Our dog Luna had a great time at Fit N Furry. We had to board her for the first time while out of town and she had a blast playing with the other dogs! She was provided house kibble and treats and we felt like she was in good hands. We even got a picture sent to us during her stay. The staff is friendly and professional. We will be back for sure!

I was very impressed by Fit ‘N’ Furrys customer service, and doggy day care’s staff and trainers. They were warm and welcoming every step of the way. When I came to pick up my pup after her first day of day care I was presented with a professionally taken photo of her (it is by far the best photo I have of her!) and a report card that was thoroughly filled out to inform me of my pups mood throughout the day in addition to handwritten notes on her actual performance throughout the day. I highly recommend!

Staff was friendly enough, the first time deal was great! I think their services are completely affordable for what they're doing. I was able to drop my dog off and come back later to pick him up. They did a better job at clipping his nails then places I've used previously. he was pretty happy when he came out so I'm happy and I will return.

The playtime hour offered by F+F on Saturday’s has been such a big part of our puppy’s growth and routine. The consistent time with other puppies during the first handful of months of her life is so good for Nana. She has made so many friends! It’s also really nice to talk with other dog people and exchange puppy stories.We feel so lucky to have this really cute gathering so close. I think it’s a rare free program in the Bay Area.

I have always been very pleased with the care my pets have received at Fit n Furry. They get exercise and a chance to play with other dogs their size. I never worry about them when they are boarding there and they come home happy & healthy.

My husband and I were traveling down from Washington and visiting my elderly mother and a daycare facility in Petaluma. We were traveling with our two beloved dogs Daisy Mae who is a redbone hound dog 7 months and Lily bug who was a 8-year pug. We decided to try fit and fury pet resort to let them spend the afternoon playing with other dogs. First of all the staff is unbelievably kind and loving to our animals. The facility is impeccable. As we come down time to time from Washington we will definitely be bringing our furry family with us and let them spend time at fit and fury. Highly recommend their service.

We loved taking our puppy to the free puppy social available at Fit 'N' Furry! It helped him get his foundation of socializing with other dogs and learning manners. They also gave us lots of discounts to try other offers they had, just for attending! Our pup is now a thriving 7 month old and he has great manners at the dog park thanks to his early socialization!

Great customer service. I forgot my dogs vaccine paperwork and asked if I could fax it over. They said “Yes”. Another grooming shop would have said “No” that happened to be before. The staff are friendly and very helpful. This is my new go to for grooming.

I trust Fit n Furry to care for my sweet pup. The staff is friendly, responsive and informative. I have used them for day care and overnight boarding. Each time my confidence in them is reinforced. My dog seems happy and comfortable when I pick her up. Highly recommend!

I was super anxious to leave my 11 month old pup in boarding care for the first time while I went on vacation. The staff at fit ‘n’ furry were clear and professional on what Charlie’s day to day would be and the care and attention he would be getting. In addition, their accessibility and quick responses on updates and pics put me at ease . Watching people come in and out, picking up and dropping off their pups, it felt like I was leaving my puppy with friends. They took really good care of him and he will definitely be back.

I’ve been bringing my little Pomeranian to Fit n Furry since he was a puppy. He was energetic and needed a place to play with other dogs but too small for local dog parks. It was a great decision. He loves it and I have ALWAYS found staff helpful and kind. Everyone loves the dogs. I highly recommend Fit n Furry

I dropped off our puppy off for boarding for one night. I had to extended to another night with no issues. When I came to pick him up the bill was a bit high when I questioned it, the staff noticed there were duplicate charges. That was an easy fix. I paid for boarding and we were on our way.I also questioned if he attended the puppy play time both days because I only received one message for his attendance. She said “yes of course”. Which I am beginning to question.I get a notification later that day from my bank that I was charged again for the boarding. When I called Fit n Furry, they had me talk to whom I think was a manger who said that they will remove the second charge. It’s been two days and both charges have posted to my account. I called again to talk to someone about removing the duplicate charge. They informed me a manager will call me.- It seems like there needs to be some additional training with the staff.-I was never told they would keep my card of file. This would have prevented the duplicate charge.-I have yet to hear from the anyone about resolving this issue.- My pup was very tired and seemed a bit off when we got home. I am going to assume this was due to him being boarding for the first time.- I was hoping to resolve this with fit n furry but I am going to have to file a claim with my bank to take this charge off.I’m will be searching for a different boarding place.

My pup and I attended the puppy socialization class. It was well organized and the trainers were great at monitoring the pups and ensuring everyone had a safe and fun time. We absolutely had an amazing experience. My pup definitely gained some important skills in appropriate social interactions. Well worth checking out.

I feel assured that my cat is getting the best care when he comes to fit 'n' furry to stay.I appreciate that the cat enclosures are so much larger than at the vet's office, and also that he gets time out of his enclosure every day to walk around, even to look at the fish tank they have there. My cat is afraid of dogs, so thankfully, the cat only section has a door to close out the noise of barking. With his abandonment issues from previous owners, he gets lots of extra love and attention from the staff, that helps him feel secure. They even administer meds, which i appreciate too. Best place i've found to take kitty for a stay, hands down!

