I am late to the game as I just discovered the dollar store. This is my new favorite place. So many fun holiday decorations, cards and more. This store is very well organized and some of the friendliest customer service I have seen in a retail environment in a long time.

This is the best Dollar Tree ever! They always have cool new stuff, and the store shelves are organized so you don’t feel like you’re shopping at a third-world bizarre. I can lose track of time and wander around for an hour thinking of all the crafts I can make at home. And they have awesome organizational tools—plastic tubs with lids, stackable bins, metal baskets—that you’d easily pay 10x more for on Amazon. While the price hike to $1.25 per item last year was a bummer, the quality of merch really did improve, which more than makes up for it. Look at Target’s $5 section and then go to the Dollar Tree… you’ll find the SAME THING for a buck! Not everything at the Dollar Tree is just as good as other retailers’ products—I’ve bought glue sticks that don’t stick, an ice cream scooper than snapped in half upon its first use, and the quality of off-brand food products is questionable—but it’s a great lazy Sunday shopping experience that gets your creative brain going and satisfies that shopping bug without breaking the bank. Can’t beat it!

I had a wonderful time at DUI on 04/20! There were vendors and music and street tacos. The staff at Down Under are extremely kind and helpful when you don't know what you want. They take the time to educate me on the types, strains and their effects. Thank you for a lovely experience. I got a bunch of freebies from Lithouse, they were the only vender that came up to me as I waited in line. All in all it was a fabulous experience!!

They should make their hours correct so people don't drive across the county to make it before closing, but their website has the wrong hours and the store closes an hour early. Very frusterating and an easy fix. Should be dealt with

Thankful and happy that we have a dollar store to go to with lots of reasonable affordable prices and to share that this dollar store has everything that we need and they are super friendly and nice with great customer service and they have a full stock with no mess in the Isles. Our favorite dollar store..

If you need anything from food to beauty, one can find them here. Party supplies, balloons, tools, auto, hair care, medical and even water. So if you need something quickly they have an immense selection and are open late for Petaluma; drop in. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The store is organized, tidy and well lit. The location is excellent for a quick off/on the freeway. Much less expensive than CVS or other places for the same quality! Give it a try!

The cashier (mark ) had the worst attitude I have ever encountered lol ... u ok ? Sorry for making you do your job ?? I asked for a couple of balloons and he made a big scene huffing and puffing... slammed my receipt on the counter too 🤨🤨🤨 look I’ve worked customer service before si I get it but honestly that attitude is going to make me avoid this place at all costs ... Interesting he seemed nice by watching his other interactions with other customers .. but ok then dude... 👽👽✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼

I Use 3 Dollar Stores But Mainly Sonoma Where I Live But It Is The Most Pathetic DIRTIEST Disorganized Lack Of Product On The Shelves And Even When The Products Are There They Are Simply Thrown On The Shelves Or On The Floor It's The Most Disgusting Store In The Chain As Apposed To The Petaluma Store That I Visited These Last 2 Days Or The San Rafael Store Whch Is CLEAN ORGANIZED INVITING TO GO INTO AS IS THE PETALUMA STORE.Their Management Care And Are ProfessionalThe Sonoma Store Is A Rat's Nest Of A Store It's Simply A Hole !!!!

Best organized "Dollar" store I have ever been in. Everything stocked neatly on the shelves and nothing strewn about as you see in so many of these. I commend the manager and the employees for taking pride in their store.

Don't buy anything that you expect quality from just get essential items. (Most of the tools, batteries, sunglasses, etc. are all cheaply manufactured, and not designed to last long)
