This pharmacy needs to be investigated for malpractice. The number of mistakes they make and the complete lack of accountability there could result (and probably has) in a serious medical emergency. Every time I go to this pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions, something is inevitably wrong, from giving me the wrong dosage, to screwing up my insurance. One time they screwed up the dosage yet again, and I had to wait there for two hours while they spoke to my doctor on the phone. I tried to speak to the pharmacist because he has screwed up my medication for the THIRD time, and he actually slammed the door and said he had other patients and he would not help me. I have never encountered such incompetence in my life.

If I could give them a zero I would.Online appt for vaccines were all open. I come in - read their sign in parking lot and at the register confirming walk-ins available today. Get through the 3 person line and guy says no walk-ins or appointments available today. I explained I had cancelled other plans to make room for this today He was rude and did not have the slightest bit of concern for their incorrect messages and hassle. His response is to go elsewhere. This kind of behavior is the opposite of customer service. They didn’t even acknowledge there was a messaging problem or customer inconvenience - or that they would try to resolve the messaging - except to blame it on corporate messaging disconnect. No need to do business - it’s clear to me it’s not dependable.

The amount of people in this town who have experienced the same thing as me and my family is insane. Your pharmacist is belligerent, yells and throws fits, withholds medication, screws up orders, and is one of the worst people I’ve had to interact with. He likes to play God and delete medication orders when he’s mad and directly goes against doctor’s prescription orders because he disagrees. To treat people who are sick like this is so disgusting

I realize working in a pharmacy is a grueling job but the majority of times I’ve had to pick up a prescription there is inevitably some type of hold up. The employees never seem to be in a pleasant mood even when treated with patience so it must be an ongoing problem.

Absolutely the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever used. Screwed up my medication on multiple occasions. Blamed the Dr, and the Dr blamed the Pharmacy. Though, I have been there four times since I was discharged from surgery. Repeatedly going back because they are out of basic medicine. Choose a larger more organized pharmacy.

Horrible pharmacy!!! We recently moved up Oetsluna. I thought 24 hour sounded great, liked E Washington store was close to home.My husband had foot surgery at 9 am, around 10:40 we went to breakfast, then I went to CVS to pick up his pain med and antibiotic. They said they hadn’t received prescription. Surgery center called it in around 10 am! I left but kept calling, was on perpetual hold; when pharmacy staff finally answered pharmacy staff said pain medication may have needed to be written not phoned into pharmacy. At this point my husband was in pain but I couldn’t help him! Finally by 2 pm I called doctor who called in another prescription because I was unable to reach nurse at surgery center, but left a message, thinking they didn’t call in prescription. On forever hold with CVS hoping they got second prescription message. Nope again when they FINALLY answered. Every 2:2 hour I called, then after 4 pm my husband finally got a text that his prescription was ready, he was in severe pain. I drive there waters in kind behind 5 people while pharmacy staff slowly moved around behind their window, I finally got to cashier window and was furious!!! Young woman casually apologized for my long wait. Nothing was said to my by pharmacist or staff, . Then got email from CVS review company, asking for review. I let them have it and vowed to NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! I told my husbands doctor. His receptionist said to go to McDowell or Safeway. Also, the store is large, but rather than have lots of shelves it is sparse. The glass door and windows were dirty. I’m no longer impressed they advertise to be open 24 hours because of other reviews and will go elsewhere because of their nonchalant attitude and inexcusable poor service!They give CVS a bad reputation. The main office should revamp that store.

CVS on Washington boulevard is my go-to store. I've never had a problem with a prescription and they call me when a prescription is available for me. There was a time about 6 months ago or longer when the pandemic was crazy in China was not sending in any supplies that the shelves were indeed empty. There was a time when they could not find any help so the store had maybe one or two people. Today it is fully staffed and I have bought all my Covid-19 test kits. I like the store. A person can read all the good or bad reviews they want but you really have to go in to check it out. The tall guy behind the pharmacy counter is ridiculously attentive, charming and professional. *****

Awful.I went over there on my break to find there were already people standing outside.They said they had been instructed to wait 10 minutes and they would open the door. 20 minutes or so pass and another person called the store multiple times and were told that someone was walking up to the door to let us in right now, which didn't happen. Eventually a woman opened the door and said "Store closed 15-20 minutes now, counting registers."I wasted my whole break.Worst of all, they claim to be open 24/7 but will close for hours at night. That doesn't sound like 24/7 to me.

