My go to place for my fish tank, consistently good selection of fish,plants,feed and supplies. Very warm environment and the staff remembers you each visit. Great store hours and they are always OPEN ! I love the friendly staff because they always offer to get whatever I need - if they don’t have it then they get it for me. It’s like my favorite place to visit even if I don’t need anything for my fish it’s great to browse from tank to tank—-very relaxing store!!They even let me bring my little puppy in with me!!Thanks guys my dog loves your store too!!

I had a great experience here. Just got into this hobby and have been to a few fish stores and I feel like I haven’t been able to approach anyone there with out having someone look at me funny. Had a great time looking around and asking questions. Thank you guys!

Fantastic store. I ordered from bamazon and some of the (Assassin) Snails were delivered unalive. I'm brand new to fish aquariums so I called the actual seller and it turns out to be .........tropical fish and feed, I'm very thankful. I talk to Sergio, he educated me about my tank and resolved my issue. Highly recommended!!

So I bought a green spotted puffer & put him in his own tank & had internal parasites from when they sold it to me didn’t realize until the 5 day mark I got treatment but he died. I asked for a replacement but said only before 3 days can I get a replacement or refund. Which is not enough time at all to notice if your fish are sick. He died because they didn’t treat him not because of my lack of care. That was pretty unfair had to post this (note: no one sells fish especially puffer fish until they’re treated by meds to kill internal parasites)

Excellent place! You're very welcomed when it comes to going here. I was feeding my fishes wrong when Sergio gave me some tips. He knows his stuff and great customer service. Plus has everything you need for your pets, I also have a bearded dragon and he got me some mealworms and crickets. Very satisfied with this place, highly recommended.

Great variety especially for beginners. Much more personal than Walmart or pet smart and the prices are very much competitive with what you get elsewhere. Great tips and advice on all aspects of fishes and care. Sergio made getting an aquarium a great experience and I will come again.

Great experience at this store. Employees nice, informative, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for experts and beginners. Wide variety of fish community fish, aggressive fish, and inbetween aggressive and community fish. Great prices not even Wal-Mart can beat their prices. Owner is super chill, funny, and lets you know straight up everything you need and are looking for. He will help you find what youre looking for and is great for making your tank the way you want it. Love this place ! I really appreciate when people know what there doing and talking about , and Sergio is that guy ! All the fish in his shop are healthy , which for me is the most important thing ! A sick fish can kill your whole tank . Coming here , that is never a concern . He also has a good variety of aquarium decor if your really into that like myself . Love this place ! And supporting small business also makes this a home run for me . Definitely try it out !

I will be brutally honest; I came here to give a a highly negative review giving onlyt 2 to 3 stars to this business. Here is why. The negative first then the why I still am giving this small shop 5 stars.I went in about a week ago and purchased two Gourami's and a betta. I noticed on the way home, one of them was acting funny. I got home and looked into the plastic bag and notice orange setting at the bottom. First impression was they ate something orange. Then after 2day in the tank I noticed the fins started disappearing. I then isolated the fish and by the next (3rd) day, he was dead. Tail almost gone, dorsal fin was going next. The second Gourami also looked really sick. Then eventually was just laying on the bottom of the tank barely breathing. Which was when I made the call to the store. They told me they'd replace the fish. I take them both in and right away check the tank at the store they both came out of; sure enough, several others in that tank had torn up fins. I believe that tank had a disease in it called fin rot.Now for the positive. They didn't really question me because you could see it was obvious on the fish. They immediately helped me, the guys there are very helpful and generous, making sure I knew they were there for any questions I may have. I ended up picking up black neon tetras ( they're awesome). One thing I appreciate the most is good customer service. The sense of knowing someone is willing to help and even share their experiences.Now, a little more bad news. I get the tetras home. These were going in my 5 gal planted taking with the Betta I had purchased with the Gourami's. I acclimate them and release them in the tank, give them a little food and look in the tank which is when I noticed the betta had ick. This tank has been empty for a month and the betta was the first fish to go in this tank by itself. Which tells me he was sold to me with the disease.My advise to the business. Please go through your tanks and treat them for these diseases. My first 3 fish purchased there were diseased. I'm just hoping now that the tetras are healthy.