This was my pups first lodging experience and I chose Fit ‘N’ Furry because of their glowing reviews and my conversation with the booking coordinator. She was very friendly and helpful with the entire process of getting Mushu’s stay set up. I opted for the package with picture updates and the doggie suite with a little TV for him. The staff was friendly and efficient once I arrived. We got checked in very quickly and I was on my way. I was sent a couple pictures during his three day stay. As an owner, I always want more pics of my pup to see what he is doing. I would have loved to see him in his little suite or him playing with other dogs, but I do appreciate the two pictures I did get. He got a bath and looked clean and cute when I picked him up. I wasn’t sure how Mushu liked it as I didn’t get a detailed update, but he seemed happy. I’m thankful that they were able to accommodate Mushu.

I’ve never been more grateful that a well reviewed business lived up the hype! My little guy is in his golden years and after having had a tough first half of his life, ever since we adopted each other a few years ago, we spend every day making up for that lost time, and we are rarely ever needing to be apart over night.After getting a new job I had some unavoidable travel, and my options were few and far between on what to do with my furry best friend. Luckily someone mentioned Fit N Furry as being an exceptional and unique place that would take special care of Moose. I am happy to report that my experience was better than I could have ever imagined. They offered several options for boarding, with tons of extra services that I could choose from. They even sent me a picture upon request via text with a very detailed update on how his stay was going.I’m so grateful to everyone at this place for taking such great care of my V.I.P. I will 100% never bother going anywhere else or any of Moose’s needs. Thanks!!!

While we love our Benny, he has some behavioral issues and the staff were wonderful with him and understanding his limitations. We feel relieved that we now have a place for him to go that we feel comfortable with when we travel. Highly recommended.

Everyone I've worked with at F n F has been polite, personable, and professional. Most importantly, I trust the training professionals at Fit n Fury to take good care of my dog. Special recognition goes to Marie, who has kept me advised daily about my dog's progress. Fit n Fury has met my expectations and I recommend them for training and care.

Our girls did a great job for their first time staying at any lodging. The staff is so sweet and awesome about updating how your pet(s) are doing and love their photo!This place is perfect for any of your pets and our girls got to be with other small dogs their size which was perfect for them to socialize more

I made an appointment a week in advance for 8am arrival to get my dog bathed. In the past, I would drop her of and two hours later they would call me to let me know she was ready for pickup. This time I had to call them at 1:10pm to ask them what was going on since it had been 5 hours since I dropped her off for her bath. She told me she was ready topics up. Someone really dropped the ball and I'm afraid I will never take my dogs there again. Yes, never! My dog seemed very spooked and anxious when someone brought her out to me. Something is very wrong with place and the way it is run. BYE

2/28/24 Took our now 2.5 y.o. pup back for a follow up to training of 11/2021. The training manager, Marie, is great. I'm hopeful we can get our pup back on track. We also got him a bath and nail trim. Excellent. Great staff.

We started taking out puppy to the free Saturday puppy socialization sessions.. our Lab puppy was always exhausted after and he had the best time playing with other puppies.. (Super fun to interact with the puppies for us also) Once he was too old to participate we started taking him to daycare.. just one - two times a week and he has learned to settle down a bit with other dogs.. think the more mature dogs have helped to teach him some manners. The staff is always friendly, even at 6:30 in the morning!! We may need some overnight care and I will not hesitate to use Fit and Fury! Highly recommended!

My chihuahua mix recently spent two nights, her first time away from home since I adopted her. The staff was friendly and helpful, and seemed affectionate with her. She “played well with others”, and ate her food—all in all, a good stay. Downside is the expense. For $55. per overnight, one hour playtime should be included. The $35. additional charge per day for an a.m. and p.m. playtime felt excessive. Hence 4 stars (staff=5). Nevertheless would use again because she was safe and had fun with other small dogs.

Very clean, nice and professional. The only downside was my dog was assesed based on his breed (Dogo Argentino) and not his individual personality so he wasn't allowed to mix with other dogs. I thought those assessments were to determine if dogs can get along with others. My dog loves to play with others, even with cats but it was non negotiable. The upside is they did one on one with him and he did have fun. He didn't want to leave when I picked him up. For one on one though I could have saved the trip and hired an in home sitter. If you’re considering daycare make sure you tell them the breed of your dog first. Might save you the trip.

Unfortunately my dog didn’t meet the criteria as he bit me 18 months ago when he was first adopted by us. I was hoping that we could get some help from the staff. He was turned down immediately. I don’t know how to help him socialize. I wish they would have given him a chance with their training they offer. I have used them with my previous two dogs for boarding. They are great but again wish they would have given my dog a chance. Not sure what they offer in training when presented with a behavior that needs addressing.
