All I can say is thank you Shiela, Silvia, and my hero Chris. These 3 folks made a not so good experience into a 5 star experience and renew my faith that there are good people in this crazy world. Mistakes happen but when they are acknowledged and made it right, that is true customer service!

Don't even bother going to this store if you are minority, especially black. I was literally willing to spend thousands of dollars until I had to deal with racist employee(s ), they acted like I wasn't even a human being. It is crazy it's 2023 and race shouldn't matter, especially in business. I have always shopped at tractor supply, I love shopping there for my pets and business and now this makes me very uncomfortable. One lady was doing nothing and said she was going to help me and grabbed her keys then disappeared and then went to help another customer. If it wasn't for only one nice lady who didn't care about race , came along and assisted me. Do better you guys.

Shipping and receiving. Called in 24 hours in advance, told them I would be there at 1pm to unload, they said no problem. I arrive 30 minutes before 1pm. They say it’s gunna be a minute we’re moving some stuff with the forklift. I waited 45 minutes went back to the door, when they answered they told me the receiver just went to lunch it’s going to be another thirty minutes. Why didn’t the receiver just tell me that. Very poor communication.

Don’t bother with the makeshift vaccine clinic. I watched them turn away half of the customers because they are afraid to work with larger dog breeds. Just go to the veterinary office, don’t waste your time.

Always have what I need at a fair price! And there is always some easily identifiable and ready to help you with finding things, checking the back for additional items, and assisting with loading up. Shop is clean and organized!

The staff is friendly, but every time I go here to get propane, they’re either out or the person certified to fill tanks is not working.It’s like trying to get ice cream at McDonald’s, but the machine is always broken.

This was my first time making a purchase online with Tractor Supply store and also the first time being in one because I don't have one near me. I called first to make sure they had the item i wanted in stock and was actually helped not put on hold for 20 minutes or transferred to someone else only to have to explain to them what I wanted and being put on hold again , the person who answered the phone took the time to help and you don't get that from businesses these days. I purchased a bulky heavy item and after I looked around the store awhile I let them know i was there to pickup an online order and they had me loaded up and on my way in about 5 minutes. The employee's working there are friendly, polite , respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, hardworking and seem to like their job's and customers. Great job by the employee's and management of Tractor supply Petaluma they remember and practice what most other stores have forgotten about customer service.

I use Tractor supply primarily for propane (cheapest I've found) and lifting gear for work. For the price you can't beat their lifting gear, especially if you need it that day. There equipment has been reliable if kept oiled (I work in a saltwater environment), and the availability makes them my go to.

A fun store to shop! Someone is always available to help as well. Great selection of feed for all sorts of animals (pets and farm and wild birds). They also have a great selection of farm and garden tools and hardware, plus more. Check them out!

I ordered an outdoor table online and it arrived broken. After calling customer service I drove to this location in order to receive a refund. Sylvia was super friendly and processed my refund quickly and painlessly. She clearly was good with communication and notified Bill and Oscar twice while processing my refund to assist me with removing the broken table from my trunk. Both men were ready and waiting to assist me at the back gate after my refund was done and the whole thing took me less than 10 min from the time I walked into the store. Sylvia and her team were professional and friendly and in a time when stores are struggling to hire/retain staff they exceeded my expectations.

This place is awesome. If they don't have it, you don't need it. Being a Senior Citizen I find having to make a emergency pit stop to pee if I am near here I will dash for the men's room but take my sweet time to look around.

Was informed by gas station cashier, Tractor Supply Co. Has lower priced motor oil. Their shelf where bare. Ten count quarts of mixed weights. Very little. No one offered if needed help.

Nothing wrong with them! I went in to use the restroom during a stop on a long trip. The path to the bathroom was direct, I was not required or asked to purchase anything in order to use the facilities, and most importantly, it was clean.

Ordered a room heater online and picked up at the store, the first one I ordered wasn't in stock contrary to the website . I called the store and the person who answered the phone was extremely helpful and I was able to order another one which is working great. When I went to pick it up the people at the store were awesome.

Despite the name, this place has almost no tractor supplies. I came for an engine oil filter for my Kubota tractor. I wasn't expecting dealer-level inventories here, just some general maintenance stuff. Nope, not at "Tractor Supply". Another visit I was looking for hydraulic fitting parts. Too much to ask from this store.Just today, I was setting up a wood stove and I needed a pipe piece. I checked online and their website says it's in stock at the Petaluma store. My wife was going out to run errands anyway, so I sent her there with a screenshot of the part I needed. She couldn't find it, the staff flat out REFUSED to look for the part. She says they were all very busy doing absolutely nothing. Deplorable "service". Never have what I'm looking for. I'm not going back and I hope they end up out of business.Edit 2/14/2022:No one can touch their price on 5-gallon cans of parts washer solvent. It's twice the price at Wilco! I reluctantly ordered 4 cans for in-store pickup online. It came in about a week and I went to the TSC store to pick it up. What a different experience... Staff was on it - the member helping me was literally jogging to the back to get my items. Maybe they read my review? Anyway, BIG improvement, I'm changing my rating to 3 stars.

I just ran in here in a massive hurry and probably wasn't an ideal customer. That being said, Johnny, who was also helping around 2 other people and checking with every customer he passed while helping me, was beyond helpful in finding a product I couldn't locate. All around top, especially considering my less than ideal attitude.

It was great. I had never been here before but I will be coming back the people there were really nice I looked all over Marin County and could not find what I wanted they had it there and it was cheaper than the other places that were advertised they didn't have it. I will be going back I promise you that. They're right off the freeway was easy exit easy entrance no problems.

Unfortunately, the staff was not knowledgeable about what they had in stock or where items were that were in stock. They were unable to even repeat back to us exactly what we were looking for, a 6 ft gate and 14 ft gate. After my husband finally found what we were looking for, paid and pulled his truck in through the back gate he was loading the gates(without anyone offering to help), and was then asked by the employee to move his truck(which was put exactly where they told us to) before my husband was even done loading so that the employee, who was just sitting and watching my husband work, could close the back gate. My husband had to move his truck and then finish the few more minutes of loading. The employee didn’t even close the gate. Disappointed by the service.
