There are actually businesses here that are useful to a community. The other thing I really appreciate is the cool statues and decorations. As a mom, it makes it easier to bring kids places where there's something fun to look at or touch.

The selection for bricks are stupid...you look at paper, then go around back with the vehicle to get your selection, & pay as you exit...no thank you. .. I rather feel & look at my selection as you can do at ANOTHER Store..

Has great stores and restaurants, excited for the Bon Chon opening soon! Love that there's a huge off leash dog park right off to the side. Very clean, parking lot felt safe

The majority of the employees there are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of spray paint that has very competitive prices. I also love their chalk and milk paint selection.

I love this store. They have everything you need.. plus every couple aisles, there is a bell you ring if you need help in that area! All of the employees are very knowledgeable about their sections.It is more expensive then lowes, home depot etc.. so of you are looking for cheaper price.. don't go to Friedman!Great place if you need help!

Friedman's is a great hardware and tool store. Plenty of inventory and nice choices for pretty anything you might need, ranging from canning jars, to flooring, to lumber and garden, to barbeque stuff.

I like this place but kinda hard to find help or find anything. One awesome thing is you can buy stuff right out of the yard. Saves a lot of time when loading up the truck with building materials.

I love Friedman's home improvement. I worked there for 4 years and was always treated like I was one of the family. To this day, I am still treated with respect anytime I go into the store and they are always wonderful with their customers. Friedman's takes pride and serving the community that they reside in.

This is NOT a hardware store. Home improvement, maybe. I needed 2 things. Locking tweezers for soldering and a soldering block. The young man looked doubtful and tried to send me to BBQ area. I had to explain exactly what locking tweezers are. No one has any experience

Unlike its competitors, this place is infested. Infested with employees walking around eager to help you finding products throughout the store. Great place if you are like me, and do not go to a home improvement store often enough to know exactly what you are looking for and were to look.

Love this shopping center. I usually shop at Friedman Bros and Smart and Final. Stores are always really clean and stocked and the workers are nice and knowledgeable! We like the Habit for burgers too!

Staff has no customer service Training at all. They stand talking to each other and make you wait till there done to help you. Very unprofessional. I forgot my mask at home and was harassed to wear one and when I asked if they can provide one they pointed and said you can find one at the end of the store. And no one was there. So when I went back to shop for one thing they started yelling at me and made them follow them to the same place of the store with disrespect and gave me one. It was so upsetting. No respect for there customers 😒 😕

A mall is a mall, but several things make this mall slightly better than others:(1) The over-sized parking spaces to accommodate all of the pick-up trucks going to Friedman's, mine included.(2) Dunkin Donuts.(3) There's a huge, enclosed dog park adjacent to the mall just to the north and very few dogs are actually ever there.

Helo is always close by when shopping here. The staff knows their products well. It is higher priced than some chain hardware stores but they sell good products with helpful staff.

New shopping center in Petaluma. Some businesses have already come and gone. Friedman's is the reason to go great local hardware/home improvement/nursery. That gives lots of options for all tools, jobs, plants, ECT.
