Jess is great. Not only is an awesome groomer, but she also helps find pups homes. We got both of our dogs from her. The first as a small puppy and the second a few months later when we had the first one groomed.

Took my two small dogs here for grooming and was very pleased with our experience, she took good care of them. Was not overpriced and very friendly. My dogs seemed to like her too. 🙂

While they accommodated me last minute, I didn’t expect to pay $85 per dog when I usually pay $55 at every other groomer you can imagine my surprise when I was hit with the total. This was during COVID-19 when all other groomers were still closed or just getting ready to reopen so I was desperate. She did an okay job but not a $170 job. Also, she took 2 more hours than the time quoted she had my dogs for a total of over 6 hours. Luckily my usual groomer has since reopened and I will never be back to this place again. She won’t last very long charging this exorbitant amount of money in Perris.

Jess does a amazing job in what she does, every single time I take my dog Shadow to be groom, she always asks on what he would like and say how long it would be. I would definitely recommend her!.

Do not take your pet here!!! My dog was there recently to get bathed and brushed.... after we picked her up I noticed she was acting very strange almost scared of me it seemed.... she did not seem herself. That night she was up all night panting, I tried to comfort her and was petting her on the back close to her next and she yelped bad...I freaked out and told my husband something was not right... and I think they shaved her instead of brush... they shaved my lab...I can tell and the only thing I can think of why she is hurting is because she might have freaked out because she has never been shaved!!! We didn't ask for this and I'm not even sure you're supposed to shave a lab!!.... now I'm feeling some kind of scabs on her back.... be aware of who you take your dog to... I've called everyday since to talk to them and no answer as well..this was a last minute decision to take her here ,it was a bad decision and one I'll never make again I'm sticking to Petsmart..I didn't hang up, either you did, or the call was lost. Either way I didn't get a call back so I figured the conversation was done. I have to work now thanks

Very bad service, my puppy was there for 6 hrs. The lady give him a bath and my puppy was left in the tab for 3 hrs. The owner children’s was running around with food in hands who know if they feed my puppy something because after that he had a really bad diarrhea and he was extremely sad and stressed out. I will never going back to this place.