Open 24 hours even through COVID-19....freaking awesome! My last visit was at 1:30 am to purchase Grey Goose Vodka. It was literally the ONLY place open near me (I live in Rohnert Park) where I could but hard alcohol so late! I love this store 😃

Asked to use the restroom and lady told me no and asked me if I can’t read the sign that says no restroom. I didn’t even see the sign. Even though I’m pregnant she gave me an ugly look and said no to me and my toddler how rude!

With the exception of one pharmacist, the pharmacy function of the CVS is incompetent and actually quite dangerous. Besides giving my prescription away to an elderly woman in line ahead of me, telling me the prescription was ready when it wasn’t causing me to come and stand in line, with a migraine for nothing three times, sending my prescription to other CVS Pharmacy‘s without telling me, trying to talk me out of a prescription that was not in stock, forgetting to order the prescription that was not in stock, Speaking to a pharmacist that barely spoke English with a broken accent that was very difficult if not impossible to understand… I could go on but I’ll stop here. If you are on prescription medication that you need to take seriously avoid this place completely.

They have cut back on pharmacy service. The staff is awesome, but with the company making their decisions people are waiting more than 20 minutes for pick up! This is not helpful to the elderly... as well as their longtime customers. Support the staff in the pharmacy!!!

I had a very rude and judgmental clerk who hovered around me at a very discourtious and quite frankly disturbing distance. Making me not only uncomfortable but had the undesired effect ofCausing my and my girlfriends p.t.s.d. to flair up and cause my girlfriend to ve frozen with fear and I experienced both vivid flashbac and intense sensation of fear. Went to buy alcohol here and waited in line forever because the old lady behind the register rang something up wrong. Keep in mind, I was patient, didn't say anything, and waited while other fed up customers moved to the other register.When it finally came time to pay for my alcohol, I handed her my ID (I'm 23), and she wouldn't accept it because my hair in my ID was red and now it's blonde. Yeah, I guess she's been living in a magical world where Playboy bunnies are all natural.Nevermind the fact that my height, weight and eye color were the same as the card, I also had multiple forms of ID. I'm also part of their customer loyalty system (I don't know if that matters). She didn't care. She let me know she was the manager and told me to leave.Went up the street to Willibies and had no problem getting my hooch. My loyalty with that particular CVS is over.

Very nice, helpful staff. But, needs a bit of fixing up and a bit more help at the register. Also, the pharmacy is constantly out of all 24 hour decongestant! That's very irritating since one is limited to how much they can buy at one time!!!

I love that they're open 24 hours! They have everything you need say or night. My reason for 3 stars is they're completely over priced! But when you don't want to go all the way to Walmart, it's convenient for sure!

Calling from a doctor's office-- cannot get anyone to answer the phone to take a pharmacy order. Tried three times, on hold over half an hour each time. Suggested to our patient that he try another pharmacy, which he did and we called it in successfully.

Arrived shortly after 2:30 only to find that they’re closed til 4am for a “lunch break”. Lunch, yes I can understand. But how many hours are they closing for? That’s not 24 hours.

This CVS store has wonderful staff as does the pharmacy I have been been getting prescriptions filled and buying personal hygiene items here for 25 years and the fact they are open almost all the time can be invaluable for unplanned necessities.

Drove 4 miles to the “24 hour” CVS only to find a hand written sign on the door saying “Gone to lunch. Back at 4a.m.” Evidently the 24 hour thing is just an advertising ploy.

Not actually 24 hours. Came at 2:45 and there is a sign on the door saying that store is closed until 4 for a lunch break. What lunch break lasts more than an hour??
