Best groomer and grooming experience I've ever had. I've been going here for almost 2 years and my dog loves Sally! She's really a great groomer. (To 1 star: she's really booked up, even to me if I have to reschedule it's at least a month+ out. She's worth the wait)

Sally is very sweet and has a passion for grooming! She is incredibly knowledgeable of what the specific grooming needs are of specific breeds and isn't afraid to give you her professional opinion. My Golden Retriever will be going to her for years to come!

I took my dog there twice to have his nails trimmed and twice was enough. the 1st time she charged me $15(rate in area is $5 to other shops) and when I got him she had not barely touched his nails. I foolishly took him back there again and again she didn't trim them at all and I handed her a $20 bill and she kept the whole thing. There's many shops in Grass Valley that do a good job for $5/ animal and I'd recommend you go there.

New to the area and didn't know about all the foxtails, stickers, etc. Found out the hard way on Day 1, with 2 long haired dogs literally covered in them. Took them here for emergency grooming after spending 2 hrs on the first dog and getting halfway through. They could not have been kinder and did an amazing job washing and grooming the dogs. I actually didn't realize how good the groom job was, until now that I've taken them to a few other places in Grass Valley, top rated places, and this place was still by far the best. Not sure what they did, but those dogs were shiny for weeks. We're coming back!(Ps, on the 1-star review for the dog that needed a muzzle to have nails clipped- I don't blame them. There are some pretty poorly/untrained dogs around here)

My Schnauzers haircut was a buzz cut to the skin instead of a traditional Schnauzer cut. While he was being cut they got to close and cut his underarm and exposed raw flesh. They told me he had a sore there. Then they told me my dog bit the groomer. Most likely once he was cut open. Horrible job and they lied to me. Won’t go back.

Skoshi loves going for her "Spa day's". They do a great job on her nails and giving her a bath. She smells great and looks very cute with her Xmas bow.

Sally is great with my dog and he doesn't like anyone usually. Been taking him to For Pets Only for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

They told me they would trim my dogs nails and as soon as I told them he needed a muzzle (most dogs do) they said they couldn't trim his nails he's too "big" this was a 70lbs dog... won't be going there again
