I used to shop at Ross in Santa Rosa and this one in Petaluma is smaller but I still found some great items. Prices are low and employees were helpful. Would recommend this store to anyone looking for a bargain.

This is one of the more neatly organized Ross stores. Clean and a better ambiance than the Santa Rosa Ave one. All the Ross stores though have lots of security and unfriendly staff and weird shopping carts to prevent theft which makes me feel weird shopping here. It would be nice if people didn't steal as much as they do at this store but they do. Still you can find some good deals. I like to know what I'm looking for and then get out!

It was very clean. It had new products,. It wasn't crowded but had enough customers. The line was fast and it had a lot of nice, impulse items.

This Ross hAs a pretty good collection of clothes, shoes and the line for the cashier is loaded with lots of gift type items... Great if you are in a hurry.

Yay. I needed something quick for a relative in a hospital near by. I was able to grab him sweat pants, shirt and a zip up jacket. He was tired of hospital gown and those hospital scrubs weren't great for him walking with a walker. Ross saved the day.

Great place but lady at dressing room was on a power trip. Tried to yell at my 5 years old kid just because it was playing with toys that were already shopping cart.

I had to kill time before a Dr. appointment near by and decided to check out what Ross had to offer. I like the lay out of the store, it's more spacious than some of the other near by Ross stores and IT'S CLEAN. when I was in the store I only noticed one worker on the floor but there was only one other person in the store at the time. If I'm ever back in Petaluma I would gladly come back to this Ross store.

Found a bunch of great deals today! Got a pair of Women's size 11 (usually so hard to find) Tote's Boots usually $80 on clearance for only $10.99! Also found a sweater for $1.99 and a cute dress for $2.99! I love shopping at Ross. Super friendly staff and store is very organized and clean!

Wednesdays are senior discount days. I come by often looking for a good value on men's clothing. Today I bought a pair of shoes. I need wide width and Ross has a selection.

For how large the store is in square feet I wasn't blown away by the options within each section. I have seen much more in previous Rosa stores. Maybe it was just the time of year or time of week for the next shipment to have not come in yet. I was hoping to find more weather appropriate clothes for the fall/winter. What I did get was still a great deal, and a solid par of work pants

Great store! I particularly like their ties. Nice designs, amazing prices. Not like most stores where you get an ok tie for $30, here you can get amazing ties for $5-$10! Also great selection on clothes and other items. 5/5!

The store it self was neatly organized, however there was so many employees watching you shop, that it makes you feel uncomfortable. I understand people steal. But when you have various peopl staring you down, no thank you won't be going back even though we will be around this area for several months.

Just found 2 large and fabulous metal flower pots and 1 Art Deco ceramic pot with a beautiful green glaze. The prices were unbelievable. Wouldn't have thought of Ross for garden pots, but will be my first stop next time I need one.

Very clean and organized. The employees make it a very uncomfortable atmosphere. They are not friendly and clearly don't want to be working. Another customer asked for assistance and the male cashier acted as if he was having to go out of his way . Not a very happy place to shop. Guessing I will go back to Ross in Rohnert Park or Ross on santa rosa ave santa rosa.

Love the finds that I get from this store. It's a bit of a hodge podge, but the prices are great if you find something nice.Great value and quality on brands.Of course it's hit and miss if you'll be able to find what you need as there's no core inventory, thing rotate in and out quickly, and not everything comes all sizes.

I once couldn't say what I'm about I say about this store. She I first started shopping here everything was fine. Except, I'm watched like a hawk. I don't steal. They know I don't. I bought a pair f gloves from here once didnt look very good. I picked it a pair of gloves that, well wasn't a pair. I get home and pull them out to find only one glove. I searched the bag still nothing. I return the next day to return this non-pair of gloves. The lady ask me why did I buy one glove. I tell her I didnt buy one glove I bought a pair and I didn't notice there was only one. I shouldn't have to count how many are there. You don't go counting the socks when it says there is 6 pairs. You automatically think that if it says 6 pairs there is certainly 6 pairs of socks. So why should I have to pay attention to how many gloves that are there. The lady was rude and suggested that I stole the gloves. I had the receipt. I was laughed at because I trusted them not to rip me off. I can't suggest you don't go to this store. Almost every thing is cheaper than other stores. I do suggest you make sure that what they claim is there really is there. I told them to keep the non-pair of gloves. They wouldn't let me have my money back. I have no use for an single glove. And Michael Jackson is dead. So why sell a single glove. I suggest when you purchase anything that says its a pair or more. Count it and make sure. That one was on me I guess.

I needed to find something to wear for a wedding I was attending the next day. I was able to run in around 2 hours before they closed, find a dress that fit, was stylish and found shoes and 2 purses to match for under $50 dollars! You can't beat that with a stick! Lol

They have a good variety of shoes, clothes throw pillows and even curtains. I enjoy going to Ross to see what's new when I need things. Someone is always there to open the door also.

Always find the right staff and good variety for a very decent price. Everything is affordable and some staff is good quality. I shop here clothes, home staff, shoes. If you have patience and look in detail you'll find good staff, I promise!

I love Ross, they have affordable clothing, shoes and home goods. This Ross store isn't too messy like some of the other store I've been to and the staff are all very nice & friendly.

Not a very good selection in pants, slacks, jeans, not a very good selection n plus sizes in pants or dresses. Mostly sleevless dresses 👗

I am giving Ross 1 star because even though their prices are good, they should be reported to the ADA (American Disability Act) for not providing carts outside the store for disabled people. Yes, they have carts to use while your inside the store, but they all have poles on the carts to keep them from leaving the store. I've seen disabled people struggle with purchases going to their car, because Ross won't provide carts. The security people standing at the door are absolutely useless.

This is about any Ross store. Not just this on in Petaluma. I haven't found a Mans shirt,pants or shoes in Ross that fits or looks like something I might wear in probably 10 years.I give up. Like everywhere, it's mostly women's clothes. Because that's the biggest buyer.Not going back. I give up
