They're out of literally things a pharmacy can't run out of, ie, hydrogen peroxide, rubbing alcohol.. not short term either, months go by with empty shelves. If you have to live here you just learn to drive to Hesperia to get things.

Terrible experience every time we come! Pharmacists are not knowledgeable, rude and blunt lazy. When they say prescription will be ready in an hour, it usually means the next day. You confront them and tell them you called 3 hours ago and they said it’ll be an hour and they start arguing with you and even raise their voice! It happens every time we use them. They don’t care about if you are after the surgery and need pain medication, they just absolutely useless. Unfortunately, there is not much choice in Phelan and this place is just another testimony of a broken US medical system.

This is the absolute worst riteaid! The attitude of the cashiers are always negative. Today though OMG! They closed the store 15 minutes early which is such an inconvenience when you drive so far to get here being that everything is so remote around here. I get it is Christmas and people don't want to work but maybe don't work for a company open on Christmas! The most important thing though is that Riteaid needs to train the cashiers not to flip off customers! I doubt the manager or corporate will do anything about it seeing that there are so many negative reviews about this place and nothing is resolved.

I’ve had next to no positive experiences with the people working in the pharmacy here. From them being too lazy to check if a prescription was approved after initially being denied, (I knew it had been approved for 2 weeks at that point) to being put on hold in an endless loop for having to check the name of the prescription I needed refilled for my 6 year old with ADHD. They have the absolute worst customer service skills of any pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ve never in my life had this many issues with a pharmacy of all things. I’m requesting a change of pharmacy to Walmart I’d rather drive an extra 20 minutes one way than to deal with these people. Filing a complaint to Rite Aid corporate they desperately need to check their employees attitudes or fire them. No one should be treated poorly for simply needing to pick up medication, or checking to see if a refill is available or needs Dr. Approval.

Never have RX ready even when the have many hours to receive and prepare. Cannot get through on phone to verify RX ready. I’m standing in line after a 30 minute drive for the second time in two days. This happens all of the time.

I like the new store. It's design and layout makes it easier to find what I need. It has more staff which makes getting in and out much quicker. The improved parking is much better and I know longer feel like I'm dodging traffic to get from the car to the store. There's no rift raft hanging around smoking like there was at the old store. Best of all, they serve Thrifty Brand Ice Cream products!

If I could give less stars I would. I am always struggling to work with them and they don't seem to care much about their clients. Just getting as many people "seen" as possible. I have gone weeks without medication and I am done dealing with mediocre help.

I've been using the rite aid pharmacy for 4 years, for many of my prescriptions. I was also a Walde's costumer as well, for filling triplicate medication. When they made the switch, everything worked out very well; and I have had very little problems with rite aid pharmacy. Problems I have had, were taken care of fast and effectively. The staff are very friendly, and helpful. Overall, they are a wonderful pharmacy.

Nice clean store. The pharmacy can get crowded at times so be prepared. The staff is nice and I've been greeted while I shop. All in all a great store.

This place is nothing but problems. I work in town and would go here often, there is only a few employees that would make you feel welcome. Now I wont step foot in this place I would rather drive to Victorville to get anything I need, ever since they got a new manager this place is going down hill. There is a few employee's I just dont understand why do they still work there. RUDE, personal that work there.

I thoroughly enjoy using this store and their pharmacy. Whether I'm in the store itself or getting a prescription filled I am never disappointed by the service I receive. I haven't used another pharmacy in years.

I am a former Walde's Pharmacy customer. I asked Rite Aid staff to work with me as I was used to working with Walde's pharmacy getting medication ordered for my refill date. Rite Aid stated that they couldn't order medications until I presented the RX. I explained that I work out of town and that I have Monday's off for my 4 week Dr. appt. / medication refill. Rite Aid staff told me to go elsewhere If I didn't like their policy. The customer doesn't come 1st here. On hold for 10 minutes before hanging up and trying again only to be put back on hold. Very bad start for me.

Terrible pharmacist! Terrible treatment! Stick to what you know! You are not doctors! You are there to fill doctors orders NOT tell patients they are on the wrong medication that they have been on for over 15 years!! And 4 different doctors all agree with!! Mind your business and fill people's medication!!

Please double check! When they say they're going to call in a prescription to your doctor's office make sure they do. That way you can avoid any surprises.
