What a pleasure it is to shop here. Beautiful and fresh produce. Bakery has fresh baked bread. You have to try the Deli, variety of lunch meats cheese salad and can't forget they're great Fried Chicken. They also offer fresh sushi rolls made fresh, custom sandwiches made to order and if you're lucky you'll have Tracy make it for you she's awesome.

Food selection is good, but I waited 25 minutes at the bakery just to get a pre-made cake in the counter behind the glass. The only person there was helping with another customer ordering a cake, which I understood would mean I would wait, but she didn't even acknowledge I was there, much less call someone else to help me. I finally gave up and left. Then I was accosted by another worker in the liquor isle who was saying things like 'whooo hoo, someone's gonna party tonite!' and other things I felt were not professional. I was picking outbeverages for a birthday party. It was not a good experiance, as I couldnt even get a cake for that party, and this guy was just wandering the isles being somewhat inappropriate.

Don't order a cake from the bakery unless you want something to go wrong. Asked for a fresh strawberry filling and got literally NOTHING in the middle. Oh yeah and the cake was leaning east the entire time. This is not the first time something like this has happened to me. I have something go wrong every single time I order from here and I have 7 people in my family so I order a ton of cake throughout the year. The flavors are okay, the cake is moist, they just can't seem to get things right. (I had added the fresh strawberries on the outside because I like to decorate the outside on my own)

Everyone is very nice and the store is very well kept. 2 things that could be improved are: ever since they remodled the prices have gone up 10% on average. And this is before the spike in cost of food in general across the country. Also, 1 time i got a deli made sandwhich and it had a long hair in it. Another time i grabbed a bakery made pie and it had mold. Another time i had to reach to the pack of the milk racks to find milk that wasnt expired. Staff just needs to pay a bit more attention to these details.

Clarissa in bakery is always very friendly and a hard worker. I came in 2 days ago had her do a cake for a friends birthday and she is very talented I love shopping here cause of workers that go out there way like Clarissa in bakery does for the customers. She did great flowers on the cake

Great selection, but expensive. Most cashiers are impersonal. The young cashiers, to be precise. They are apathetic to customers and talk to coworkers while ringing you up. One of the older cashiers is one of the best Ive ever seen so I still go there in the evening sometimes. He should be the example!

a very nice store. the pharmacy is great also. we have been going here for 21 years now. Jay is a very nice guy and always helpful and happy. Good prices, higher level of groceries, good quality food. we love this store and the people who work here.

I really like this Save Mart here in Patterson, but today it was just not so great. The cashier this elderly lady she was throwing all my groceries like whatever, especially my apples. I didn't want to say anything because there was a line of customers. Also the bagger put in a bag my vegetables and raw meat together. Who does that? I'm sorry but I did not like how they handled my groceries, I was a cashier once and we had rules not to mix anything else with the meat. Smh 🤦‍♀️

Good overall grocery store. Excellent produce with OK meat dept. Parking is OK although not very many handicapped spaces. Good to great staff. Very helpful and appear to be sincere. Almost always ask if you want help out and there's always someone there to go out with you immediately. Prices are a little high but better than Safeway and sales are normally excellent.

Was overcharged for items I did not purchase on my receipt, questioned the cashier about the error and he became bothered. The items belonged to the next customer after me, who had placed them on the conveyor next to my items. Note: these items never made my grocery bags as the items were re-scanned and paid for by the customer after me. After he reviewed the error on the receipt, he showed poor customer service upon returning the difference, he stated that he was pretty sure there were no more errors. I checked the receipt again and found another item that I did not purchase, he became more rude and bothered during the 2nd return item refund - for something I had not bought but was charged on my bill - in front of other customers and my children. Poor customer service, putting fault on the customer for surfacing a problem that was the stores fault. This a poorly managed savemart with a toxic work culture. Their phone greeting states they have the friendliest service in Patterson, but it is completely the opposite. I spend on average about $350 dollars a month consistently at this store over the last three years. If it were not for my children being with me, the conversation at the store would have definitely been more contentious. I will be calling their headquarter office to make them aware of the poor customer service they have at their Patterson location. There is no excuse for this type of behavior with customers. Patterson deserves better.

Today was ok, but the only thing that I don't like from savemart is that the time to check out is too long, really slow when there are too many people. Don't go too often for that reason.

Very clean store friendly staff, but yes you probably guessed it the prices are higher then other stores. Try the deli though omg awesome cakes and that chicken tho 😍 you have to try the tenders super good especially when they're fresh out. Their French bread is by far the best around

I am awaiting gullstone removed. I had one meal left. Went to store and waited for bag-boy to come out. I am 70 years old and not sure of correct nomenclature. The bag-boy was nice, and brought the manager out. I explained how weak I am at this time. I had cash to pay for my food, but the store manager refused to shop shop for me. Please boycott this store. The manager is not part of our community Pastor/Chaplain John Sanders.

I Love my Save Mart store because you can get Flowers & Cakes. You want Balloons, or a umbrella for your yard. Sale Prices on food is Great & a wide selection from delicacies or a regular family meal.The people who work in my store are kind, considerate, & very helpful.Thanks to all Save Mart people!!

This Save Mart recently had a makeover with all their refrigerated sections, I think the new way is fantastic! There also seems to be a lot more variety on the shelves as well especially "high-end" items and readymade options. The frozen foods section also has expanded as well as the craft beer aisle. Overall this is a great little store and I love that they're expanding since we only have this store, Wal-Mart and a couple specialty Hispanic food markets in town.

I like this place, it has a better selection than local alternates for staple items. They were willing to order lamb for me which was nice. It has a bakery and a normal array prepared foods. There is merchandise for the town's youth sports teams available. Other than Walmart this is the spot for the the full spread of products that aren't available at the older tiny groceries.

I Love this store. The managers, Cashier's, Butchers & Pharmacist are Phenomenal. I have been a regular customer since the first day I moved to Patterson in December 2013. I have always been treated with kindness.

Traditional grocery store, with limited organic items. It would be nice to see a wider variety of organic produce. I asked the young guy working in produce if they had regular broccoli or only broccoli crowns? He didn't know the difference between the two. The cashiers were friendly, and the store was clean.

This place needs a little help getting faster cashiers - it's a slo-mo brigade in there. Sandwich counter and Deli people are super nice, Organic produce is always the same, and tomatoes - even in the middle of Summer, seem like they are from last Winter.

Save Mart is my fave grocery in Patterson. Offers such a wide variety of quality foods and even a Wells Fargo Bank branch. The store is kept spotless and the entire staff greets you and asks if you have found what you need or can they be helpful in any way.

Typical grocery store. Produce selection is great, much better than Walmart. I do think they could do with some retraining when bagging, though. They tend to overload my bags and mix raw meat with poultry, or put breads in with hard and heavy objects like cans.
