Awful service from this Petco. My wife just recently tried reaching out to make an appointment with the vet clinic for our dog to be seen. An employee named Kate answered and was very rude. She put my wife on hold for 35 minutes while she was supposedly going to reach out to the vet clinic at Petco to request the appointment. No one answered and left her on the line with no response. My wife tried calling back multiple times, they wouldn’t answer and then the third attempt they hung up the call. If you don’t like assisting customers then this probably is not the right job for you. Props to the employees at the Santa Rosa location, much better service.

The associate was very helpful. She discussed with me that I have a. Petco card and I did. I didn’t realize I had a lot of coupons I could use and she explained all the services that I have been missing out on so I’m going to take full benefits of this and I appreciated her assistance

The store is clean and well organized. Just like the Petco on SR Ave, there were few employees on the floor to help. Once I found one, he was very helpful. But you have to go out of your way to find/ask for help. I got my dog groomed at the SR Petco location and they did a great job. Also got the pet vaccinations via their mobile service that comes during different times of the month/year. Both locations are good for pet accessories and services.

The best grooming staff. They are very friendly, cooperative, and sensitive to our dogs' needs. We have had such an awful experience in another location and we are so grateful that we found the groomers in Petaluma that provided such care and patience with our dogs. Thank you for all you do!

When observing a leopard gecko for purchase, I asked questions and two ppl assisted me. A man named Theo answered my questions and gave good advice. I believe that Oetco is very caring toward one’s pets. I like that they also foster some cats for adoption there. I get the lizard’s crickets there and it’s convenient to do so. Recently I’ve discovered the discounts on buying multiples of certain cat foods. The fixed income makes getting discounts imperative, and I’d ask for consideration of seniors who are still buying pet food. Most of the employees are courteous and helpful.

Great first experience. I was picking up my employers pooch from the groomers.The customer service was awesome. The store was clean, smelled good. My only complaint was, there wasn't any employee's on the floor to assist me. I had to wait until I got to the cashier & then they helped me find what I wanted. I felt bad, for the line behind me. P

Excellent personnel at check stand. The young man asked if I had a reward card I said I didn't. He asked if I would like one and in a personal way described the perks smiling the entire time, and yes even with his mask on you could tell he was smiling. Excellent customer service!

I was horrified to see so many dead fish in the tanks. Your shrimp tank was mostly dead bodies...and there were a LOT. I know it's harder to keep tidy tanks in a store...but come on, man. They were WAY better the last time I went in...and Caesar's has five times the tanks you guys have and you'll maybe find ONE or TWO dead...that's even in their feeder tanks. So you CAN do better.

People were friendly and always willing to help and answer questions. The ease of curbside pickup is FANTASTIC! I preferred to enter the store this time because it was a one item purchase. What I like is the fact that I can always check in advance to see if the item is available at the store. And with big orders, I just purchase on-line and request curbside pickup. Truly, doesn't get much easier than that!

Went into Petco on Saturday around 12 in the afternoon, my fish had died. I was told 2 days earlier that I needed a sample of my water. I had brought in the fish and receipt but the lady had threw out the fish in the trash and my receipt I had left at home because I was told I only needed the water sample. Well when I went to get another one I had been HELPED by the manager Maddy she has explained what I needed for the next time if this happen and let me tell you HER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME AND RESPECTFUL! I am very satisfied with the service she gave me. She had a great personality and great customer service and don’t change that thank you!!! I will be going back to the Petco in Petaluma for now on!
