.

Over all a good store but after seeing the one in Pioneer all stores should look like that one. The isle are not so cramped. I don't even look around because how close the isle are. Its worth driving 10 more mile to shop look around and feel like you can breath. With all that land in pi e grove would you make such a small store.

Locally the opening of this store was met with some mild hostility. It was seen as an encroachment into the local grocer market, kinda like big corporate picking on the little guy. After its opening, I would say that it has proven to be a very valuable resource to the community. Offering many name brand items of various household necessity at discounted prices, it really helps keep your budget on track. The store is clean and the employees professional and friendly. Great store.

Great store with good prices and helpful staff. I like it more than the one up the hill because it has wider iles but it doesn't always have as much selection. It can hit or miss but its always a friendly happy place to go!

Very good addition to the Pine Grove Ridge Road area. It's been a lifesaver on several occasions with friendly and professional customer service and a good product selection. Sunday after 9-10 seems to be when restocking is finished.

Great little stop on our vacation. Courtesy cashier and they had what we needed to stock up before our last trek to our destination. They do not have fresh produce! But they do have all the staples you need.

I love our West Point California Dollar General. The employees are all very very nice, the prices are very good for our little neighborhood, and it saves me gas money when I could go into Dollar General and get the items then having to drive all the way to Jackson.

Pine Grove location is not recommended. Store has a lot of empty shelves with merchandise still in cartons blocking aisles. Not the experience I expect from Dollar General.Other locations offer a more pleasing shopping experience.

Its a Dollar General. Convenient, cheap, just don't expect variety or anything outside of necessities in a small general store setting. Customer service is usually pleasant.
