I want to give this place a chance, heck tried to give them many!!! I was told my RX would be ready yesterday at 4pm I'm here a FULL 25hrs after they said it'd be ready and sure enough - NOPE. Still gotta wait forever. This is a regular thing here. I'm hoping it will be different at another pharmacy, after this I can't imagine it will be worse.

Separate lines for drop off and pick up and if a sick or injured person is in the wrong line they show no concern and just order the customer/patient to wait in the other line. I saw a man on crutches with heavy bandaging wait in the wrong line and just sent to go wait in the other line. I had a drop off and pick up the same visit and had to wait in two lines although I am a disabled senior who is in great pain. The pharmacy line is so long sometimes and those waiting are usually sick or elderly but there are no chairs to sit in line, so imagine how horrible it is to have to wait in two lines. The techs are so unhelpful they won’t walk the script a couple of feet but force you to wait in another line that can be several people deep. They show no concern at all for the sick, injured, disabled or elderly. I only use the pharmacy because I am walking distance and need my medications convenient. But the rest of the store is so high priced, limited choices and unhelpful personnel that I drive 8 miles to Walgreens to avoid having to do business with such a terrible company.

They never get the prescriptionsfilled correctly. Then are rude when you don't pickup one you didn't order!!
