Live in the area. It's is where you have to go for what you need unless you want to drive about 25 plus miles to Victorville. It is nice, has some ups and downs, but is mostly a good place to go.The Stater Brothers needs to get better. Produce, they have horrible produce and dairy.

We went to Mill's Hardware. As always, the staff was able to direct us to right where our desired items were located. The staff here is very helpful and friendly.Google does not differentiate between the various stores in the shopping center. This time, we had gone to Water Mart. Granted they have relatively short hours but they are courteous and efficient. There is a 24-hour water refill outside but I prefer to go inside because their customer service is excellent.

Salty dry rice beans we're kind of sour and the wrong cheese on the enchiladas everything seems real salty like they just rewarmed it and they serve on paper plates and Plastics Forks which I think is a cheap out. There was something really weird in the sodas some kind of slimy stuff I totally recommend avoiding this place.

Pizza factory has great pizza. Almost everytime we go to T-Birds the local rustic bar e teams to get pizza as well. Karaoke 🎤 on Saturdays @8pm. So much fun.

Didn't stop and patronize any businesses. Exterior was well kept, clean-parking lines. Space to maneuver. Easy illegal U-turn option.

It's OK for a quick wash but they don't put out enough product. If you turn dial to foam brush, by the time Abby soap comes out, your time is up. Be careful sometimes the vacuums will eat your change and not turn on. It's happened a few times. The spot free rinse is BS because it is not spot free at all. So make sure to have plenty of change. Be sure to bring a towel to dry your car off. If you don't you'll havre lots of water spots

This area has far too many undesirable individuals who frequent the immediate area. Homeless, mentally unstable, or otherwise impaired individuals tend to linger here. This town is in desperate need of more law enforcement who actually do the job they were hired to do

Very wide variety of products and services here and in the surrounding area if you come this way. There's food and drinks, a dollar value type store, groceries, UPS, cleaners, pizza, etc. About the pizza; it's a Little Caesars that is sub standard. They suck.

Every time I go there, they have exactly what I need and always the right amount. I've never been shorted. You can count on getting exactly what you pay for. Thats why I go to the water store in Phelan town Square. When I need 5 gallons of water I get 5 gallons of water. Its pure water right from their tap.

Okay as I stated in the review of a plaza and a village and now feeling Town square it makes it hard to rate those because it's a grouping of businesses but for feeling in town I did go five stars because it's close to me at only a 10 mile drive my doctor is in there is a hardware store there laundromat okay I may have combined two because they are so close but they have a good selection there's a donut shop ARCO on the corner and stater Brothers across the street with a couple fast food places thrown in McDonald's Burger King Taco Bell KFC wienerschnitzel downtown burgers is pretty good place too but that's outside the Phelan Town area. So for me I gave it a five-star rating because it has things that I do need and use or businesses that work for me now for someone else they could go there maybe and not find the type of places they wanted but for where we are located they have the businesses there that I need to make use of so yeah five stars

I would do a 5-star. Unfortunately there are quite a few strange people wandering around in the parking lot. I don't mind sometimes but when you're in a hurry and they want to bug you that's when it's not cool

I visit the hardware store in Philly Town square because I need the parts that I needed to do my job. I'm a plumber for AAA reasonable plumbing and if it wasn't for the hardware store being so close and having the parts I needed, customerservice was nice , very helpful.

The laundry lady needs a better attitude and needs to learn people skills and it should be cleaner for how small it is but the washers and dryers work pretty well

Laundry matt Smoke Shop & Bar also a hardware store medical & dental offices lab for blood work a gun shop and a water store last but not least...THE PIZZA FACTORY. A TOWN FAVORITE FOR ITALIAN PIZZA SALADS SUBS ETC

Downtown Phelan is the great intersection of Phelan Rd and Sheep Creek Rd. On Saturdays this place is teaming with residents shoppings. Dont forget to visit the second had store futher east on Phelan Rd. I get my winter clothing from their: wools, leather, etc.Last time got me a huge white slow cooker for 5 bucks. Love it!!!

There's a lot of businesses in phelan Town square most of them are very delightful people are courteous and kind and getting there is not a problem because it's easy to find
