Lady that works during the day is very rude , has no personally, SHE HAS no business working in Hosipitaly that's for sure , the rooms are outdated , like 15 years . The location is great right off 101 , unfortunately there seems to be some rif raft going on in the neighborhood. Grocery carts all outside , shady people all around , love the room with jet tubs

We rented 3 Rooms for a week paid over $18,000 dollars we requested room service, today Thursday early morning return back from work after 5 PM went into our room. It was not service bed s we’re undone. No clean towels I took a picture of room, went to front DeskGeneral manager on duty call service girls came in and said that they clean their room at 9:00 AM. I showed him the picture. The general manager called us a liar, and said that she could review cameras to see if we came in a mess room up, which I replied, this look at the video I told her I must be blind I need glasses the room was not done. I told her let’s go look at the room. The cleaning girls came in and insisted they had clean room in the morning. I said yes yeah right . You’re right they said that we had come in and mesh room up anyways, the manager general manager came to see Room. They went into the other two rooms which they were clean came into our room and the girl cleaning girl insisted she has cleaned it so she’s calling us a liar there so I told her she’s I told the general manager she’s laying in the room was not clean. You could see it towels on the bed etc. I told her she’s lying the manager says I don’t appreciate you calling my stuff liars I told while you’re lying to because the room was not clean, she got upset . She said she didn’t appreciate me calling them. Her staff liars or herself a liar, but it’s OK for her to call us a liar and sit in sane. We will look at the video. See if you guys went in. She’s calling us a liar, but it’s OK for her to do it not us the customer, I suggest corporate office should give this general manager in Petaluma management classes so she could treat the customers better that’s all I have to say or corporate office should come to the Petaluma quality inn undercover to see what kind of personnel they have working for them, the assistant manager was very understanding and very polite And made us feel at home but we are the customers and should not be called liars and insisting that they could see the video to see who came in which she did not because she she knows they didn’t clean the room anyways that’s my review. Thank you.Food & drinks: The continental breakfast it’s OK

Am overnight stop which turned out to be extremely comfortable and had a great breakfast. We arrived late, but the host at the front desk was very friendly and set up everything quickly. I didn't get her name but thank you! Room was clean and comfy, and got a great night's sleep. The free continental breakfast was very much appreciated and started our day off on the right foot!

Given my very modest expectations this hotel met or exceeded them all.Very pleasantly surprised and comfortable for me (I was there one night), service was excellent, and there are plenty of dining options in the neighborhood.I'm in the process of relocating to Santa Rosa so won't need places to stay there in the future but should definitely be considered as a budget hotel that will likely exceed expctations

I wanted to rate this motel 4/5 stars originally. Because this is a decent motel for people like us, who traveled for 13 hours with no stop, and all we needed just a clean room with shower and nice bed. The room has everything: iron, iron desk, fan, shampoo/conditioner/cream. Lots of towels, bridge, coffee machine, fridge, safe. What else do you need for simple stay? Plus, very nice breakfast with lots of options to eat (unless you are vegetarian)!!! Maids and customers desk people were polite and friendly. I only did not like carpet and old looking chair I didn't want to sit in.... These things always make me feel uncomfortable and dirty feeling. Owners should consider putting some easy to clean floors, like laminate/concrete, etc. Carpet is not safe!Anyway, OPS. See pic what I saw just before we left. That stain on the pillow made me feel we slept on dirty bedding. I don't know what the hell this bug is, it was just on the pillow. Plus, after staying at another hotel next day, I can say that bed in this room was not too comfortable.I will not stay in this motel again because of it.

One of the more reasonably priced hotels in the area with a pool. Room was serviceable if a little in need of repair (soiled chair, floor trim loose). Front desk is friendly and accommodating at all hours. Free breakfast has some hot items which is nice. Pool area does not have much shade in the noon heat. About 10 minutes from downtown in a commercial district with quite a few abandoned buildings nearby and lots of RV dwellers on the adjacent streets.

It was a last minute decision to drive to Petaluma for pre construction site visit the next day, versus staying in Mill Valley. And I'm glad I did because of the morning traffic others dealt with. The rooms are nice, bed are comfortable, more than two pillows, hot waters on a boiler so if you like long hot showers you're in luck. Front desk staff was great and probably one of the reasons I'd stay here again. Breakfast was included and was far and away better than expected!

So there is a Homeless Hotel next door and my vehicle was Vandelized and Robbed! SEVEN other vehicles were broken into and stolen from that night! My Company has used this Quality Inn for many years with No repercussions and problems. Apparently the cameras on the premises are not monitored. A Security guard would possibly help eliminate some of the problems and the prices for rooms there could be raised to cover the salary even though the prices are average to high. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms super clean and comfortable. It's too bad that the city of Petaluma has allowed this issue to affect a positive business in their city.Safety: Vagrants and thieves seems to be a new problem for the hotel.More Policing could help eliminate the vandalism of vehicles.

A great place to stop as you're traveling through or use the motel as home base as you visit local sites.Rooms: Rooms were clean and quietNearby activities: There are so many great places to visit in the area. There is food in walking distance. It is a short trip to historic downtown Petaluma.Walkability: Food in walking distance.

