Had a great experience today with an associate named Rachel. I must say her helpfulness and and amazing customer service won me over. I usually get my supplies in Santa Rosa but now I’m only going here. What a breath of fresh air.!!!

Today my dog was scheduled to bath and they didn’t want to because it was exactly 48 hours after vaccines. I rescheduled for tomorrow and they call me canceling again because they want to make sure he wouldn’t have reaction of the vaccines. If the requirement is 48 hrs why do we have to wait more? Because he is a lab and was anxious and obviously they didn’t want to deal with that. I loved the customer service.

I have heard AMAZING experiences with PetSmart's grooming. I will be taking my dog here to try it out. The store here is clean, organized and the clerks helpful. I love the pet adoption program that they have. (This location is inside the big Target complex right off the East Washington St. freeway. There's a bunch of other good stores such as Spouts, HomeGoods, Chipotle and a random Tesla charging station).

Excellent online experience coupled with "Curbside Pickup" at their closest store location. Seamless transaction between online and store. I called the store when I pulled into the "Curbside Pickup" reserved parking stall and a very friendly employee brought out my order immediately and placed it in my back seat so there was no contact. My kitty thanks PetSmart as well!

Good location, helpful staff, and they carry all the brands you want. However, they often seem to run low or are out of stock on many things which, if you are a cat person... you know it can be problematic. (They like what they like! 😄)Overall- this tends to be my "go-to" for in store shopping. Plus, sometimes they have kitties in the store, too!

I haven't had good luck with Petsmart stocking dog food items that they say are in the store when buying online. So be sure to call!

Love this place so many varieties of food products that I can buy for my picky eaters my cats lol. Just wish they have more choices for rabbits like more food varieties. They have lot's of toys to choose from for my cats, cat litters, treats,dry wet foods. Awesome place. I come here every weekend.

I usually like PetSmart stores, the one in Rohnert Park is great, but this location isn't up to snuff.The presentation from outside the store is bleak, they keep the windows drawn shut with blinds, so it always looks closed.Inside, the staff is usually fairly attentive and friendly, but the inventory is very limited for some pets. The fish, birds, rodents and reptile departments are pretty minimal. In the infrequent visits I make to this site, they are often out of stock on whatever I'm after.If you're shopping for dogs or cats, your selection is much better. However the layout of the store isn't great. It's longer and very narrow, which makes it feel dark and crowded.It's great that they occasionally have 'Adoption Days', it's the only reason I would choose to come to this location.Great free parking lot out front in a large shopping area. Lots of other stores and places to eat nearby.

I was seeking a "good deal" on training pads for my dog and I found it here. Prices on Amazon were around $30 for 40 pads. What? At this store I was able to buy 150 for $19.95. I did not shop all of their merchandise, some of which appeared "pricey", but for the item I was seeking it was "a bargain"To me, shopping is a verb, an action word. If you don't compare quality, quantity, and price; you are not doing your homework and you get what you get. It was 8 months ago and I still have some pads remaining. I consider it a "great" deal. It's in a shopping center anchored by Target, a store that cheated me out of 80% of the value of a gift card. BOOO!

The groomer there is an absolute gem. She is kind and patient and does a great job. The staff in general are very welcoming.The store itself is well stocked, parking is pretty good and it's in a great location.

Vanessa is a Godsend! She’s an Amazing Groomer and a Sweet Soul! My Pug is very scared of getting his nails trimmed from past experiences before Vanessa, but she’s just incredible with him and he Loves her!! Can not recommend her enough and the staff is very welcoming too!

Totally agree with the previous reviews. They have very little to offer an average aquarist. Staff was too busy doing absolutely nothing to even inquire whether they could be of assistance. I have worked in retail, customer service, and marketing for 40 years and I must wonder how this 'store' can engender any profit except for their ridiculous prices...

Was a little skeptical and had a lot of questions but they answered them all and I felt confident taking my fur baby there. Was just going for a shampoo and nail trim but opted for the upgrades, the prices were reasonable!! Everyone was nice and they took good care of my fur baby!! Definitely will be going back!!

My mother and I learned about having more female fish than male fish so that the males don't get to smarty pants.We were also helped with my very picky puppy who doesn't like anything to eat. So I'm going to try what was recommended today and I'll let you know.

This PetSmart is better than most of the other ones. Their fish look healthy, and they don't sell any reptiles which I think is a major plus. They do have less supplies for sale than other PetSmart stores but I still prefer this one.

SMALL STORE BUT THEY HAVE ALL THE STANDARD PRODUCTS AND SOME UNUSUAL ONES. I buy ordinary foods-not the specdial ones--and I consistently save money.With Covid, some pet foods were scarce, but that has eased. Prices are up, lots, but no worse than elsewhere.

This is a small store that carry’s almost nothing for reptiles I drove all the way from Sonoma to find this out since online it just came up as a pets mart. They definitely should name these locations differently instead of waisting peoples time .

Vanessa was wonderful with our dog Meggy. Meggy is old and has wort's and has lost a lot of her hair because she was poisoned a few years back. Vanessa took wonderful care of her and treated her so good. She looked amazing when Vanessa was finished with our Meggy. I would recommend Pet Smart in Petaluma to everyone. You can go shopping while your pet is being groomed. It is a very clean and friendly store.

Yes I got here 5 mins before close but I knew exactly what I needed for my cats they can only eat a certain cat food that I can only get here I have a busy schedule and my cats have zero food and I cant go anywhere else to get it my cat needs food because it just had surgery and is spose to eat with its medicine. some one had just walked out when I was walking up but when I went to open the door it was locked and the employees weren't doing anything productive just sitting the talking they saw me at the door and did nothing when it was not 9:00 yet so thank you petalumas petsmart this was my first time trying to go to this one and I will never be coming back it wasn't even 9 yet and the doors were locked so dont belive online times if its late they probably closed early so dont even bother thanks alot. I hope the two people working a guy and a girl get written up I will NOT recommend this petsmart to anyone I'll make a point to spread the word on how horrible my experience was.
