Came back from Tahoe, just needed the salt washed off. I could have done a better job with a garden hose. This car wash needs to be fixed/serviced. The soap sputters out and then the machine gives a little mist to wash it off. Worst car wash I’ve ever used. It doesn’t even spray off the front or back of the car. Zero stars.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! We live on a dirt road so our vehicle is dusty. Not dirty. Not caked in sap. Just dusty. This is how this “car wash” got the light dust off of our car. Absolutely ridiculous. And this was from the $13 best available option.

made an appointment and showed up for it for that day and they told me the mechanic called in come back next day, next day I called them and they said he was still out sick. decided to go somewhere else because my tires are down to wires. drove by as I was going to place in auburn and sure as heck there were people getting their tires worked on.... I'm not saying they are bad or anything. the least that they could do is call me and let me know I should find somewhere else since it is more of an emergency situation.

I'm Not from around here. Had the oil changed in my daughter's truck today..Really good service. I was very impressed with their professionism. No waiting. Chose this place because of good reviews and it's close to home. This is my new go-to. Short wait, great local historic books in nice, cool waiting area. Best of all, they didn't try to tell me I needed expensive repairs done to my 4 Runner as another place down there did. Being a widowed old lady, I'm a prime target for shysters (they think), so I'm happy I was treated with respect. Thanks, guys!

I have been here several times for an oil change. The service is wonderful and fast! They once change my oil in about ten minutes and they were busy with other customers too. It's much faster then taking it to the dealer. They have changed other fluids in our vehicles and rotated tires. Overall they have always offered fast and friendly service at competitive prices. They have a military and senior discount too. Free WiFi!

They've always been helpful and fair to me. The only problem has been the car wash. It's difficult to use a credit card with their machine. I always use cash. Then the employee's don't have to come out & do it for you. It cleans our vehicles great!

They are the MOST honest people I've had the pleasure of taking my car to. Being female, you worry about getting talked into things you don't need. I don't have to worry about that here. Once I left my car there to be towed and the employee took it upon himself to drive me to 3 different places on his way home after work. Unbelievable!!! You don't find that kind of service very many places these days. They are the BEST!!!

I went in with a Toyota 4Runner for an oil change. When I paid, they had added charges for “special filter charge” and a “skid plate removal and replacing.” The plate is just below the oil filter and can be removed with 4 Allen bolts. When I inquired about the additional charges, I was told that because he manager was there today, he told them to add them. They never ran the extra fees by me before doing the work and the fees were never added in the past. I explained that I have never been charged these extra fees at previous visits (or at any other quick lubes I have ever visited) the guy just shrugged. I politely explained that in the future I would just go somewhere else that won’t cost me an extra $30 in charges. The response was a blank stare. I am happy other reviewers seem to have had a good experience. I feel scammed and will never return.

Eagle Quick Lube is my definite go to for oil changes and great costumer service. Great prices as well. The last time I was in the even fixed my crossthreaded leaking engine oil bolt. So thoughfull. I would recommend them to everyone.

Wonderful service and wonderful place! I walked right in with no wait, and they took care of my car quickly and completely. They brought in a plate sort of thing with all my fluids from my car so I could see how my car was doing, and also know they were being thorough. I met the owners who are a nice couple raising their grandchildren, and they are just so sweet. After my oil change, I used the automatic car wash and vacuum, and it was one of the best I have used (I'm super OCD). They also offer a shampoo-er, disposable towels, ect. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!
