Went shopping at a Lucky that is actually closer to my home and was pleasantly surprised. It is smaller than the other one so very easy for quick shopping visits. Found everything that I wanted and the employees were so friendly. I will be returning there soon.

My family and I vow never to shop at the "Yucky Lucky" ever again, due to their rude cashiers, small cramped store, and minimal selection.We've had nothing but wonderful experiences at all the stores and restaurants in Petaluma, except for this one on three separate occasions. So we just stopped shopping there all together.It would be awesome if developers completely demolished that outdated strip mall, so more useful and appealing businesses can be built on that side of town.

This Petaluma Lucky's is a good well run store. They are well stocked. The store is clean. I hand good customer service. I couldn't find an item& asked th checker he page a floor clerk who took me to the area. They were both friendly. The store wasn't too crowded at the time.

Very disappointing experience with a Sandwich from Deli section. Had purchased a wrapped Roast beef & cheese sandwich. Top piece of bread was soggy and wet, the bottom piece was either stale or toasted, very hard. The lettuce was turning black, very wilted. As was eating in the parking lot, took it back in with receipt. Talked to man in the Deli section. Exchanged for another sandwich. Only ate about 1/4 when realized this was not much better than the first sandwich.

I was double charged for a big package of paper towels.Now I have to go all the way back there tomorrow for a refund.Plus my heirloom tomatoes came home squished.Not happy.

Their prices for many everyday necessities are the highest I've seen lately. I have to shop for bargains and there aren't many here.

Dianne that's work at the front cashier has always been rude towards me i spending a lot of money in this store me and my family has been shopping here since 1972 manager needs to work on employees skills around customers i just don't really want to go into your store again

Not the greatest looking storefront, simple inside layout. Lysol wipes weren't my first thought when I saw the carts, although you should always use wipes.

Great staff. Unfortunately there’s a reason this store is known as “Yucky”. Corporate doesn’t refresh store and it’s nasty. Now they got rid of all their hand baskets—have to use a cart. Wouldn’t mind so much except most of the aisles are clogged with temporary displays. Great place to shop if you like obstacle courses.

Great store! Its been my grocery store for over 30 years! Staff is usually fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Store is always clean and organized. Most items are well stocked and available but there are a few items that are not and that can be frustrating. Love the Lucky's rewards app! One thing that's sucks is that certain items that are offered for free only apply at the store on Lakeville and not at the one on Petaluma Blvd No.

Liked shopping Lucky's. Smaller store. I'm disabled and having some difficulty walking lately so not so far around store and can park very close to door even w no placard. Isles are wide enough too and good selections and prices. Also staff very helpful and friendly. Kind of a "family feel" to the place. Enjoyed my first visit here on his visit.

I gave this visit two stars out of five because this seems like the ugly red headed step child lucky store that nobody wants to go to. The inventory is lacking, it's hard to find just basic stuff & it just seemed like an off-night many things I was looking for we're just not available. Otherwise I enjoy lucky and their grocery stores.

Not at all friendly. Safeway bas a better repore with their customers. This one tall blonde cashier has the personality of a block of wood. I try avoid her register as much as possible. There you have it.

Terrible customer service. People had been telling me this but I learned for myself when I called the day before Thanksgiving to ask if they had something in stock and she put me on hold forever and when she came back on she didn't think they carried the brand. When I told her they did because I've bought it there before she said she was busy and didn't know and then hung up on me. I will be passing this on to everyone I know. There are plenty of good supermarkets with friendly people. We will go out of our way to go to a different grocery store. If the manager of the Lucky store on Petaluma Blvd and Payran reads this, "you are not management material and should look for a lower position".

Shopping at Lucky I'm never dissatisfied it was great experience Shopping there. Theemployees always nice and always helping the customers. They have excellent quality in meats and produce. The lines are never long.

My wife and I have found to Boulavard Cafe just out of sheer coincidence and have found that the owner of the restaurant is a wonderful person he served a great meal and he's always got a smile on his face the staff is excellent and the best thing about it is that I work fairly close to the restaurant which I get to go as frequently as I can my wife loves the steak and eggs there and I always get either bacon and eggs or eggs benedict and pancakes they have fresh squeezed orange juice there which is excellent a great cup of coffee and I'm very warm atmosphere there and they always make you feel well I truly recommend this restaurant to everyone that likes a good meal fairly priced I Give It 2 Thumbs Up
