McGraw Construction was great. We hired them to install electrical outlets in our Costco pavilion, outdoor ceiling fans with control switches, gutters all around the pavilion, and to redo part of a botched installation of the pavilion itself by a different contractor. The pillars were crooked and already drilled into the patio.Florentino stopped by to make an assessment of the project. He took measurements and asked many questions pertaining to the project, offering suggestions and options which was appreciated. He described what needed to be done and approximately how long it would take. He answered all our questions and gave us a start date soon after.The crew showed up early and kept the area neat and cleaned up when they were done. They paused a few times to ask questions about fan and control switch placement, outlet placement, etc. As a result we got exactly what we wanted.A 2nd crew showed up immediately after for the gutter installation. They also had questions and took their own measurements. They matched our home gutters perfectly and recommended we color match the pavilion's color scheme. It came out better than we imagined.The pictures speak volumes and the work done was professional. We should have hired McGraw for all our projects.Services: Fan installation, General repairs & maintenance

Toilet flange leaked and Butch came over same day and gave me an estimate to fix damage caused by water and also install new vanity I wanted.

Butch mcgraw did work on both my yards with planting trees ,building water falls a stream. He has a made a state of art sprinkler system. I even have a dog run for my poodle topaz. Im going to have him plant northeastern red brick down for my driveway.butch construction is a dependable company.
