I’ve purchased several sets of custom sized steps and they are wonderful! The steps are very sturdy and high quality, unlike many others on the market. Scott and his team are amazing and crafted the exact size steps I needed to give my senior cat the freedom to easily get to her favorite spots! She also loves napping on them too. Highly recommend!!!

I bought a catio 6 years ago and it’s still great. Been in rainstorms year after year. I have 2 cat trees and 2 window perches. Everything is made high quality! I highly recommend! Last for years !

I purchased my first catio from DK over 20 years ago. I have reconfigured, moved and used it steadily for my own kitties and the rescues I’ve fostered. It is still going strong! The group for which I volunteer purchased a catio from DK a few years back. The Kitten wire option is just what we needed! We made a plywood floor,roof, and back (sealed). We elevated the enclosure using a metal bed frame and box spring frame to keep our rescues off the wet, snowy ground. We buy used vinyl billboards ( cut to size, grommeted, and homemade bungies) to protect against severe weather when needed.Both enclosures are study and easy to assemble.We couldn’t be more pleased with the product.

I bought two outside enclosures from this company 10+ years ago for my aging cat back then to keep her safe so she could be outside during the day when she wanted to. I still use them for many different projects around the house. They’ve held up great. I also have purchased cat scratchers and a cat tree. They have held up over time too. Great products, great service if you have a need for these products this is the place to get them.

We have had a C&D Pet Enclosure for many years. Scott, the owner, came out and customized this "catio" for us. It has held up well and the quality is awesome. All of our scratching posts and pet furniture are from C & D. They hold up over the years...we have 8 rescue cats and so these products get a LOT of use! Would never use anything else. Plus we LOVE supporting local business!

We needed a study step to allow our 13 year old dachshunds easier access to their favorite furniture. The single/large pet step was perfect for Annie and Tyler. Customer service was excellent and shipping was reasonable and quick. We purchased two of them!

I bought a 10ftx6ftx6ft catio enclosure last Spring from C&D Pet Products. Best money I ever spent. It is quality product, looks fantastic and most importantly, my cats love it and spend all day in it. Scott was great to work with and help me figure out what I would need for my particular situation. I was also able to save on shipping by comming down and picking it up since I'm fairly local. I wish more people would get catios for their cats instead of letting them roam freely. this way they are happy and safe, win win. Again, stellar product, great customer service. I will probably enlarge the catio this year.

1/24/18WHEN YOU BUY YOUR CAT A CARPET COVERED SCRATCHING POST AND THE CARPET FIBERS ARE ALL OVER YOUR LIVING ROOM...THEN YOU KNOW YOU'VE WASTED YOUR MONEY.C & D PET PRODUCTS SELLS THIS DEFECTIVE SCRATCHING POST. I'VE ONLY HAD IT FOR TWO WEEKS AND MY BOY IS A LAID BACK CAT, WHO SCRATCHES IT MAYBE TWICE A DAY.WHAT A MESS!!! AND IF MY CAT MANAGES TO EAT SOME OF THESE CARPET STRINGS THEN THAT TAKES THIS PROBLEM TO A HIGHER LEVEL!!! GOOD CARPET SHOULD BE WOVEN INTO A BACKING. THESE CARPET STRINGS FALL RIGHT OUT.I CALLED THE COMPANY TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL AND SCOTT THE OWNER ANSWERED THE PHONE. RIGHT OFF I KNEW HE WAS GOING TO BE DIFFICULT. I WANTED A REFUND OR A GIFT CARD. HE CAN ARRANGE TO HAVE SOMEONE PICK UP THIS CRAPPY PRODUCT, WHY SHOULD THE STORE CUSTOMER BEND OVER BACKWARDS? LUGGING DOWN A FLIGHT OF STAIRS, RAINING, PACKING INTO CAR, WITH SHEDDING CARPET ALL OVER, USING MY GASOLINE TO DROP IT OFF AT PETCLUB, WHICH IS A DIFFICULT RETAIL STORE TO BEGIN WITH!!! SO SCOTT TELLS ME HE'S GOT TWO OPTIONS: 1) SEND ME A REPLACEMENT (HAHAHA AND GO THRU THE SAME DEJA-VU...NO WAY!!!) OR 2) HE'D SEND ME A CHECK BUT JUST THE WHOLESALE PRICE, WHAT HE CHARGED PETCLUB...I TOLD SCOTT MY OPTIONS:1. A GIFT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT.SCOTT SAID, "WHAT'S WRONG DON'T YOU TRUST US?"WELL...NO...I DON'T, WHY SHOULD I? SCOTT LOST IT AND BECAME ERRATIC. I MENTIONED "MADE IN CHINA?" AND HE WAS OFFENDED. NO HE SAID, "WE MAKE OUR PRODUCTS RIGHT HERE IN PETALUMA". I GUESS CRAPPY PRODUCTS CAN BE MADE ANYWHERE THESE DAYS. HE CLAIMED HE COULDN'T SEND ME A FULL REFUND. I TOLD HIM THAT HE COULD DO ANYTHING HE WANTS, HE OWNS THE COMPANY. SCOTT SAID "THAT DOESN'T MAKE ME RICH". OH POOR SCOTT. I TOLD HIM, "LISTEN CAREFULLY...IF I DON'T GET A COMPLETE REFUND I'LL BE WRITING UP A GOOGLE REVIEW. HE LOST HIS TEMPER AND TALKED RIGHT OVER ME BEFORE HANGING UP. WHAT A SAVVY BUSINESSMAN!!!!! LOL