It’s called Quality but it doesn’t deliver on the promise. Barely ok to stay for a night… bedsheets were clean but that’s about it, carpets etc really old and room didn’t smell so fresh. Breakfast soso (typical motel breakfast). Pleasant surprise was that the pool is heated.

When I walked into the lobby it looked a little worn, so I immediately felt concerned. The desk staff was very nice. Our room was fine for us because we didn't spend much time there. Breakfast was free and offered many options including eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, and fruits as well as many other cold options. There is a pool and spa available but we used neither. The location was perfect for us and the price was right.

The room was very clean, NO funny smells, great front desk service, Very quiet because there are only a handful of rooms in each individual hotel building which means less foot traffic in the hallways. The bed, blankets and feather pillows...heaven!! There is a single serving coffeemaker with packets for 2 cups, a decent size under the counter refrigerator but no microwave. Not a deal breaker because we had a very relaxing stay. Yes, I would recommend this hotel to my friends, my family and you!

I was really disappointed with our 2 night stay last weekend. My daughter had a lacrosse tournament in Petaluma and I picked this location because I wanted a hotel with a pool and hot tub. The first night we didn't even use it because the entire pool was taken over by noisy kids. The parents took over the hot tub and they were too busy drinking to care that their kids were obnoxiously noisy. Some of them were even having their kids fetch their beers. The vibe was a total turn off. The pool and hot tub close at 10, so we figured we'd go later when young children should be going to bed. But it was full and noisy the entire time. The parents were told twice that it was time to leave the pool area because they didn't leave when they were supposed to leave. The second night was pretty much the same. For breakfast, you fill out an order form and turn it in the night before. Our orders in the morning were wrong. I returned it, and again was given the wrong thing. It didn't matter because we ended up throwing the breakfast sandwiches away because who wants to eat cold egg, cheese, & bacon breakfast sandwiches? There wasn't even a microwave to heat them up. Another family from our team was staying there as well and they too ended up tossing their breakfasts. Their daughter ended up playing at the tournament on an empty stomach because they didn't have time to make an extra stop in the morning. When we got back the next day, I called the front desk because our room had not been cleaned. I found out that they only clean it every 3 days. Not a huge deal because we keep pretty tidy anyway, but the garbage was overflowing because the containers were small. There also weren't any containers to recycle. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, I liked that the sink area was separate from the shower/toilet because I don't like getting ready in a steamy bathroom, and the ladies at the front desk had good customer service, which is hard to come by these days. Overall though, for $200/night, I was not impressed. It should be called Mediocre Inn.

Travled from 3 hours away got there alittle after 12am the front Desk guy was super nice, got us checked in fast. On my way to check out we noticed a peach tree and the grounds keeper came and picked us a few to take on the road my 3 year old was so excited and they were yummy! Definitely recommend this place. We will forever stay here. Breakfast was also good beds were comfy, but the bathtub didn't have a plug so my son was upset he couldn't take a bath but not a big deal.

The room we stayed in was in building 7. It was a small but very comfortable room. The bed was quite nice. We liked that the room had inside access. We asked for a quiet room and as it was a Tuesday night thought it should be fine. However someone next door kept letting their room door slam every 30 seconds for over an hour. Thankfully they finally stopped by 9:30pm. Otherwise, the room was perfect for us. They have a very nice breakfast included, which we much appreciated. We will definitely stay there again and have recommended the hotel to others. The hotel staff was congenial and helpful.

Door had huge gap at the bottom which is not safe and also invites bugs into room. Towels are thin and too small as are pillows. Motion sensor lights are disturbing when going to the bathroom at night. Bathroom fan is too loud. Pool was dirty and unappealing, tv guide does not work. Breakfast eggs are bad but sausages and waffles ok. Needs coffee table in front of sofa. Room has strong air freshener smell. Do not stay here if you can help it! Ample parking. Asked for room to be cleaned at 930 and told we were too late to request despite sign in bathroom saying to request by 11.

Rooms were clean and the front desk lady was nice. They also provided breakfast to go style because of covid which was nice. Downsides... pool was very far away from our room & very small. The jacuzzi was tiny & people had their kids occupying it at all times which sucked. We were never able to enjoy it. Also our room was on the 2nd floor and there were no elevators! Carrying all our luggage up & down was horrible. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great and the tub was slippery so be careful. It seemed there was only that one lady working the front desk so if she was out for a break or whatnot, you were left waiting in the lobby a long time. The room also had the strongest scent of potpourri when walking in that gave me a headache. The AC had a burning smell to it when first turned on but thankfully that subsided and we were no longer worried.

Fantastic area for just right off the Freeway, great spot for dining selections & it was quite, very neat. Staff was impeccable 👌Rooms: Stated above...Nearby activities: Stated above..Safety: Stated above...Walkability: Stated above...Food & drinks: Stated above...**A MUST THO...Go over the Freeway west. There's a dinner called something with a "Hen" in it on the NE corner of the 1st or 2nd stop lite. Has local food served up~{I had the lamb!}, OH MY GOSH!! My wife's ontrey was wonderful as well. -recommended by the desk help!
