Nice place and crew. Employees are very kind and helpful. Lots of farm related stuff, animal grooming and food, clothes, boots shirts and jackets, paint, hardware. Well stocked store.

Customer service at its absolute worst. I made an appointment for a grooming at 4pm. I show up 5 mins early to ensure I have time to give them my dogs vaccine info and go over what grooming needs. The sign on the door says come in, I go in and wait, and wait, I press the buzzer for service and wait and wait some more. At 4:05 I go out and ask an associate if anyone was in the grooming dept and she looked annoyed saying no and went to ask someone about it. Came back to tell me the groomer was “a couple minutes late” - at 4:05 she’s already more than a couple mins late but I waited till 4:20 until I was tired of waiting and feeling ignored. I left and got a call at 4:30 from the groomer saying oh you have an appointment - I said yes I HAD an appointment at 4….she sounded perplexed and then acknowledged it was 4:30 now and suggested I come back anyway if I wanted. No thank you. I would have hung out if anyone was honest about just how late she was gonna be. Call before my appointment and say “hey sorry we’re gonna be in at 4:30” and I won’t have to take PTO from work to bring my dog in at 4. Absolutely poor customer service. Wanted to give my business to a smaller company but that was a fail. Don’t waste your time here.

Love this store! Usually go for feed and chicks but this time ordered fencing for delivery. Everything was easy and went smoothly.

Been here several times in past, unless they have a sale, some items are a bit more or same as other nurseries stires, their garden outside is bare, hardly any plants etc , lowes, home depot has more plants and cost o beginning their plant s also very reasonable and less expensive at Costco, parkjng and location is good at wilco, got a dog wash place there, staff is nice, it has pretty much everything else. I go to different places for their pricing etc...

We brought our Australian shepherd to Wilco because we were recommended by a gal that we always run into on our walks and we are SO happy with how Jessica did! We showed her a picture of what we essentially wanted for our pups cut and he looks just like it! He’s so clean and shiny and even. I’m so pleased to have found a place to take our dog for grooming and you can’t beat the price! We will for sure be back

It's an interesting mix of hardware and Feed. Yes you can get most tools, nuts and bolts And even paint there. You can also get dog food and cat food and baby chicks.helpful staff.

Wow, I have not been in Petaluma for over 4 year's, was surprised to see O.S.H. (Orchard Supply Hardware) not there, and a Wilco in its place. I got a cute black and pink flannel, snap up shirt. Love it, and a couple of stuffed animals for a couple of my grandbabies.

Won't share their Wi-Fi password, bad cell service inside so hard to look up something that you need to get. Staff complaining about customers within earshot of other customers. Not a very customer-friendly store.

willco has a huge selection. its like a full hardware store with an ouside nursery, and a tractor suppy had a baby. the clothing section is huge, lots of carhart, and work clothes (didn't look at the women's section). lots of livestock and pet supplies

Great store! There's a little bit of everything here. Very impressed by the boot selection and clothing. This is my new favorite spot to come get a decent pair of jeans and work boots. Also found decent prices that are better then online shopping for pet/farm supplies.

It was my first time to taking my dog there for grooming and it was terrible. First he didn’t get the haircut I wanted, second he was hurt on one of his back legs, and third it was expensive. So disappointed !

I don’t know why cities don’t have really cool places like this. P reminds me of a general store everything you could think of is in there from live baby ducks and chickens to a full-size vault. Any kind of animal feed great selection of boots, clothing, tons of hardware, and most of all what you find in places like this is an awful lot of knowledge. If you’re only walking in with a handful of questions, you’re gonna leave with a bag full of answers.

Lots of cool stuff at not so cool prices. I was in for about an hour just checking out what they had. Didn't see to many sales associates on the floor, and unfortunately i was never asked if i needed any help or had any questions at all for they entire hour i was there. Store looked super clean and is very well laid-out. The cashier was super polite and seemed pretty knowledgeable though.In their defense they did just open in December and may not be at full capacity as far as employees go.

I had been looking for a propane refill adapter in Marin county and could not find one anywhere. So my wife called Wilco and they said they had it and t would be waiting up front. When I arrived t the store about 45 minutes later the adapter was not up front. The young lady apologized and told me where it was, and I my surprise there It was. Was also able to pick up some hardware cloth while I was there.I found friendly knowledgeable associates throughout the store well worth the drive from Novato

l couldn't find anybody that had parts for my Lincoln welder, i went in looking for shoeing Supply's and just took a look for S&G's and they had everything I needed. My Welder has never worked this good before,it is literally better then new -

I love this store it's got so much for my needs weather it's dog food shoes or gardening and much more!! This was my first visit but surely won't be my last..And the people who work there are nice . Very clean too..

We took three of our grandchildren to buy their first baby chickens. The store was well stocked and clean. What made this a great visit was a young lady named Katelyn. Her knowledge and patience was a wonderful surprise.

Ordering online is a sweet bonus for a Great store !My horses and chickens love the sale days when I can stock up on their favorite feed and treats!It's such a pleasure on a busy Sunday, to find parking right out front.Not to mention getting 5 bags of horse feed purchased and loaded in 15 minutes!

After spending some time at the dog park and the pup getting super muddy, we headed to Wilco for a self-service dog bath. The staff were super friendly and the bath tub was clean. All supplies were provided. Great experience and will be going back.

It was not good! I had a gift card which took 20 minutes for clerk to figure out how much it was worth! Then no one in department to open dressing room. I had to walk around to find someone. When trying to check out another 20 minutes and clerk could not figure it out another wait for someone to help him!! Not a satisfying experience!!! I asked for my change to be in cask as to not have my time wasted again!!!The would not give me cash back or a different card with balance! So if I want to spend the balance I have to go back......and most probably go through this again!!!WORST STORE AND POLICIES EVER!!I wasn't going to give even 1star but I had to or it wouldn't post my review. I say Zero stars!!!!😡
