My dog has a great experience each time. Never nervous about going back. I tried grooming my dog once, and found it to be harder to do than it looks. They do a great job and call me when she's ready to be picked up.

Wow went in with an 8 pound dog an they refused me because the dog was barking told me it’s very mean to humans an dogs umm for one you didn’t even see the dog more then 30 seconds an if your scared of a little dog I don’t think you should be open for business lmao good luck

I took my newly adopted poodle terrier mix dog to get a cut. The reviews left made me nervous, but I'm so glad I chose them to give my dog a trim. My dog is an anxious mess and will constantly try to run if you brush his hair so I was worried how it would go over. He came home unharmed and his fur was so soft and he wasn't covered in drool which tells me he wasn't too anxious! Pay is based on degree of difficultly and if anything special is needed, they had my dog done in 2 hours. Will definitely be going back to them.

Friendly and accommodating. I take my Maltese about every 5 wks. She looks cute and really likes everybody there. She looks and smells great! This Maltese has been going since Jan, 2017. My previous Maltese went there after my groomer moved. She was the first to tell me to see the Vet because of an odd behavior. Saw the Vet. Told me he had Doggie Dementia. My previous dog lived a year and a half and we had quality time together for that time.

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would have given it. I was quoted 90 for our 2 dogs, which when told our dogs were ready, turned into 130 dollars and we still had to wait for our one dog to get finished. The women that were shaving our dog complained the entire time they were "fixing" and finishing our dog. And the blending around our dog's head is awful. We will never be coming back and highly recommend not taking your animal to this chop shop.

Love your place. My dog knarley loves it too! I had a bad experience else where. And I had been bathing my dog for 2 years. He's got alot of hair. And he's 105 pounds. But you made me feel comfortable. And knarley was happy there ! Thank you! And knarley thanks you too!
