The groomer did an excellent job however, when I came to pick up my dog, the grooming department members had all left and so one of the store workers had to call the manager to come get my dog for me. I told him my dog is very shy rescue and they would need to carry him out and he replied that they can’t carry him and he had to walk on his own as he proceeded to drag my dog out of the cage through the back area, and when he finally called me back there to pick him up, my poor dog was completely freaked out and covered in dirt and hair from other dogs, which totally negated the whole bathing that I had just had done!!! very frustrating…and feel I’m entitled to a partial refund! Needless to say, I doubt I will be going back even though like I said I do like the groomers. Seems like they need a new manager who actually cares about animals.

I love Shelby, and the girls that work there. Very friendly and so good with my dog. Bitsy loves them. She always leaves looking and smelling great.

My little dog is strong and doesn't like anyone touching his feet or face. The groomer did a awesome job with his grooming. I was very happy with the results.

Much easier than getting water all over my bathroom while wrestling a 9 pound dog into the shower and chasing her around the house to get her dry. I give 5 stars but I can't use such a large blower on my fog as she is absolutely terrified of that huge loud strong blower.

They did a beautiful job on our Aussie. We live next to a creek, in the country, and he gets very matted and messy. And, he doesn't like us to brush him. Judging from his smooth coat and lack of any matts, he doesn't mind Petco people making him beautiful. Thank you so much for a wonderful job!
