Crumbl is a decadent treat. I have a weakness for anything S’mores and as luck would have it, the day I stopped at Crumbl, a S’mores Brownie cookie was one of the cookies offered. I wasn’t disappointed in the S’mores nor the milk chocolate chip cookies. The apple pie cookie was a bit much for me. It was more a pie than cookie. If I could I’d say the S’more Brownie and milk chocolate chip cookies were 5’s and the apple pie was a 3 for me. Hence the average score of 4! Try it out, it’s a bit pricey for a cookie but worth a taste!

We have never been here when the store was not remarkably clean, the workers were not incredibly kind and the wait was totally appropriate for either ordering inside or ordering online and picking up.Kid-friendliness: The kids literally scream with excitement when we talk about coming here.

First time trying crumbl. I have to say these are one of the best cookies. The cookies are thick and delicious. Plus the staff serves you the cookies warm!! I got mostly all chocolate chip cookies plus one walnut cookie. The other flavors seemed a bit weird to me so I just went with the classics. When you do go in you'll be prompted to pay on a kiosk screen. It's pretty simple, just select the cookies you want, the box you want and payment. Then you wait for your order. They were really fast in getting my cookies. The staff is very friendly. I will go back again.

🍪h my goodnes! I just happened to see this shop and bought some cookies to go. They are big, fresh, soft, and delicious! Definitely worth a try! My dog stepped on the box and messed up the frosting, but still yummy! 🐶🐾

If you like SOFT, doughy, gooey cookies then these are for you.If you like hard crunchy cookies then these are not for you.I love undercooked cookies so I loved these. The staff are very nice. I went there a few times prior to opening and they were always very patient with me and even gave me some samples.I hope they will eventually work snickerdoodle into the mix!

Went into this place for the first time the other day and had quite a lovely experience. The cookies are phenomenal, that's why you go there. You expect that... It's $5 for a cookie. But it's worth it, the reason I'm going out of my way to leave a review though is because of Lauren. She's an absolute cutie, with energy that matches! She was so positive and upbeat, engaging and friendly, my girlfriend and I had a wonderful time just talking with her. She helped us pick our cookies with her hands-on experience. She has definitely tried each of their options and had such a colorful description for every one. I'll probably go back to get another cookie one day, I'll definitely go back to the Petaluma location because I know they have great cookies and awesome employees.

Overall they are pretty good. The rewards add up quick. The app adds a fat tip so be mindful. Sick of the tip culture Your throwing overpriced cookies in a box. Not sure 60 seconds effort warrants a 5-10 dollar tip. Nice to have a new menu each week. Not open on Sundays is dumb.

I love Crumbl Cookies! The fact that their menu changes every week makes it a cool experience and the staff is super friendly. This specific location has done school fundraiser events, which makes it so much more than another simple cookie shop in town.

Need a last minute gift! Crumble cookies will never be a disappointing gift, beautiful presentation and weekly changing flavors. But just a tip do not spend the dollar for the gift wrapping it's just a lace with a bow. 😔

As a former baker I had been itching to try these out since they opened since I've heard a lot of great things about them. The people in the store were really friendly and the store is well thought out and looked cute. The service was fast and even though they for my name on there wrong they still went through the escort of figuring out where my order was pretty quickly. The cookies, however, are gimmicky and expensive but they do make them there which is a plus since a lot of places like this get stuff ready made and frozen. They change the flavors they sell periodically so each time you come it might be something different. There was one I was hoping to try that looked like pink champagne but it was not in this time around. I got two chocolate chunk, one twix looking one and one peanut butter cup cookie. The plain chocolate chunk cookies were good but not any better than the cheaper ones they sell at Safeway. The others were also good but the base for each was either chocolate chip or sugar cookie only with toppings on top. Overall they looked good and they were enjoyed. They were far from amazing but for fancy cookies, if you're unwilling to make them yourself, this was good. Overall I'd still rather this fairly high, great service good cookies.

The entire concept of the store is really cool changing the cookies each month and friendly service it's really cool. But it can be flawed when you go back and they don't have the flavor you really like I do wish they had more of a cookie selection but do understand why they don't because there would be less waste at the end of the day for a special occasion, a gift to loved ones or just a gift to yourself cuz you deserve it it's worth trying I don't feel like the prices are good and a box of four cookies should be $10 at the most

I love these cookies. They are so good. I just want to mention that everyone’s taste is different so try them and see. The chocolate chip is their most popular and I do not like. My favorite cookie that I have tried is apple pie. That cookie is 5 imo. I love the peanut butter and the glazed donut cookie. So yummy! Customer service is 5 star too so that helps.

I love Crumbl Cookies! I have my favorite of course.. the lime cookie… I haven’t tried all of them because the good news is that they have different flavors every week. Both adults and kids love them. I brought some to a wedding and they were packaged nicely. Try them you won’t be disappointed and… if you are let them know, they welcome feedback…
