I'm somewhat not impressed with thisDer Wiener Snithell location has proven to be franchised and each franchise has their own method of preparing the recipes, although they should all be following strict adherence to the recipes that have long been famous for thier perfection. But sadly all too often I've received soggy mushy hot dog buns with my krout dogs. This i found also in the Highland Ave, Highland, CA franchise as well. The sour krout was like pate pureed krout ughh..

They put such little chili on my chili dogs I felts like they were regular hot dogs its was so little on the chili I should have told them no chili because that's what I got. Go to a better wienershnitzle. And I also got a side of cheese sauce very little was In the container I looked at the review, I'm not the only one other people have also complained about the same thing. There's a reason they don't have a big line like other wienershnitles nothing personal just saying. Customer service was amazing, just portion size all I can complain about.

I really love that they are open until midnight. I've never really had an issue with food being wrong here. The other night, Doordash messed up and canceled my first order, and I had to place a second. When I arrived, they tried giving me the original order first. I was really surprised and happy to find that it was fresh even though it had been an hour. I think they waited until someone showed up to make it. It was a really small order, but still, I was pleasantly surprised.

I'm sorry to say, but this was my last trip for a long damn time. I don't know about the average person, but I can't afford $20 - $25 (one person) visit to get my chili cheese dogs and fries anymore. The line has been crossed. Prices way too high and quality appear to be dwindling anyway. California is going to seriously hurt the fast food chains in a much bigger way than people realize at this point. People need to understand that fast food jobs are not really meant to be "careers," (unless you're upper management or area directors) yet newsome (not deserving of the capital letter) raises minimum wages.... just watch and see how many small business owners get run out of business. Good job, Cali. I'm out of fast food, it'll save me money and more importantly it'll save my health. Thank you, Cali. The kids working the drive thru were great! customer service was great! The poor workers are going to suffer the most thanks to newsome. Pay attention to your vote, people, and wake up.

On may 15 i ordered 5 corn dogs n asked for them to be cooked well done. 2 of them were n 3 of them were not. Those 3 were not cooked well enough so i bit into corn dog batter. I called n was asked my name n was told to come back to get new corn dogs. Went today n Jessie didnot write my down n they will not honor jessies words. So i will everyone i kno to not est there ever again.

I ordered 3 ice cream cones. The easiest thing you can order. I sat at the window for 4 minutes listening to the lady tell the person in the back about her weekend before she started the ice cream. To top if off she charged me for 2 shakes and 1 cone. At that point I didn't trust her ability to give me a refund so I begrudgingly took the shakes. I asked for my cones upside in a cup and they couldn't even manage that. Pretty embarrassing staff. I'm glad I didn't order actual food and after that experience I won't even try.

They give you two 1/4 filled ranches with your jalapeno poppers, and then charge yo .75 for another one that's not even halfway full. Ridiculous!

This place eas always been one of my favorites to get a great chili dog and the french fries! Prices has gone up significantly, but look out for the coupons in the mail, which make it more reasonable. I find ordering inside is faster than the drive through and gives me more time to read the menu and place my order.Parking: Usually plenty of parking available.

Greatest customer service in town always for a fast food joint. Corndogs always fresh, been once that fries weren't so...I would recommend to ask for fresh ones or they'll taste like 1 or two day old fries.

The food was OK the issues I have what's on the chili cheese dogs dogs very little chili, I ordered 2 Polish sandwiches without pickle on hotdog buns With sauerkraut Let's say it was very difficult to find the sauerkraut on both sandwiches.Which on top of that they claimed both Restrooms were out of order but one customer came and stated that they've been out for weeks.Maybe the health department should investigate.Just my opinion.Wheelchair accessibility: When we were there the side door for the wheelchair access was locked and told to go around to the front, the door is out of adjustment it's been extremely heavy for someone to open in a wheelchair.

It's fast food so you know what your getting. I gave 4 stars because of the customer service we've received. Celeste is fantastic, she is phenomenal at customer service and friendliness. Many places, not just fast food restaurants, could take a lesson from this young lady.

We ordered in the drive thru. Employe asked of we wanted beef or something else for the meat of the Winnies. And we said beef . She never mention that it was extra. So we ordered all of our dogs as beef. We paid over $35 . When it should of been under $17. Called to complain and the manager said I'm sorry I will take to her. That's all . Like that's not fair at least worn people it's extra. I thought the original hot dogs were supposed to be beef. Will no longer go back .

I got a hot fudge sundae. Never have nuts. They need the lids that open up top. Things melt above the seam so when you take lid off there is a mess that comes out. The dessert was yummy.

I visited and 8:30 on a Sunday evening and both the dining room and drive thru were empty. My food was cooked to order, which I appreciated. The staff was friendly and made sure to ask if I wanted any condiments, which I often forget to do myself and then realize as I start eating. I'd visit again if a craving struck.
