Will they please take Tanya out of there?! I don’t even work there and she’s a nightmare to be a customer for. Customer service training is a real thing. HR needs to step in for the love of Christ. Store is always out of stock and a mess with stocking carts in the isles. Smells like mold.. the list goes on. Don’t shop here.

I've been coming to this Dollar Tree for a couple of years now over the one that is closer to my home because the people who work here are much nicer and they also have the items that I'm looking for.But this time around the shopping experience wasn't quite there. A lot of empty shelves. There were carts of new stock just sitting in the middle of aisles. One person was kind of working to get stuff on the shelves. There was one woman working the cash register and the line was long. She was very apologetic to everyone who had to wait some time to get checked out. At the same time there was another woman just kind of walking around. I don't know if she was a manager. There was some chatter going on between the two women about someone who was supposed to be there for work and hadn't shown up yet or called in. It made it sound like that that store was having employee issues with people not showing up for work.Hopefully things get better for them. I like shopping at this store and supporting small town businesses.

Make sure when they ask you if you want your receipt that you take it. Because if what you bought doesn't work they won't take it back without it. They should always give you a receipt if that's the only way to do returns.

I like the woman that’s working there now. I can’t remember her name but she worked the morning of nov 25. She filled my balloons. Helpful and kind just like some should be. I appreciated her and can’t wait to go back.

I definitely won’t be supporting this location any more. I went in on 12/22 to grab a few items and I encountered broken glass on the floor by the register and an older woman whom I’m assuming was a manager or some sort of leadership speaking very rudely to the cashier on how to handle the situation and basically ridiculing as he had a 4 people line while she just stood there telling him what he needed to do while there was 3 other employees all standing around talking, one of which I’m sure was on the clock because after about 5 mins of talking with other employees went and got on a register to help get the line down. This older possible manager needs training on how to speak with her employees as you do not speak down to an employee in front of other employees and/or customers like she did there’s a difference between offering guidance on how to handle a situation and demanding and speaking down like this grown man was a child being scolded. This cashier needs a job where he’s respected and appreciated and this manager needs to be taught how to treat people

I'm sure Dollar Tree will be a hit in Phelan. Amazing all the new businesses and changes having taken place now that Anderson no longer has a hardware store.

When this place first opened the staff was great. They were polite, helpful, and kind. Since then, most of the staff is rude and unfriendly. Not a good place to shop

I like this place. I've been to other Dollar Tree's over in Victorville who 1. are out of stock of most items, 2. their store is very messy and 3. have an over abundance of obnoxious customers.I don't mind making the trip to Phelan to shop at this store. Once while there, there was a guy who I don't know if he is the owner or a manager, but usually I go in with the idea to buy a couple of things and end up buying much more, at the check out after seeing that I had a lot of items and not enough bags, he let me have a couple more no charge. Just the little things like that make all the difference in customer service.

Love this store you can buy almost anything there for $1.00 the employees are always friendly and courteous. They had to raise their prices to $1.25 due to the inflation still a fun place to shop.

Staff at this dollar tree are exceptionally friendly. They always go out of there way for there customers. This is a value store where the staff treat you like you are at a Nordstroms.

This place is fantastic! all these ppl crying about lines at the register?? Get a grip for real! ppl dying from CANCER n u crying bcuz 3 ppl in line WHATEVER! I've never had a bad experience here, it's a dollar store not Disneyland! Keep up the good work you guys!!!

ThereEmployees are so rude I havnt went to a store that there employees ain’t wearing mask so upsetting about it.!!!!!!! if they are gonna close the store at 8:00 they should be closing the door at 8:00 not at 7:58. . There just so dam rude.!!!!
