Lady at register was super helpful and assisted us in finding local help for a job. Her coworker was super helpful as well and took his time to to make sure they had what we needed in stock.

The owner and Moses both helped me get a vintage brass antique looking connector with thread for my led bulbs so I can make my office/music room look how I want it. They really helped me out and they made my day for sure! Thank you so much you two! Side note: I was there Saturday and a young girl didn’t look happy to be working there and was not helpful. Nor did she even move from the register and said no to everything I said. And that the manager would not be able to help me. Turns out they actually did help me and went above and beyond. Advice to her: do not work in retail ever :)

Thank you so much ACE employees & owner! ACE hardware store in Patterson is very welcoming! I went this morning to pick up my online order. As soon as I entered with my kids they greeted us. I looked around for something, but couldn’t fine it. I went to the front and once again they said hi and if there was anything they can help me with. I said yes, I’m here for my online order. I gave them my name and what I ordered. While one of the employees was getting my order. I’m assuming he was the owner told another employee that my children can have a free ice cream. My kids were so excited. Thank you all! U all made my kids day! 😊 6/19/21

Tryed to take back pump it had a little dirt on hose connector did not clean good enough it was raining so l missed a little and person who sold it to me said l needed to use oil to prime yet he didn't tell me when he recommended it to me it was clean would not refund it or try another lhad been there many times but new owners never again

Friendly service and has everything in stock for grill dads like me. They have everything for smokers, charcoal and gas grills. The store is neatly organized and everything is easy to find.
