Great customer service from Frank. He suggested a particular gasket for my flush valve flapper and it definitely works. A few years back another gentleman gave instructions on how to install a item on my clothing dryer machine and that also worked like a charm and still kicking.These two guys always give great customer service. I'm uncertain about the other gentleman's name. I always appreciate seeing these guys every time I need minor recommendations and product suggestions. 5 stars for these stars.....

Always a pleasure shopping here. They have Stihl product, any building or plumbing supply you need, and quality old school earnest appreciation for their customers. The staff is always helpful and courteous, and very knowledgeable collectively.

EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!they just stare at you when asking for help.No response nothing just stare , not only that but very very rude comments like " its easy to find you dont need help ,you can do it yourself"Very prejudice attitudes especially from that old man there. my first time there and will never go back!!!Learn how to treat people if you want our business.I have heard from people that theyre rude and racist and treat you like a thief if taking too long to shop passing comments like" lets make sure nothing is in our pockets "but didn't believe it til now.Wow!!

Love it, I'm old, more like a kid at a candy store to me , get to buy any hardware tools like drills, hammers, power tools, any thing you need for the house locks for the house, nails any size plenty of other stuff u need for ur house.

The two young employees you have working for you for very very helpful the girl who works the counter she helped me get some cable and the gentleman who is in there doing the keys help me find drill bits of stuff I didn't say I wouldn't be if I went to Walmart and just say oh yeah it's back there somewhere. She actually took me there where it was at and show me what I needed thank you guys

Im a truck driver and needed to get a key made. Walked in and Frank and Irma helped get a spare made. Even drove me back to my truck to make sure the key was right! Definitely top notch employees!!

For being in this town 3 generations and it being a small town store i called at 7:55pm to ask if they could hold the door open less then 5 min(3mins i asked) after 8/closing when Robert answered he was very rude about me asking and about asking a favor so i could finish my project tonight. His whole altitude about it was rude and nasty.

It's the place to get all your hardware needs of Patterson, it's not the biggest, but had a ton of stuff. Not the most options, but will get you by in a pinch. I'm here all the time when working on a project or three at a time...

Staff is very hit or miss. It just depends on who is working and what mood they are in. Still better than Ace Hardware of Patterson.
